This park is located behind the motel, though the location is great and the rates are cheap, it really isn't a campground I would ever return to. The grass wasn't cut, I fell into what must have been an old dump hole, all the way to the knee. That I didn't break or twist something is a miracle. No one was around at the campsites. If you needed anything you had to go to the motel front office. And the restrooms, though okay, were not clean enough for me to want to take a shower in them! Was a very, very old building and facilities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good park at west end of 76 strip on Sheppard Hills Pkwy. Easy in and out to travel the town with all of the colored routes they have set up. Would rate higher if they had wifi. The motel/RV Park manager and her husband were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. Other RV guests we visited with also made the same comments to us. Sites are small but took our 37' 5th wheel, although we could not park in front of the coach. The manager had us park on the site beside ours instead of in the parking lot. We had planned to spend a month but ended up having to change plans and leave after a week but will return again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

It's a bare bones place to stay in Branson. It's in a good location, easy to get to, and for my purposes, it worked out great. It's nothing Fancy, but clean and very reasonable in price. It's part of a motel/RV complex. It worked for us, as our daughter and her family stayed at the motel, and we stayed in the motor home. I did check the restroom/shower building, and it was nothing fancy, but very clean. The motel has a small pool that RV people can use. Concrete pads, but as the operator said, the park was built about twenty years ago, and most of the pads are for shorter RV's. They do have several for larger RV's. The only problem I really saw was, the full hookups are in the middle of the pad. Therefore you need longer hoses and such. You also need to watch the hookups in order to clear for a living room slide. As I said, it was fine for me, as we were away from the RV most of the time, and mostly only slept there. Would go again for our purposes in Branson. It's not a place to camp. Does have a picnic table on a concrete pad, but the sites are very close together. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean place. Next to a nice looking motel. The owner's daughter told me that her dad is an RV'er, and he added the RV sites because of that. Because many families come to Branson together, and some are RV'ers and some aren't, and they can stay in the same facility. Most of the sites are very level. They don't have a store, or some of the other amenities of many parks, but you can get almost anything you want within a couple of blocks. It's great for those who are out doing things most of the day, and you just need a place to park and sleep. You can use the motel pool. About two blocks off the 76 Blvd., near the end of it. Very close to Silver City also. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This has to be one of the better parks in the Branson area. The only bad thing about the parks is turning in, it's on a hill and on coming traffic is had to see. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a nice Branson RV park. What that means is that, like all the parks we saw there (which certainly isn't all), it was on a ridgetop, so not a lot of spare room to walk/ride around once parked. The middle of the park where we were has little shade, but the sites on the edges are real pretty, looking into the Ozark hills on either side of the park. In 20 years the middle of the park will be well-shaded too, with the trees that are growing now. The camp store was very sparse, not much RV stuff or food. The attendants were really nice though, and very helpful, gave good local visiting tips. (We were there on the way somewhere else, and not to tour Branson). The pool was adequate, and the kids had a great time in it (as did we the parents, because it was so hot that week!). WiFi was OK. Hookups fine. Water good. Pull-through was a bit narrow to get my 27' travel trailer in. Nice bushes and trees between sites, though. Barbeques only as I recall, but didn't really look to see if fire rings because it was too hot! No garbage pickup, but it is a small park, so easy to hoof it to the clubhouse dumpster. It was a nice little park, and we would be happy to camp there again. (In fact our son played with a kiddo there with grandparents who camp there every summer.) Just wish they had more food and RV stuff in the small camp store. Very nice atmosphere though. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If you manage to pull in without getting wiped out by someone coming over the hill thank your lucky stars. There are lots of seasonals and the sites that seemed to be saved for travelers are stacked one on top of the other. The deluxe sites ($2 extra) are beautiful and worth the money. They are back-ins. The people are most helpful and most of the residents are very friendly. Its location west of Silver Dollar City keeps you out of the traffic mix but also causes a drive when you attend the shows. I don't think I would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As we entered the CG to drive to the office, the road was so dusty that I couldn't see the
toad thru the rear view camera...we went in and turned around and left...the RV and Toad was covered with a white dust.. Also the entrance is difficult to find..the entrance in on top of a hill on a busy highway with limited visibility...Would not stay there since it was so dusty We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has a TL rating of 7.5/10/10. When we went in 2002, it was everything and more
than what the advertising said. Restrooms were spotless, owners friendly, and the campground was clean and appealing. We had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend this park to anyone. The ONLY down fall is the location of the parks entrance...it is on the top of a hill of a busy highway and is very dangerous to get out of or pull into. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good campground. It is close to all attractions and the staff was nice. Most shows can be booked at the campground. While the restrooms were very clean, the showers had no chair or bench which was a slight drawback. The WiFi was down as much as it was up and running. We think there are better campgrounds in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an ok campground for Branson. Sites are very close together and not all that level but that is just the nature of the terrain around here. Wi-Fi is good, cable TV could be better. Price we paid reflected a veteran discount paid with cash: good deal. We will look at other options next Veterans Day. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly, clean, convenient campground located about 2 miles from the strip. Sites are somewhat close together and slightly unlevel, but no more so than most of the other campgrounds in this area. Good discount prices on many show tickets. Very clean laundry room. We visited many of the other well known campgrounds in and around Branson while here and America's Best Campground, overall, would be our first choice. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

America's Best is name only. Sites VERY close together. Very uneven sites made it hard to level our 5th wheel. Sites also slope pretty bad. Was assured I would get satellite TV from my site. I guess the lady did not know there was a big tree in line of sight to the south. Not a good park for dogs as no place to walk them except up and down the interior roads. Personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable about area. Tickets for certain shows available at the office. Vehicle/RV wash rack available, albeit expensive and foam brush had severe kink in hose limiting foam. Could not get ABC on cable, bummer, missed the ALCS. I asked maintenance personnel to blow leaves from site and was told they would be back in two hours (leaves), the guy gave a lick and a promise with a blower. We would look for another park if in the area again, however, this park has easy access to freeway and close to major shopping. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Pros: The workers were very helpful with directions and offered reduced rates on many shows. The spacious restrooms and 10 washer laundry were very clean. Propane is sold by the gallon, and there are facilities for large groups. It is nice not to have to tow through the city, yet be 10-15 minutes from most shows. We saw people use the RV wash, and we used the free air pump. It is quiet and close to Kohl's, Target, Walmart, etc. There are grills at each site but are probably too close to your unit to use. The Wi-Fi worked fine. Cons: The sites are extremely close and not level, even with blocks. Many sites show signs of scraped vehicles, and interior roads need work. Our cable was very fuzzy, and some local channels were not viewable. It also went out when it rained. Our lot was open to satellite, but many are blocked with trees. This is nowhere near the best campground in the country, but it is better than most and reasonably priced. The pros outweigh the cons, so we will return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an average resort town RV park. The nightly cost is reasonable for a resort area. The cable TV worked fine, but was lacking in the number of channel choices. The laundry facility was adequate and well maintained. The campground brochure claimed they were the most RV friendly campground 5 years running. Well you could have fooled me. The man that led us to the campsite in his golf cart never once said hello, goodbye or is the site OK. He just drove through the site with me following and drove off. Nobody from the office or other helpers ever waved or acknowledged our presence in the 6 days we stayed here. If you are going to brag you had better be ready to back it up. The only other complaint I had was that on a couple of nights the odor of methane gas was very strong and we could not use our vent fantastic to cool the RV due to the odor being sucked in through the windows. All things considered we would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Looked foward to camping here however we were greatly disappointed. Reservations were made 2 months prior for two 40ft motorhomes. The staff put us in a site's made for a 35 ft site at best. We each tried to level our coaches several times and could not even come close (sites 120, 121) This you don't need after traveling 300+ miles The staff could not relocate us. At the time there were other empty sites(?). Which didn't look very level. They could not accommodate us so they offered a refund taking about 45 minutes to get our money back... The campgrounds looked nice and that's as far as we got. There are enough campgrounds in the area so finding others should not be a problem. We would not come back!