Roads are dirt and gravel. Sites are dirt and grass. We had a large pull through which did not receive 50 amp service without a wire across the coach. Lake view was very nice with lots of geese. It was very dusty and could be muddy with rain. The roads in and out were very bumpy and the hook-ups looked rather outdated with dangling wrap, etc. Some large dogs were running loose. No problems with satellite or Verizon signals. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The park was fairly empty when we stayed but you will want to check the website for the bargain shopping weekends (usually the second or third weekend of the month) which will attract large crowds and affect availability. We camped here in a Motorhome.
