Ugh, ugh, ugh. Having stayed here previously we were disappointed to see that this place has really taken a turn for the worse. Many, many full time residents. Obviously there are some issues because the bathrooms were locked with a big old padlock every night. This came as a surprise to us when we tried to use them in the morning. In the women's, one of the two toilets doesn't work and the other one doesn't work very well. The big padlock on the door was also an indication that it might not be very safe to use the bathrooms even when they are open. A Wal-Mart parking lot would be a big improvement over this place. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed at this RV park a couple of times previously, but this most recent stay was unacceptable. The staff is friendly, but the place is over-priced, not very clean, and has other issues. It had been raining, so the floor in the bathroom was very dirty/muddy. In the women's restroom, there are two toilets, but only one of them flushes properly and the other one has no toilet paper dispenser. When we tried to use the restroom in the morning, both were locked with a large padlock. Nothing was mentioned when we checked in, so we were surprised to find the restrooms unavailable to guests. At $27, the place is far over-priced. We won't stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
A small park, just off I-5, but not too much traffic noise from freeway. When we arrived, there was a smell of cattle, which disappeared within a couple of hours. The staff is friendly, and there is a small Mexican restaurant on the property. The restaurant isn't gourmet, but it was okay if you're tired of your own cooking. The bathroom and showers were clean, but there was no heat. The laundry room was well maintained, also. Nothing much in the way of amenities, but it was a fine place to stop for the night. We camped here in a Motorhome.
