This is a Santa Clara County campground in a park. They have 15 RV sites for smaller rigs. The official policy is no RVs over 31 feet, but we have seen much longer RV’s. There is water and 30 amps at the site and a dump station. Larger RV’s (and perhaps smaller as well) will have an issue with the road into the park. The last two miles on Sanborn Road is very narrow with some overhanding limbs and a one-lane bridge. It is also very steep coming up the hill into the park. The dump station is very, very tight. The sites are all back-in and fairly short and not very level. This is a campground that I would recommend for smaller RV’s with a sense of adventure. Once you get past that, it is a wonderful, quiet campground with great access to the Bay Area. You can make reservations but we have never, ever seen it full. If you do not make reservations, you have to pay day-by-day; a bit of a pain but it works. The gates close at sundown so it feels secure. If you talk to the right person, you can get the gate code to come in after dark. The park is a bit strange in that it gets some folks camping because they have no other housing, but it has never been a problem for us. Our Verizon phone and data card did not work in the park because of the terrain. There are some sites where you can pick up satellite. We camped here in a Motorhome.
