We stayed here because the trolley to the beach is better than parking and fighting the traffic. Close to everything you would want at Fort Myers Beach. Clean facilities and the people (staff and fellow RV'ers) were friendly and welcoming! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is an Encore resort. The location was perfect, a two mile trolley ride to the GULF BEACH! Clean, friendly and wonderful service. The resort is smaller and older than other Encore resorts we have stayed in but it is well kept and clean! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for about a Month during October and early November. The staff was extremely helpful and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and clubhouse are quite nice as well. We instantly made friends and were even invited to a birthday party of one of the lot owners. I have no idea what people are talking about with the sewer smell - I never smelled a thing. We absolutely loved the park and would certainly stay here again. We're full-timers. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park does not look like a lot from the outside but if you are lucky enough to get a spot in season, you quickly find that the people and amenities are great. We will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has mostly manufactured homes with RV sites scattered around. The roads are very narrow and the RV sites are difficult to maneuver with a large rig. We stayed here on the $1000.00 for three month deal in Oct. Nov. and Dec. This park is very convenient to everything. The beach can be reached via the shuttle which is just outside the park. The beach is about 4 miles away. The park has three nice pools and lots of activities. Close to shopping and great restaurants. We will be staying again next year, not so much for the park but for the location and price. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park but it is not big rig friendly. I have a 40' class A and I was just able to get into my site. The street was very narrow and did not leave any room to swing into the pull thru without driving over the cement patio pad. The electric post is at the rear of the site which made it very difficult to get around the post and into the site. The water hook up is at the front of the site. The site itself is very narrow for a rig with 4 slides. The park does not seem to have any spot for traveling RV'ers. All the sites are integrated with permanent rigs or park models. Trash pick up is only on Mondays and Fridays with no dumpsters available for the other days. I don't have room in my motorhome to store 3 or 4 days of trash. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is well landscaped and maintained. It is a nice park for smaller rigs, but not big rig friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

They offer sites on the sand on the ocean or on a concrete pad across the street. Staff guides you in. Ocean sites were packed in big time. Since we were there on off season the street side was empty. The concrete pads were level and clean, very little grass but I guess that is because it would only die in the heat. Daily charge was high because we had to pay electric also. No Wi-Fi, cable was good. 10 miles south in Benita Beach there is a dog park on the gulf. Dogs run free on a sand bar. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

VERY tight spacing. Our slide was in someone else's site and someone else's awning was in ours. There was about 4-5 feet between campers. Great staff, very friendly service. Wonderful sites right on the ocean! Bring your bikes. Community pool and shops within riding distance. Lots of activities, bingo, aerobics, etc. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our site was on the bay with great views of pelicans, herons, and other wildlife. However, it can smell like sewer and dead fish certain times of day. Sites packed in as tight as possible, our car had to be moved so the neighbor across could get his rig out / new one in. People were friendly enough and it appeared a lot of folks stay all winter. (Personally I couldn't figure out why they liked it well enough to stay all winter.) It was cold while we were there and there was no heat in the bathrooms/showers: none at all and it was around freezing. Park was old and not very well kept, which I wasn't expecting. Not really that close a walk to the beach at least a mile or more with a steep bridge in between. Personally I would rather drive 10 minutes to the beach and stay somewhere nicer. But, if you are determined to stay “near the beach” you might be happy enough with the place. Way overpriced for early January. Price was with weekly rate discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A fun, funky park. We came for 3 nights and stayed 2 weeks. It's central to everything and a short walk to Fort Myers Beach, 6 miles from Sanibel. Since it was off-season, we had a premier spot, backed up on the lagoon that had lots of roosting and feeding birds. Very friendly staff....we would definitely come here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You cannot find a better location for the money. We Walked to Fort Myers Beach and found some great little rustic dockside restaurants just outside the campground. We stayed for a week (the nightly rate reflects the weekly rate). We had a waterfront site which was well located for us. The sites are small (as we had expected) but we had a great time here and everyone was very nice. Keep in mind, many campgrounds in the area are farther away and you will have to drive into Fort Myers Beach, which is like driving in New York City during rush hour. Stay here if you want to spend time in Fort Myers Beach, not if you are looking to spend all your time in the campground. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
