Very noisy from Interstate I69 right next to it. The gravel road to sites is full of dips and small holes and needs to be graded. Tight turn at the end to swing around to get to the pull-throughs. We had a hard time getting into the "pull-through" site and had to go back up front to turn around, had to unhook and back up and maneuver with great difficulty to get turned. Not at all big coach friendly for our 40' with toad; we would not stay here again unless we were desperate. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have tried it and it gets worse. They are building more playground and similar amenities, likely catering to families for weekends. Looks like there are some permanent occupants as well. No one is in the office, ever although the trailer adjacent has a sign outside for site Manager. We arrived at 5:30 PM and they close at 5:00 PM so we followed self check in procedures. We expected someone to be in the office in the AM to get a receipt as their instructions promised but there was no one again, when we left at 11:00, just another note on the door that the person took their truck somewhere. It is not worth the price, $31.75 Good Sam rate. We have spent more comfortable nights at rest stops or Walmart. Sites are tight and not all hookups are on the same sides. They are planting trees beside the sites which will make it less accessible. We camped here in a Motorhome.

"Camping is a privilege not a right." This is how this park begins their extensive list of rules which include radar checked speed with fines. Enough of attitude. It is a nicely laid out park with stuff for the kids and easy access. It is next to the Interstate with the expected noise. The restrooms/showers were clean but no A/C. The utility hookups may be perfect or inconvenient depending on the site and your rig. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a month, and had a spot in the rear on the interstate side. You hear the vehicle traffic non stop, but after a few days, the only traffic that bothered us was the jake brakes, as the exit is also right there behind the campground. We had originally chosen a site for the month with the water hookup right outside our door (didn't notice that when we originally looked), then swapped to a different site where it had the hookup out our back side. There are trees on most lots so we also made sure we were able to open the slides and awning without any problem. The firepits are close to the road, and we did have to close our awning to use it as the yards there are small. We also didn't do any fishing, even though we were told it is well stocked, because we didn't want to pay to fish. All that said: overall the campground is nice. Cleanliness means alot to us even if we don't use their shower rooms. The office was always open when it was supposed to be, and if anyone left it, they would put up a sign and be back very soon. The beach area was nice, and swimming was relaxing. You can't bring in ANY outside firewood at all of any kind, but they sell it reasonably priced there. (Not too many campgrounds do.) They have nice large pull through sites too which is nice. One thing we really REALLY liked is they provide places all along the fence to deposit our pets waste. Wish more people would clean up after their pets though. We enjoyed our month there, and would go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
