Price is Good Sam price. Older park with really only about 20 actual rental sites. The Wi-Fi came from a nearby open site. Was usable for 2 days we were there. We had friends in the area and there was really no other place available as it was too cold for Wal-Mart. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Many permanent residents. Gravel. next to truck terminal and small airport. Traffic to access park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
