- Dwayne_649 The town of Danville Illinois is close if you need groceries or want to eat out. There is a dollar general in town, down the road from the state park and down the street from that is a cute little ice cream shop called the dairy barn that is awesome!1 month ago Kickapoo State Recreation Area
- Classc2520 There is an area to rent kayaks, canoes and paddle boats. They also offer river tubing. Plenty of areas to hike and bike, which can also be rented. The cafe serves good food and fun beverages served by a very friendly staff; breakfast thru dinner except Mondays. There is also a little gift shop in the boat shop.
