Campground is not as bad as I had read. The lake was way down and very muddy. It was 7 miles to fuel and a small town. Sites do have some shade but are not level. There are limited rest rooms: kinda clean with no showers. Noisy after 10! We stayed in the RV section and it was more tame then the tent sites. We wouldn't come back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The best thing about this campground is that it is on the lake. It does have a nice green grass area for kids to run in. There is enough room that dogs & kids can play in the water without others around. We have camped with horses there and with RV. Not much to do but take walks and play in the water. OK with us. I wouldn't use the port-a-potties, our daughter got bit by a black widow and had to be rushed to the hospital. I have heard of people seeing rattle snakes there although we never have. Don't expect fancy here but good for relaxing. We got to watch jet ski racing, entertaining. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