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is by far one of the very best parks in which we've stayed during our 3-month trip this summer. We went back there after having stayed there in 2007. This park is very clean and excellently maintained. Our motorhome and flatbed trailer carrying our car (60') fit nicely into a pull-through site. They even sell discounted tickets for many of the Branson shows. We will go back there for sure anytime we return to Branson. Thank you ABC. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was a busy, bustling place. The staff was very helpful at check in and later when I returned to ask about some of the shows in Branson, they were happy to recommend some. We liked that each site had a picnic table and grill because we like to cook out a lot. There was a pancake and sausage breakfast one morning during our stay and we went. The food was delicious and there was even live entertainment! The laundry room and restrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff made rounds frequently to keep an eye out for problems, but not in a way that made us feel like they were checking up on us. We felt that the location was good for the main Branson activities and was still quiet and peaceful. The pool was also nice with a hot tub. The playground was a little sparse, but it was still better than nothing. My husband and I stayed there with our three kids, ages 7 years, 5 years, and 2 years. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I don't know how this campground made the good sam best campground. I would not stay here again. I think it is overrated. We camped with a group here and could only use the pavillion two nights while there. No one else used it while we were there. We had about 20-25 units. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here several times and found this to be one of the best campgrounds in Branson. Easy to get to and from Branson attractions. Campground is super clean and staff is great. We stayed in the hilltop sites which are wider than the other sites. Some sites are a little difficult to get level in, but with some blocks it works fine. Bathrooms, shower, and laundry facilities are excellent, and they have a nice little store. Some cable TV channels are a little fuzzy and there is no way we could find a TV guide for their service provider. Some construction going on right next door so it's a little noisy during the day, but the noise stops at 5 pm. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here in 2008. A really nice campground. Very clean and well kept. Nice grounds with flowers and well manicured grass areas. Extremely friendly staff. This was a busy time of the year for them and we called trying to arrive early and they managed to get us in a day before we had reservations. It is far enough off the main roads to be peaceful and quiet. After checking in, they have escorts that lead you to your site. They can fill propane onsite and have several things in the office you can purchase. I would have given them a 10 but the sites are gravel and some unlevel, of course it is the mountains. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The spots were nicely spaced, level, everything works, the park well laid out and easy to find in the Missouri hills with a GPS navigator. The staff is friendly and way beyond helpful. We had the misfortune to have our little Yorkie die while there....late on a Friday evening....light rain, but they volunteered to bury her for us!!! Needless to say, I'll be coming back to this park in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Close proximity to the "strip" in Branson. The sites were a good size (but many like mine were uneven). Restrooms and showers were very clean. Laundromat was also clean. We enjoyed the spa (but a bit disappointed that pool was closed). Granddaughter enjoyed the swings and playground. Staff was extremely friendly. I would give this park a higher rating, but thought the price (for 4 adults) was a bit high. We camped here in a Motorhome.

ABC is a very clean and professionally run park. Long pull thru's are suitable for 40' + rigs with tow and there were quite a few there. Management was very helpful helping us get tickets for shows. The park was quiet at night. Plenty of "dog runs" so we didn't have to go half way across the park to exercise fido. Our site (16) was a bit narrow and closely spaced but we felt that was due to the hilly terrain. Some reviewers say sites are unlevel, but only a handful that I saw were, and are up by the laundry room. There is an RV wash bay but we didn't try it. The park is very clean and well maintained. Drives to the strip don't take very long, and it's almost nice to be away from the hustle and bustle when the day was done. We would highly recommend staying here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice RV park. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. They offer discount tickets to some shows and can get you tickets to most shows at the front. When we were there they offered a pancake and sausage breakfast, and they always have coffee in the mornings. Front staff weren't too aware of activities other than shows, but were friendly. Sites are hard to level as it is up in northern Branson in the hills. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were at this campground for a Rally, which we enjoyed. Staff excellent. Could not have asked for a better staff. Sites are very hard to level or ours was, and we heard the same from other people. This park is a frequent winner of Good Sam's best park award. Would have rated a 10 if showers were a bit more user friendly and larger. No hooks or place to put shower gear while using sinks post showers. Park was probably at 50% occupancy but when we arrived without a reservation, they made out it was a BIG deal they could find us a place--pretty mechanical at front desk. Large laundry room with up-to-date equipment--quite clean. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Can understand why Good Sam Welcome Mat has been awarded so often. Everything was as we were led to believe. Staff goes out of the way to assist and made reservations for activities. Laundry room has ample machines, all in working order and all clean. Park is well landscaped, sites very level. We will not bother trying another park when(if)we ever get back Branson way. Ten minutes from the "Strip", and fifteen minutes from down town shopping area on the river. We never ran out of things to do the four days we were in Branson. We will be back. Clean and quiet at night, gravel sites terraced but depending on the length of your rig can be difficult to level. The staff is very friendly and helpful, discount tickets to shows are available at the office. Very nice laundry facility. However the "cable TV" is greatly overstated, very few stations available and the local stations reception are so snowy that they are not fit to watch 90% of the time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Still a nice place to stay although the roads and the sites are starting to show some wear. Great staff and they are upgrading the cable system. Close to everything and it is on the Red Route so it is easy to get to from the Highway. Stayed here before and will again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The laundry area was large and clean. This is a busy place with lots going on, caravans coming and going, lots of great shopping and good shows. We were told of great restaurants close by. We have stayed here once before. There are often groups also. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate was with a Good Sam discount. We did have to have the card to get the discount. They also give you a discount if you are a veteran. The campground was pretty easy to get to even though it is kind of on a back road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was pretty well stocked with necessities and had lots of gifty things. They had discounts for shows and would make show reservations for you. We were escorted to our site. The site was gravel but seemed to drain well as we were there during some heavy rain and didn't have a problem. We did have to put one wheel on boards to level the coach. The site was narrow. There was a concrete pad with a picnic table, but we had to move the table so we could open the bays. Perhaps we could have moved the coach over some. Even though the sites were a little narrow, because of the positioning, we were not looking directly into another coach's window. The sites are terraced. The laundry was nice with 10 washers and 10 dryers, all working. $1.50 for each. It was quiet where we were, but I think some of the sites could have noise and dust behind them. There is a working quarry right behind part of the campground. They were having a pancake breakfast on Saturday but we were not there for it. The campground was not full at this time of year. I don't think there was any special area to walk pets. Along one edge though there were some trash cans for disposing of waste from the dogs. