There are only two private campgrounds between Bellevue and Ketchum. Unfortunately this campground is primarily used by construction workers. There were only 8 - 10 sites used for “overnighters”. At one point during our stay the campground looked like a construction yard with a water tanker, cherry picker, and various heavy duty commercial trucks. The entire park is on packed dirt – not a stitch of grass or any trees. There is one loop road with back-in sites on the outer side and pull-through sites in the center. All of the sites had FHU and some of the back-in sites had 50 amp the rest had 30 amp electrical service. The electrical voltage at times was dangerously low. Our voltmeter was reading 108 – 110 without using the air conditioner. Verizon air card was slow but usable. Verizon cell phone had between one and two bars. The campground did have Wi-fi but we did not use it. The pull-through sites were designed as side by side parking. Depending upon how many slides you have and their location, there could be as little as 3 feet between each rig. The pull-thru sites could accommodate large rigs. The bathroom had 2 stalls and 2 showers per gender. The laundry consisted of 2 washers ($1.25 per load) and 2 dryers ($1.00 for ? minutes). The bathroom and laundry looked clean, but we did not use them. It was especially noisy during the early morning hours as the construction workers prepared to leave the campground. Sometimes commercial trucks were entering the park past 10 PM. I would have to really think about coming back to this campground, especially since there are only two in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
No frills park at a good price for the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. Quiet at night, decent Wi-Fi, close to riverside walking trails and the Wood River bike path. We stayed a week and the park was only about a third full. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
A good place to stay; especially for the price. Managers are very friendly & helpful and they were able to accommodate us after another RV Park refused to let us camp there because we could not get in and parked before 10:00 P.M. I would recommend this campground. Treated very well here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This park is one step above a WalMart parking lot. Riverside RV is a gravel parking lot with FHUs. It did not have cable TV or Wi-Fi. There were no TV antenna channels available. The park can accommodate any size of RV. We self-registered. For a resort area, the cost is probably reasonable. We will not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is a very small park with a big heart. The staff of one is very helpful and will try to answer your every question. The shade trees surround the park, but mostly not much shade. There are a few resident sites but the rest are open to all. A real nice little river is next to the park a great to walk along. Just a hop, skip and a jump to all the local attractions. The only downfall to this park is the grounds are all gravel and no WiFi. Fortunately, someone close must have had a receiver because we had great internet reception. We would stay here again. Stay safe and happy motoring. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
