Rate is Senior rate with Golden Age pass. Also, this review is based on having RV. If for tenting, I would give a higher score. Problem is many sites (where you put RV) are narrow, not level, or difficult to access. We were given the option to look first and did not, so took site close to path to springs. We fit (at 26') but if you had slides, they would not work. So check first. Bathrooms and showers were clean BUT needed maintenance; doors did not have locks, shower curtains hanging askew, towel holders broken off, no place to put shampoo or soap in showers. At the dump station there was standing water in the dump site; someone should be checking, cleaning, maintaining. Roads in the park are asphalt but starting to show wear; pot holes and crumbling on the road and at the site. HOWEVER, if tenting here or in small B class, this is super spot. Many sandy tent platforms raised up, firepits and grills, pole for lantern, etc. All of this is short walk to the springs which are awesome. Great swimming at constant 72 degrees and shallow (for kids) for much of area. Don't let the algae bother you, it's mostly near the boil. We walked the nature trail and it was old Florida, with great interpretative signs. They needed better maps with directions on board walk, but good experience. So because of maintenance needs and tough access, I give it a 7 for RVs, but would give a 9 for tenters. We camped here in a Motorhome.