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A nice enough park with friendly and helpful staff (lots of local info and effortless bookings for all shows), but I cannot for the life of me imagine why Good Sam rates it as the best in America. The two sites we tried were far from level; however, the fridge still worked OK. Location is 10 minutes out of town (plenty of others are much closer) with no shuttle service. WIFI is exceptional, but CATV was snowy on half of the channels. Washrooms clean and modern with tile floors and nice shower surrounds. Altogether a good choice, but don't expect to share Good Sam's enthusiam. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Decent older campground showing its age. The water leaked at our site, there was construction going on behind us. We were under powerlines. The Big Rig sites fall away and could be tough to level as some are more sloped than others. Good Sam rates this park #1 for the past several years. Frankly we couldn't see why. The people working there were friendly so that helped their rating with us. Nice dog walks. We'd probably try a different park if we get back this way, but I wouldn't have a problem staying here if we had to. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Ruthie is great! The rest of the staff is friendly too. Many of the sites are not level their entire length so it is hard to get level if you have a long rig. We put our front wheels in holes (gravel sites) and the rear wheels on blocks and then had to put blocks under our jacks to get us near level. Many sites were this way. Other than that the park has lots of extras and a great store. The staff can sell you tickets to most of the attractions which is nice. We did have some extra dust because of the shopping center construction that is going on immediately behind the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very busy park so I would recommend calling ahead. We spent a week and this is a good park as it is close to all the attractions. We also had a back in that was somewhat inclined, but ok. If traveling with family you might want to check out the state / COE parks out by Table Rock Lake. We drove through one and it was really nice, won't have all the extras through, cable,wi-fi. This should be shown as a great park, but for me MH utilities had to be connected on an extreme slope; the grass cutter with a weed eater cut up my dump hose which I discovered when dumping, ABC gave me 10% off a new hose. Big deal ! One would think a park this nice would have more than 12 cable channels. One can not be going to shows all the time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A wonderful park in a great location. Easy to get to and far enough out of Branson to be quiet and restful and yet close enough that you are minutes away from everything. We had a very nice, shady pull-through. The park is very well maintained, clean, and run by a very efficient staff - they also have a sense of humor! One suggestion: they need some roll-around baskets in their laundry room and one small complaint: the cable tv goes off if someone turns off a breaker at their site. Three different nights we had to go around trying to find which breakers were off. This was annoying. Don't let that keep you from staying at this top notch park! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. We were one of 83 units that are members of Suites Owners International Travel Club that had our national rally at ABC May 15 through 20 2007. The staff at ABC handled everything, food, entertainment, transportation and parking. We had 2 ladies from ABC with us at all times to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend ABC for camping at Branson and for any group looking for a rally site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We found this park to be very quiet and comfortable. The spaces are adequate. The park is close to the theatres but not in the hustle and noise of the town. The staff are the greatest. Thanks to the reviews here, we picked this park upon arrival in the Branson area. While the sites are gravel pull-thrus and close together, they are fairly level. We were just looking for a place to stay while visiting various attractions, and this park fit the bill nicely. The pool and spa were clean. The laundry facility was awesome and extremely clean. They have some necessary RV supplies in the large office. The electric service never dropped below 119V, which is very good for such a large park. This park even has a place to wash RVs. In a word- fantastic! Wonderful staff, best laundry room, impeccable bathrooms/showers, and very nice infrastructure. This is the place for serious RVers. Very clean, easy Access, pet Friendly. Nice store with food, clothing, crafts. Good booking service. A little far from the activities which meant no traffic noises. Would have been a problem for us as we don't have a Toad. However there is a new shuttle bus service called the Branson Looper. You pay for a day pass and get on and off as much as you like. Stops at the campgound. Took us to shows and picked us up. It is a top decker bus and was great for sightseeing. Staff at campground was friendly and helpful. We will be back. What a disappointment. With all of the high praise, we were really expecting a top notch campground. Instead, we found a parking lot that sits on a hill above Branson. There was very little shade from the summer sun. Campsites were tight and mostly gravel. Most people staying at ABC are seniors with high end motor homes. It was too hot for a campfire in July, but ABC doesn't allow them anyway. Yes, the staff was nice and the place was very clean. But, we won't go back. How does this place get a "best campground" award when it's not really a campground? We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice RV Park. Large sites, lots of room, close to Branson. I only gave it a 9 because it only had basic cable (important to me), the interior roads were good but not paved, no fenced dog area, although they do provide an area around the perimeter to walk your dog. This claims to be Americas Best Campground but we've been in many that are better. Staff very friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The facilities are spotless and the employees are very nice. However, I can only give ABC a "4" rating. Why? Because ABC is not really a campground. It is a large parking lot for expensive motor homes. (An RV park) Most of the sites are very close and tight. There is no shade whatsoever. No trees and very little grass. And this so called "campground" does not allow campfires. This is a great place if you have a large motor home and you plan to stay inside your motor home during your time there. To call ABC a campground isn't fair to all of the other real campgrounds in Branson. Those of you looking to have a real camping experience should look somewhere else. This is an excellent park. The ONLY complaint I have is that their WI-FI connection is not the best. The only way I could get an internet connection was sitting outside at the picnic table at the site next to me. But hey, I was on vacation--who needs the internet . ABC has demonstrated willingness to please its visitors. In particular, I have been very impressed with the Wi-Fi Service it has installed. This campground is clean, and very nice. The owners are super and the facilities are impeccably clean and neat and spacious. There isn't much shade, the sites are narrow, but when we were there, there were only a handful of campers. It's far enough away from the strip to be quiet and peaceful but near enough to be a short trip. This is one of the best campgrounds we have visited. The staff was exceptional. They gave excellent recommendations for the shows in Branson. Our favorite show (Pierce Arrow) was highly recommended by their staff. You can even purchase your show tickets at the campgrounds. The baths/showers were always clean. We were disappointed that there were no provisions for campfires. The laundry room beat any we have seen before. This Park was wonderful. VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS Pool was nice. We were there in August for 1 week,park was not crowded with children...a few, but not tons! This Campground is a little bit out of town, but far enough to get away from the crowded area in Branson. ABC is mostly for Big Rigs, the sites were mostly pull thrus, they were level. The park doesnt have alot of shade, but thats what an awning is for. My husband loved the wireless internet connection. They had a cute little store with some groceries and gifts. A wonderful place to stay when in Branson. Great people running the campground. While there this summer, we left our granddaughters blowup boat at the pool. Now, the boat probably didn't cost more than five dollars when we bought it last summer, but we can't find one this year. She really loves that boat. I called ABC, and they had found the boat. They mailed it to me. What great people. The campground is very clean, with the cleanest restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms that you'll find. The campground is out of the way, but only a couple of miles from 76 Boulevard. They only drawback that I found there, is that the park is not very old, and there is not much shade at this time. They have planted many trees, and in time they will have some good shady spaces. They also have cabins for those that don't come in an RV. Give it a try, and I think that you will be very satisfied. We camped here in a camper.

