Very large State Park. Campsites are large enough for big rigs. D loop is the electric loop. Wildlife abundant. Paved walking / bike trail runs through the park. Very nice campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Of the 96 sites, only 17 are equipped with power, making this campground more suitable to boondockers. The sites are well spaced and private. This huge park is heavily wooded and contains 35 miles of hiking & horseback trails. The park stretches 18 miles along the St Croix river. Rangers patrol the park but are unobtrusive. In addition to the nightly rate there is also an entrance fee, the cost of which varies depending on what period of time you want to cover. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
