This park is not on the Fort Knox military post, but it isn't far away. This was my second stay at this CG. The last was a few years ago. Wi-Fi still iffy depending on how far from the office and how many RVs are between you and there. You can sit in the rec building and use a laptop if you need strong Wi-Fi. Cell service is also sketchy. I had to go outside the RV to get one bar. Utilities were good. There is a mixture of concrete and gravel sites. Most are level. Not all of them will allow for satellite reception due to trees. The rec building is nice, is in the middle of the park, and contains laundry, satellite TV, and a book/movie sharing library. I think laundry was a buck per load. There is a stocked lake next to the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only the W/E sites are reservable. They offer a discount for Golden Age/Access card holders which I used. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A decent park for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Nice little setting. Noticed campers from multiple states. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at the park for 9 days and were very pleased. The site was a little unlevel but not as bad as some. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry facility was excellent and the bathhouse was very clean and nice. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty as you got away from the office but if you were in the laundry it was excellent. Lots of TV channels to flip through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Not a bad park at all. We had a 30A service. The voltage was 118V, and the water pressure was 35psi which is a little low. The configuration of the sites is a little odd, but manageable. We were able to park our 36' FW in our assigned site with plenty of room for our truck while un-hitched. Our site was off level by 3 inches. Management was very friendly and helpful. I guess it was bad luck, but we were surrounded by yappy little dogs. We couldn't step outside without them starting to bark incessantly. This was exascerbated by the fact that the owners had left their campsites and weren't there to control their mutts. (As you can probably tell, I'm not a "dog" lover). There was good wifi service, and we were able to obtain a sattelite signal from our campsite. There are quite a few trees in the park, so your sattelite reception may or may not work. There is cable in the park if you need it. We used the laundry. There were four washers and four dryers, and they all worked correctly. There are lots and lots of historical sites and attractions in the area that make this a great location to stay at. Louisville is just a short drive away, and there are distilleries and museums in every direction from the park. We'd stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