One of the best campgrounds I've ever seen. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The cleanest restrooms and showers I've run across. Every other weekend they have a sausage and pancake breakfast for $2.50. All you can eat. Located about five minutes from the strip. Good level sites. Very clean laundry room. By far one of the best campgrounds we have been to. The facility and owners are top rate. Easy access and easy to get to the shows and activities around the area. We spent our Wedding Anniversary there, at the time I made our reservations, I asked if they would have roses sent to our RV in the morning, they handled everything, that morning, here came their golf cart with the roses for my wife. They make your stay fantastic... will certainly return. We camped here in a camper.

This RV Park has a lot going for it. Very clean facilities, well maintained, and a great value for the dollar. Located central to Branson's attractions this place is loaded with things to do and s great staff. While there, they were doing construction and development at an adjacent piece of land and the dirt and dust and noise were a distraction, but that will not last for long. The price is with the 10% KOA membership discount, local taxes, and a "Premium" site. To add to the positive comments already posted: This KOA epitomizes the finest KOA has to offer with a very friendly and helpful staff, great park layout and amenities, and closeness, but not too close, to Branson attractions. Why then a 9 instead of a 10? A few niggles: Yes, there's Wi-Fi but in our location, top of the hill above the Convention Center, the signal was a weak to moderate with occasional drop outs requiring reconnection. No worries, my Sprint broadband card was a backup with a EVDO connection. Most of the sites were gravel with concrete strips that our "arrival guide" indicated we needed to have our RV tires on. We were able to comply but barely, having only an inch to spare on either side once I finagled the rig back and forth. This next one isn't a dig at KOA but at the dog owners that insisted on using our little grass patch as a doggy dump site instead of the very plentiful dog walk areas around the park - c'mon, show some respect for your fellow travelers and take the extra 10 seconds to walk across the road to relieve your dog instead of 2 feet from my utility hook ups. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and we will next time we visit Branson! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very beautiful camp site with welcoming managers. Many amenities - more than I expected. There is pizza available at the office and you can purchase fudge as well. They offer breakfast at the convention center and shuttle service to shows if you purchase your tickets at their office. They aren't discounted tickets but they get good seats. This awesome campground just off the beaten path, but still in the heart of Branson. Upon arriving we were greeted with fresh popcorn and escorted to our site by one of the staff. They staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were very helpful in assisting us with attractions in the area. They have a show shuttle service and ticket booth right at the park. The staff puts on an awesome pancake breakfast in the mornings, complete with the best biscuits and gravy ever. The store also has a small pizza parlor and they deliver it right to your site. Some of the sites are currently being improved with brick patios and flowers. The sites are spacious and our pull through (#154) even had a large grassy area right next to it. The park provides a clean playground, sparkling (and refreshing in the heat of the Branson summer) pool, and a bounce mat for the kids. My grandchildren loved it! We rated this park an 8 due to the restrooms being small and outdated. The restrooms are only one shower and one toilet. My son-in-law complained that people were walking by him as he was using the toilet as it is not stalled. While in the area don't miss Dolly's Dixie Stampede. My 2 year old granddaughter especially loved the music and the horses. We also went to the butterfly garden, don't miss the mirror maze. We also went about 30 miles back east to visit Lambert's restaurant as we had seen it on the Travel Channel and it did not disappoint! They even throw your rolls from the middle of the room! This campground has new deluxe patio sites which are really nice. It's close to the shows and staff will help make reservations. During season, there is a shuttle (for a fee) that will take you to your show. In addition, they make a really, really good pizza and deliver it to your site. Try the fudge, best value in town. Overall Great Park - while the children play area was in great shape, they were just expanding it and adding more things. Owners & Staff were all very friendly. While we were there we had 3 nights below freezing - each evening they would come around as a reminder to let folks know to unhook water - and if no one was around, would leave a note on your door. Staff knew area very well and great info on what to find where and how to get around. Only downside is that the sites were all predominately gravel - no grass. But all were very level (paved pad to pull through on) and easy hook-ups. Would definitely stay here again. And without a doubt, the cleanest bathrooms/shower houses we have seen - regardless of the time of day we used them. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I don't usually care for KOA's for a destination park, but have used them as a stopover several times. This park is the exception to my rule and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Although we were in what I considere an "overflow" type site that is not the best and was some distance from the rally group and the rally hall, overall the park was very nice. I don't normally look for a KOA to stay in, but was here for a 5TH wheel rally for almost a week. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful to everyone. We had a pizza from the store on property, and it was very good for the money; plus they delivered it to your rig. The sites on some spots are on the small/tight side, but not all the sites are that small. For the most part they are level and with very good power. The Wi-Fi works great from all areas in the park, and the cable TV had plenty of channels. The location is very good to all the attractions and far enough away from the road to be quiet. Real nice park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice campground situated within minutes of the strip. Check in was a breeze, with very courteous staff, and the customary assistance to your site. The park was very clean with paved streets, and extremely clean washrooms and showers. The laundry facilities had plenty of machines with reasonable prices. The sites are a tad tight for larger rigs, as we were unable to extend our awning or put a picnic table on the patio side but getting in and out was very easy. The park also has a good selection of sites that have mature trees and also many that have no trees at all. The WIFI worked well throughout the park and cable was better than expected. The pool was shut down but it appeared to be in decent shape. The things this park could do to improve would be to offer additional amenities to do on the days you didn't want to go to town, namely a games room, shuffleboard court, horseshoes or a hot tub. We would come back here anytime. