Tips from campers about Beverly Shores, IN
- J&K B Indiana Dunes NP is spread out and not contiguous so you are in and out of the actual park as you drive from location to location. The signage for the park could be improved. The maps available in the visitors center are helpful but not as detailed as they could be. The Paul Douglas Center and Trail at the far western end of the park is a hidden gem. Highly recommend that hike if you want to see the varied ecosystems in the park.2 weeks ago Dunewood Campground
- CoyleTravels Visite the National and state park beaches. Go to the beach in Michigan City.2 weeks ago Dunewood Campground
- JohnTh The Indiana Dunes NP is all around. It's not Yellowstone - no breathtaking peaks or crystal-clear lakes, but it is fascinating. Walking through woods on sand dunes is a new experience. We ate at Joe and Freddy's - highly recommended.2 months ago Dunewood Campground
