Tips from campers about Branch, MI
- Doug34ele Temperatures during our stay were hot....90 to 95...so the pool was a great boon. The surrounding area offers some great escapes from the heat. Stark Caverns was a joyful adventure and definitely beat the heat, little ones may have a problem with the lack of lighting or the closeness of the walls. Walking downtown at Bagnal Dam was refreshing and held our attention. Many shops are really nice and inspiring. A good suggestion would be the art shop and the best local shop there. Down the road from the camp was a Gelato shop that also had great popcorn....we were there several nights. The shop is called Stam's....we think....but has a great selection of Gelato and popcorn....but check your time to make sure they are open. Visited the nearby Marina for lunch. The Boathouse was a good rest5and also had dining in a pool area to help beat the heat. Great find.3 weeks ago Majestic Oaks Park
- Dean_548 Campground is on the Osage River but 5 minutes to lake. Too many great lake waterfront restaurants to list. You will not be disappointed. If you want the best ice cream...CREE MEE in Eldon has the best ice cream cones.2 months ago Lazy River RV Resort