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Adequate. Paved sites are too narrow. Makes getting out of the coach difficult in some sites. Very hilly. Not good for walking except for those in better health than I am. If you have physical problems and need more than a few inches between your bottom step and the too-narrow grassway between your pavement and the next site, ask for a site at the top of the hill. Much more spacious up there. Van is there to take you to the entertainment, and the staff will happily assist you with reservations. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We booked a top price site on the hill which "overlooks the hills" - which in reality, overlooks the shopping mall across the street. The wifi isn't installed at sites - despite them saying it is. When we called at the office to ask where we could get wifi, they didn't know - but we then picked up a signal in the office area. The CG is fine if you are going to use their shuttle service - but you might just as well stay in one of the better CGs farther out if you are using your own car etc. There is also another CG over the street from the KOA - they have wifi at sites. Of course - there are a number of motels offering 2-person rates for less than the KOA rate at this time of year - so you could save a little where and tear on the RV and check into a motel very close to the strip. First I need to explain that in April 2006 the Branson KOA located on the lake closed and the rv park formerly known as Chastain’s (also reviewed on this site) became the KOA. It is on Animal Safari Road, a few blocks off Hwy 76 (aka The Strip). Therefore, the previous post from June 2005 is probably for the old location, but the October 2006 review would be for the new location. I agree with the 2006 review and also with the reviews listed under Chastain’s. The park is quite and pretty nice overall. The staff was friendly, and the new owners seemed to be making improvements. They said the whole park will have wifi soon. For now it was only available at the office. Their cable TV was good and had lots of channels. The roads were paved, and there were security gates. Some areas of the park were heavily wooded and looked a bit tight for big rigs. However, the section where we stayed had much smaller trees and wider roads. The actual sites were a little narrow and close together and each had a table and grill. There were 3 bath houses (the one I saw was clean, but a little worn). However, they need to add one closer to our area. Their shuttle service was well worth the price as they take you right up to the door and pick you up there when the show is over. (It’s free if you buy your show tickets from them. $5 otherwise.) The pool was closed and looked a bit small. I did not see a spa. We looked at several other parks in the area, and in all honesty some of them may be just a little nicer, but they were also farther away from the theaters, so if you are going to see a lot of shows this is the best place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We parked in the back row which was right next to the railroad tracks and at times noisy. If we had needed it, the side was very well shaded. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The restrooms and showers were very CLEAN. The new Branson Landing along the lake (looks like a river to me) is within walking distance. It is a bit of a walk but a lot to look at along the way. The Branson Lakeside RV Park is a nice park located directly on Lake Taneycomo. It's about a five minute walk to the Branson Landing shopping center. Most sites were shaded and fairly level gravel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There were a few long term campers there. The $28 dollar rate included two adults and two children. The only drawback, was the location of the water and cable hookups. They were located at the very back of the sight behind our parking spot. The hose was plenty long, but our coax cable wasn't. The manager said he would be happy to loan us a cable. We might camp here again, but there are so many locations in Branson, who knows. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park for shopping in Branson. Enjoyed lake side site for the weekend and fished several times while there. Was quiet park, facilities were nice and staff was very friendly. Only drawback were sites by lake are much like a big parking lot, with no shade what so ever, Bad for a summer trip. No pool availible and lake is much too cold to swim in. This is a quiet, convenient place to stay, especially if you don't pull a toad! It is within pretty easy walking distance to the downtown area and Branson Landing. One pleasant surprise was the little trolley service they have now. We walked from the camp about 100 yards to the Branson Landing parking lot (south),caught the parking lot trolley to the Bass Pro Shops, and then transferred to the downtown trolley. The trolleys don't go all the way out on "the strip" but it's still a great way to get around the Landing and downtown. The campground is clean (maintained by the city crews) and the staff is very friendly, and CHEAP at $23. We stayed 4 nights for less than $100 total cost! We will definitely stay here again... with or without a toad. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were in a section that was very dusty and dirty with no shade. The park has no amenities. It is located on a lake and you can fish and boat right from the park. Branson Landing is a LONG walk from tha park, and we didn't consider trying it due to the heat. On our last night there it rained 5 inches and the lake flooded. The police went door to door and had everyone (including us) evacuate the front 4 or 5 rows and move to the Branson Landing parking lot. It was a real mess. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is nice. Although the sites are gravel, most of them have a cement pad with a picnic table on them. Sites are fairly easy to get into. It's on a lake for fishing, boating or swimming. The nearby Branson Landing Mall is terrific and within easy walking distance. Great place to stay with easy access off Hwy 65, but make sure you follow the directions from their website. This is a City Owned park on Lake Taneycomo at the end of the new Branson Landing. It has sites on the lake and there are some shaded sites away from the lake. All sites are gravel and level. The wWi-Fi & cable worked excellent. Cable has over 55 channels! It is a great place to park the rig and visit Branson as it has full hookups. Probably the least expensive park in Branson at $21 a night including FHU, Wi-Fi & cable. The bathhouse was very clean and in good condition for an older park. We would stay here again and recommend it to anybody. As far as size, there was a 40' HM towing a 18' cargo trailer, parked attached, while were there and it was all on one pull thru site! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

again. They are building a major complex on the waterfront, which will be called Branson Landing, and have all but destroyed the natural beauty of this campground. They have removed numerous large trees and the construction is ugly and noisy. To access the campground, you now have to detour through a residential district. There are not many trees on the lakefront sites, and the ones that are there are small. Stayed 1 night in June 2004 and moved for the remainder of the week. There are too many campgrounds to choose from in Branson to stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is on a very nice lake, very close to old part of Branson. All sites are close to the lake. Sites are gravel and some roads are gravel. Some road noise, RR track to rear of park, not a problem. Lake is full of fish and ducks. Park is level and eazy to walk in. We will come back in future. We camped here in a camper.

