If you have pets, forget this park: There is no designated pet area. The front gate is a bit tight if you are pulling a long trailer. The majority of this park is for 55+ residents who reside in trailers, very few RV spaces and some of them are very tight. Most of the residents are not pet friendly and your dog will need to potty on the street or on your lot; come to think of it, most of the residents are not friendly - period. The Park is gated, which is a plus. The park has a few planned activities for their guests, but we only attended the occasional Saturday donuts social. Reasonable rates for an extended stay, we spent three months in this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is fairly old but the showers and restrooms are in good shape and well kept. It's all part of the Ramada Inn which is where you check in etc. There is also a nice little sports bar and restaurant with pool tables inside the hotel. The great thing about this place is the location. 5.1 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium and about 2 miles from Quail Run executive golf course. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The best thing this resort has going for it is the lake. The pool and public areas are very nice. Office staff was marginally friendly. Wi-fi is not usable. The sites are very close and small. The majority of the sites are filled with seasonal and full-time residents. They have brought with them all the toys you can possibly cram into their sites. On the weekend the lake will be over-run with hundreds of boats. Wild burros are a charming addition to the property. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The largest majority of sites seemed to be where people were living full time as they had permanent fixtures on their lots. We were told there was only one site available - one with water and electric only. It was next to a site that was completely covered with clutter and toys and had overflowed onto the site we were to take. The lady waded through a path to move her truck so we could pull in. We called the office and said the site was unacceptable. We were then told there were two others we could choose from. Since we did not have sewer, we used their showers which were clean but the fixtures were very badly corroded and only lukewarm water going quickly to cold. Dogs seemed to have freedom to roam and no leash law was enforced. For the price, we were very disappointed and would have been better off in the county park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean and tidy, yes many long term people but all tidy sites. Huge very warm Pool and Spa. Good internet. Great access to the lake with all Marina and water sports. We stayed a month and rate is based on a large pull through. It is 12 miles to stores. Some sites with water and electric only have Lake Views. If you want access to the water this is a very nice Park. We had PWCs and parked our 45ft 5th wheel, towing truck, towed car and PWCs on site without intruding on our patio side. Must be 30ft by 80ft plus. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Good location on the NW side of town, right off the 101. Pull through sites, no problem pulling my 30' trailer through the facility. The facility itself has seen better days...bathrooms/showers were a bit rough, the pet area is more weeds than grass, and there's not much in the immediate vicinity. It was a convenient place to stay, and I'd stay again, but I didn't want to spend any more time on site than necessary. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good park for what it is: a place with full hook-ups and good location for visiting the NW side of Phoenix. As others have said, it is located directly behind a Ramada Inn (you check in in the lobby of the hotel). The park itself is in decent enough shape, but it will win no awards for best-manicured RV park. It is surrounded by residential neighborhoods (they looked decent) and you enter the Ramada Inn/RV Park off of Grand Ave. which is a fairly busy road. There are train tracks across the street, but the schedule for the train seems random. We had stayed here a few years ago and heard the train at night. This time, no train was heard. Also, road noise was very minimal. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Located behind Ramada Inn. Has very nice staff. Clean and level sites. Central location. Definitely would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
