The rate was based on a Good Sam discount; however, we don't see where it is a Good Sam park. This is an overnight stay only. Very few sites are designed for overnight stays. Most sites consists of old mobile homes and long term workers. The motor home two down from us looked like it was rebuilding the engine on site. There is zero eye appeal, and the park is located in a really depressed area. The office had large security cameras all over the property, which gave us some degree of security. But then "why the need for security cameras"? The hookups were good and worked fine. There seemed to be cable since there were loose lines off poles, but we didn't use it. With all considered, we would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Well, Boron CA is not a destination point! However, it is a nice stop over between Bakersfield and Palm Springs or the Colorado River. We saw the signs for the park and just pulled in. The manager was very nice. Got our pull through site and he gave us the password for the WiFi. The park is what you would expect for a dot on the road, but the hookups all worked and were well placed. Cement patio. In the middle of nowhere, but we will stay here again. Funny little town. And how many people can say they stayed in Boron? We camped here in a Motorhome.

I followed the reviews of others and gave this place a overnighter. Plenty of room for my 40' RV and toad. Park is very basic, with full hookups and good 50A service. We also tried a nearby Mexican restaurant called Domingos. We had a very tasty dinner, I highly recommend it. Overall it was a good one niter. We camped here in a Motorhome.