Nice campground for touring Branson. Off the main strip so it is quiet. The sites are fairly level and you have full hook-up, cable and free Wi-Fi. Our site was a bit short, but not too cramped. Rest rooms were nice and clean and the laundry was large and clean. People are very nice and helpful and take you to your site and make sure you can get in. If you want a campground with trees and away from the hassle of the downtown area, this one is for you. It is about a 5 minute drive to the shows, and the road was fine for us. We have stayed here for the last 3 Memorial Day Weekends on the way back north after our annual May trip to MS and LA. We find it a good full facility (hookups, cable, WIFI, pool) to spend 3-4 days off the road on a holiday weekend. Even when full, the park is not cramped or noisy. The site layout is somewhat unique - most sites are on the outside of a "U" shaped field containing the modern bathrooms/laundry, a covered pavilion, and good size pool. A traditional styled campground with gravel roads/sites and plenty of shade. Sites unique in that no one is in front of your site; this makes each site more private than would have been otherwise. Owners on site and are actively involved in the operation of the campground. Everyone was very helpful. Convenient to Branson's hot spots and Table Rock Lake. Only drawbacks -- 1. the entrance road, very narror and winding up the mountain, and 2. the dust from the gravel road -- it had not rained in 3 weeks when we were there. We will return to this campground on our next visit. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground has narrow and very steep roads. In the back section we scraped the tow bar on the way out. As long as they are not busy it seems like they try to leave a space open between motor homes. The sites are built up rocks. You are still over a mile to the shows. You are close to the Roy Rodgers Museum. The Managers are friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is great. It is a peaceful haven in a hectic town. The people that work here and live here (run the place) are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet. The park is nice and clean, Quiet at night. Good park to stay in while visiting Branson. The only problem is the small spaces; we had to close slide to access basement area on the driver's side. The hills and turns weren't a problem with my 33 footer, but I saw a 40 footer have to back twice to get a round a corner and out of the parking space. All in all this is a nice, quiet, clean park to camp in. Will visit again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The owners are both very friendly and make you feel at home right away! The sites are a touch close, but they're very helpful in helping you get all set up, and they've recently added some $$'s in putting level concrete pads at each site with picnic tables. The Wi-Fi worked great everytime I tried to connect, and cable TV was nice with a visitors channel to watch. Maybe one of the negative parts of this RV Park is that it's out of town and a bit of a drive, but it's quiet and you sleep good every night! The bathrooms/showers are kept clean, but they're old and you can see they've been painted over, but they work and you don't run out of warm water. The laundry house was a real plus, and it's very, very clean with all new machines/dryers. Our main reason for selecting this park was for the free shuttle to shows on the strip: and it was worth every penny! This was our first stay in Branson and didn't know where to stay, we just choose this. The only reason I don't rate it a 10 is because of the bathrooms. I would definitely return here again especially for the value. It's nicer than a lot of parks we took time to look at. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is just across the highway from Tablerock State Park. The camp sites were large enough to park in and extend the slides but we were right next to our neighbor and had no privacy. We have stayed at this park for the past 20 years: staying for at least 5 days at a time. We have always enjoyed our stay. This trip was by far the worse we have ever encountered. The new owners and management were rude and unprofessional! We were going to stay 5 days this time, but would have had to move three times in order to stay. They were going to stick us in the back of the park in an overflow area that is saturated in mud and pot holes. They should have just told us they would not be able to honor our reservation. When I asked them about that: they told me if I did not like the new way they ran the park to leave and not come back. We left and we will not be back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great campground. I stayed here for 5 nights. There are some cement slab sites; the rest are gravel and fairly level. People in the office are friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle van that took me to the shows and picked me up. It was great. They were right there when the show was over. The Wi-Fi was fast and free. Cable TV had many stations. This is a small park off the beaten path in Branson. It is across from the State Park entrance off old Route 165. We had a concrete pad and a pull through site. The park was quiet. This campground is a short drive to the strip. I would not stay here again but only because I prefer to be closer to the strip in Branson. The $18 fee was for the Passport America rate. This is by far the best RV park we have stayed in yet. They are constantly upgrading. Most of the pads are newly concreted up and close to level. The utilities all worked perfectly. I never saw anyone cleaning the restrooms,showers, or laundry room, but they were always clean. The laundry room is quite large and what appear to be newer machines. I talked with another camper that rented a car from the park. That is a nice perk. The swimming pool was very clean like everything else and nice. There is a restaurant on site that has a good breakfast buffet for $4.95. I liked the fact that the scrambled eggs were the real thing and not that mix so many use. We will consider thsi our home park the next time we are in Branson. We have stayed at others, but this will be the only one in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rates based on Passport America discount. Reading some other reviews on this campground, on the improvements on-going, the pool is finished. The pull through sites have 70 foot cement pads and the are very level. The sites are about 25 feet wide, and most sites are tiered with railroad ties separating sites tiers. Having talked with the owners, there is a continuing trend to update this campground. My rating of 7 is only because of the gravel/cement-dust roadways. A definite plus is the on-site restaurant with breakfast buffet for $4.99 + tax. The owners, and the staff, are very friendly and helping. After riding around and looking at the other campgrounds in the area, we will most likely stay in this campground on any return trips to Branson, MO. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park now runs the adjacent restaurant and it is really a nice place to eat. The new pool is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in a small park. They are putting concrete pads on the sites. We were not lucky enough to get one of those sites but our site was still nice gravel . The cable TV is better than most parks we have stayed at. We stayed at Passport America rate---no limit on number of nights. Great bargain for a great park. Full hookups, 50 amp, large and new and very clean laundry. $1.50 wash, $1 to dry and it really dries. Iron and ironing board. Sites are just big enough. They opened a restaurant next door two weeks before we arrived: all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast for $3.99 and Friday night fish/chicken buffet is $6.99. Extremely nice owners and workers. Would take you to a show if you need a ride. Good Sam was inspecting the property while we were there and the inspector said the current owners had made a lot of improvements. Pool was under construction/renovation. Check to see if it is open because there is little else for kids to do. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had a great experience. We stayed at Stagecoach RV Park while we attended a rally. Our nightly rate reflects the rally rate. The owners were friendly and attentive and gracious hosts for our rally. We extended our stay a couple of days to explore Branson and Eureka Springs, AR. The park location was quiet and convenient to most of the Branson sites without being in the heaviest traffic. The park roads were easy to navigate so we came and went from the park with ease. Our site (#24) was nice and wide and level. The cable was excellent and offered a variety of music and television stations. The WiFi worked well with multiple transmission sites throughout the park. All of the service connections were well maintained. The electric, water, and sewer were all good. We had sewer hook-ups at the back and the middle of our site. The bathhouse was very dated yet very clean. The owner has plans to build a new bathhouse. The owners reside in the park and have implemented their plans for improvements to the facility. Work had started on a new swimming pool and hot tub complex before we left. The restaurant that is part of the park is closed as renovation is underway with plans to reopen it. The rally used the clean and convenient clubhouse for potluck dinners and events. We will absolutely stay here again and may plan our drive to destinations in the area around a stay at Stagecoach. We stayed in this park to avoid the horrible traffic in Branson. It is very clean and is slowing being rebuilt by a new owner that is apparently staying on the property. The pool is nice but the hot tub is no longer there. The park is quiet and we enjoyed being able to get to the alternate routes around Branson easily. The restaurant is no longer open either but with all the food spots in town that was hardly an issue. I would recommend this park and will stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Branson. This campground took on new ownership in 2006 and has had all new electrical installed. The owners/managers were very nice and helpful and seemed eager to please. The sites are some of the largest you will find in the Branson area although they are gravel. Everything is either new or in good shape with the exception of the playground which is still ok, just sticks out due to it's age. The pool was clean. The campground was clean and easy to access. It was far enough away from the hussle of Branson to be quiet, yet close enough to still enjoy attractions. You are just down the road from Table Rock Lake and all it offers. On site management was very helpful and accommodating. The spaces were wide and level and the wifi worked well. I was very impressed by the laundry facilities. The machines looked brand new. They were large capacity and the dryers worked on the first cycle. