Small park with pull-throughs - all long enough for two sites if motorhomes. Very quiet and only one other transient rig there. Didn't look in restrooms. Enjoyed evening meal in the restaurant ($35 for two mains). Would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
A simple, rustic campground with all the basics in a very beautiful setting. The sites are on a bit of slope, requiring some leveling of our rig. We stayed here for one night on our way through the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Camped for six nights with Loners on Wheels club with sixteen rigs. This was our second year at this wonderful campground located right off Hwy 36 between Mineral and Chester. Owners and their staff are friendly and helpful. They also run the cafe with an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. They are open for the evening meal on weekends. They also catered a barbecue for our group. Huge pines provide shade. Some sites provide clear view of the southern sky for satellite reception. Cell reception is spotty. We camped here in a Motorhome.