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The campground is animal friendly and has an open field behind it that is good for walking dogs. The only negative is the playground equipment. It was worn and in desperate need of paint and repair. We did stay in November, so hopefully it will be repaired before spring/summer. We stayed for one week and would recommend this park to anyone and would stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice campground, pleasant staff, sites were clean and neat, excellent location. The pool and Spa was closed, due to the cool weather (days in the 60s night in the high 40s) - I was expecting the Spa to remain open. The bath house was open and clean; likewise with the laundry room. However the game room had all the pinball and video games in one corner in such a way that they could not be played, the pool table was a little worn, but looked playable - with a sign to see the front office for cue sticks. This was done to leave a large open area in the center of the room. The game-room also had a nice library, but a musty smell and in need of a little work. The reason we stayed here was to attend College of the Ozarks homecoming - great place to stay near the college and Table Rock Lake. Very reasonably priced! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park. Of the parks we've stayed at in Branson, this is the easiest to drive to and get in and out of. They are located on the South side of Branson about 1 mile from Table Rock Lake Dam so you get the best of Branson and the lake. The sites are big, their brochure says 32' x 70', and I believe them. There is plenty of room for your slides, awnings, lawn chairs, etc as well as your toad. The pool, spa, restrooms, etc were all top notch. This is definately our park of choice when we are in the Branson area. We camped 5 nights in October 2004. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I have to give this place a 9 due to the hospitality of the owners. They are one of the only RV parks open in Branson in the wintertime. They gave us a phone site, even though they normally are closed for the winter. It is a bit out of town, but other than some mud due to a very wet winter, it was a great place to stay. Very clean. It had a nice playground and I bet that the pool is super in season. Extra large sites, even for big rigs. Plenty of room for lawn chairs and a nice clean built in grill. Will stay again if we make it back that way on business. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The people at the desk placed us on a site that was too small for our camper, then they moved us to a site that was 3 foot wider. This was great because we could at least get our super slide out now, but we could not park our tow vehicle at our site because it was so small. We had to park at the office and walk to the camper. We are passport america members but we should at least get a site that accommodates the size camper we own. We had about 3 1/2 feet between the door of our camper and the fence. We could not even get the awning out. There were plenty of larger sites but the people who had a clue were not working when we checked in. Several days later they offered to move us but we only had one day left. The park is beautiful and has a wonderful view of Branson, but most sites are a little small. We stayed here on a holiday weekend, for just one night. We made our reservation and were asked how long our rig was, no problem there but when we arrived we were given a very small site that wouldn't allow for the tow vehicle to be parked even hooked up. We were so close to the trees and the other site we couldn't extend the awning. The showers had poor water pressure and poor ventilation. Originally planned to stay 6 nights, but due to family emergency, we had to leave after only 3 nights. Found the spaces a little tight to get into, but sites are roomy and we had a beautiful view from atop the mountain overlooking Branson. Owners were onsite and very freindly and helpful. We got into real tight squeeze pulling in and the owners came over and assisted us getting it all straightened out. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. Did not use the wifi or showers, but laundry area was clean and well organized. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We love Branson View! It's close to Branson but away from all the traffic congestion. The sites are gravel and/or cement and level. The park is on top of a mountain and has an excellent view of Branson (hence its name). All sites have picnic tables, and most have grills. The restrooms/showers are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Want to take in a show? The staff will have lots of suggestions. There are two excellent viewing decks that give you a spectacular view of Branson. Some of the sites could be a little hard to navigate due to the fact that the sites are tiered on the side of the mountain. All sites are pretty level. We are work campers at a nearby theme park and camp here year round. We checked out a lot of other parks and none came close to the Branson View. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great view and we lucked out again with no reservations and got a perfect view spot. Older park but the view and out of the hubbub of the city it worked great for us..A nice quiet spot. We pulled in here about 3:30 and again got one of the last spots. We used PPA for the cheaper rates. And would stop here again in the area. We are in a 23 ft Coachhouse Van with Tow and got a pull thru, but does look like a lot of the spots would be a bit difficult to get into. Lots are tiered to take advantage of the views. Passport America! $3 extra for 50 amp. This is a great campground and the location is perfect. It's on a hill overlooking Branson with great views. Out of the normal high traffic of Branson but close enough to do the things you want to do. Nice long, level, shaded pull thrus. This is our 4th year here and we'll be back next year. Very nice park that is close to Branson but away from all the congestion. The sites are gravel and, considering that the park is on the top of a mountain, fairly level. All of the sites have picnic tables, our site has three, and grills. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have lots of suggestions about shows and restaurants. Also, there is a reason this park has its name. They have two viewing decks and the view from them is spectacular. The only negative is that the internet has been a little spotty at times. This is an excellent park with all shaded, pull-thru sites, many overlooking Branson.
Roads are paved with level rock sites, all have picnic tables and grills, many have concrete patio. Excellent location with several alternate routes to Branson and the strip (avoid being "trapped" in the traffic jam on 76). We've stayed here 8-10 times over past 4 years and always very happy with our stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One thing that is really nice about this campground is the covered picnic tables/breakfast areas at each campsite. These are very handy during the frequent rain storms. Our site was very private and quiet. The park was not full when we stayed here, and the pool was huge and not crowded at all. The roads are paved, but very hilly and some of the sites wouldn't be condusive to big DP's. The wifi was excellent, and the voltage at the 50 amp power pole was very steady at 120 volts. They have new management, and have added breakfast and dinner with different menus each night. They also have pizza delivered to your site, and provide free shuttle to Silver Dollar City which is only 1.3 miles away. If you enjoy a "State Park" type atmosphere with trees and privacy, this is your place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park and family oriented. We've stayed here 2-3 times per year for the past four years. The park changed hands in the preceding several months and now has corporate owners. The employees are not as friendly or dedicated as the previous resident owners and their RV workers but still do a decent job. In our opinion, the location is perfect and offers several different routes into and away from Branson. This is a real blessing during heavy traffic times. Also it must be remembered, this is on the wooded top of an Ozark mountain. That means there are hills everywhere and you must go up, down or up and down many times no matter where you go. Also there are lots of trees (hence lots of shade), the whole countryside is rocks on top of rocks on top of bedrock so no dirt. There never was and never will be grass. We have been and will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Compton Ridge Campground has recently changed ownership. We attended a rally in the North campground in a 29 ft travel trailer for three nights. When we made reservations, we requested a site that was easy to back into. We were assigned site 24 in the North campground. It was difficult to back into especially since recent rains had created a gully at the front of the site and someone was parked directly across from the site. Upon our arrival, we asked that the gully be filled. It had not been filled when we left. The gravel sites were not level. The sites throughout the North campground are back-in and are all tight to negotiate. The bath house is clean but not heated. A portable heater appeared on the women's side but provided minimal heat since the main bathhouse door is louvered to the open air. Temperatures were in the 40's at night while we were there. WiFi and Internet connectivity were supposed to be in place when we arrived but only worked for a portion of the first day of our stay. Even though the WiFi problems were reported, they were not resolved while we were there. In the campground pavilion, not all electrical outlets were operable. The campground is nicely wooded and was quiet while we were there. We would only stay at the North Campground again if we attended a rally or another function based at the campground. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Pros: Family type campground. Nice play areas. Shade. Some large sites! Location is close, but not too close, to " 76 strip" and to West Branson where you can find; Walmart, Country Market, etc. without too much traffic. Cons: No Refunds, XP charge starts at age 6, most start at age 12. You'd better like gravel. We've stayed here several times, but this time gravel is everywhere. It's great at the site, but between the sites? Gravel instead of grass? Yuk. Gravel at the playground? Not right under swings, but as close as possible? Are these folks allergic to grass? Bathhouse. On a large loop was one shower, two toilets for each men/ladies room. These were very small and crude. Trailer Life rates these highly? It always appeared clean, but smelled very strongly sometimes of Pine-sol and sometimes of black water. I am not making this up. The water pressure is quite variable in the bath house as well as the RV. Very annoying. The Wi-fi is spotty at campground. Unpredictable. No longer a family-owed private campground, as it is now owned/operated by Legacy/Silver Dollar City. Bottom line is all that matters. RV work-campers don't seem too happy here anymore. "Lots of changes" they say. And, still we'd stay here again. Why? It is the only place we found with some wide sites, full hook-up, and large play areas. But, we keep looking. This was our second stay in the NORTH Campground. We got a 50% discount as stated on their website. All was OK except wireless internet. They just got it in the North campground. It worked the first 2 days then quit. We reported it twice but was never repaired for the remaining week of our stay. The North store was closed the entire stay. The North is OK, but they give very MINIMAL attention to the campers there. Also they have begun installing cabins in various sites. We checked on prices for our visitors and felt the prices were very high for the time of season. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here a week with a group. We all have big 5th wheels. Some of our people had good sites some did not. Some of us ask for other sites that we fit into. We were first given an unacceptable site. We couldn't get our slides out because of a bank and tried to shovel it down so we could. Also we were about 2 feet from a drop off bank from our front door. We could not fit our large 5th wheel into this site. We ask for something that would fit and were prepared to leave. They said they were full and there were plenty of empty spaces, that we saw. Finally they did give us another site and charged us $9.00 more a night which the site was not worth $39 a night. Very unfriendly owner of this park. He could care less if we stayed there or not. Not one of our people were rude to him but he was rude! We will never stay in this campground again and I heard this from some of our group. The ones that didn't get decent sites. There were plenty of decent sites available but he was trying to shove everyone he could in those less than desirable sites. He would not let anyone know what site they would be in before we arrived. Also he would not let anyone see their site until they paid. We moved to another site which was not worth the $39 we paid daily but was better than the one we had. At least our 5th wheel fit into this one. Some of our group had damage to their expensive 5th wheel trailers trying to get into the bad sites. Never saw anything like this before. Very bad service. When we reserved our site, we told owners how large our unit was. They attempted two times to put us on two sites that were not set up for a fifth wheel as large as ours. They would not tell us site number till we arrived and paid. Directed us on the site and did not care about damage to our RV. After RV was damaged and only then did they give us a site which was long enough. There is no grass just gravel and our site was pie shaped, very close to other RVs and this was a VIP site at a high price. They do have some nice sites up on the hill and are located by a bath/laundry building, pool and playground. All others in the area are in need of upgrades badly. They have a heated pool but needed to better care for it. Hours were posted but varied day by day. Owner was RV unfriendly and rude. We will never return to this campground. THis is a great campground! We have stayed in several in Branson and this is by far the best. The place is nice, the sites are wider and larger, the restrooms are extremely clean and nice and lots of shade which is important in summer. It has playgrounds, pull through sites, nice laundry facilities, etc. And it's a bargain especially if you have a Silver Dollar City annual pass. It's very close to SDC which is where we were going, but not as small as the SDC campground and certainly not as full. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We camped here for several days. I was disappointed that there was not any grass. There are only rocks. Everywhere. My chihuahua was the most disappointed because rocks her her feet. When we called we asked about Wi-fi and were told that they had it. Our daughter takes online college courses and needed the internet. When we arrived there was not Wi-fi. We had to go to the office for an Internet box that my husband had to hook up ONLY after we went to Wal Mart and bought extra cable to hook it up. We were upset about this because this was important to us. If a campsite does NOT have something they should NOT say they have it. Compton Ridge is too far from Branson if you see a lot of shows. I got tired of all the driving up and down those hills, so I didn't go to many. My husband and daughter did enjoy many shows. We never could find a grocery store except for Wal Mart. This was so strange. The people at the office were okay, but when we asked about where we could go because of the tornadoes that were forecasted they didn't seem concerned and said we would be safe. Well, we might have been, but with 60 mph winds, we were not going to take a chance. Overall, the camp was okay if you do not care about having grass, and if you do not care if the people are unfriendly. We will not be going back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground situated in a wooded area on the outskirts of Branson. Compton Ridge is close to all of the Branson attractions, but off the main highway. We found the campground owners to be helpful and friendly. Our campsite was near the center of the main campground across from the outdoor swimming pool. The restroom/showers were very clean and modern. A laundry room was just a few short steps from our campsite. The campground has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. There is a playground, basketball and tennis courts located near the center of the campground. We enjoyed our trip here and plan to visit again in 2006. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Sights are very difficult to get into (North Park) with narrow roads and a lot of obstructions. Sustained damage to my RV and campground personnel could have cared less about what caused it (a tree stump that was sticking up about 1 foot at entrance to the lot). Noticed a lot of mold on ceiling in bathroom and dirt around sink faucets. Nice privacy on each lot with a pretty view into a wooded valley to the back of the lot. Stayed on the main campground. The north campground is closed during winter months. Very friendly staff. The campground is not right in town. It sits about 3 to 4 miles west of the strip. Sites are split about 1/2 gravel and the other paved. Even though we were on a paved site, we still had to put boards under one side of the trailer, but it was only 1/2 to 3/4 inch off level. Would love to see this place in the summer when everything is green. Tickets for some attractions can be purchased at the campground office. Camping prices vary form $21 to $30 depending on site and hook ups. Extra $2 charge per night for 50 amp service and for extra persons past 2 per site We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first trip in our travel trailer. We had a great time. Our site was clean and very cozy. They had a great playground for kids. We were there for fall break so outdoor pool was closed but looked like fun. Indoor pool was open and kids had a great time. People were friendly and they had a BBQ meal you can order and pick up at office. It was absolutely outstanding. Very convenient location once you figure out the backroads around Branson. We stayed here for 9 days, as we toured the Branson area. The owners were great, and, when we had problems with our motorhome, offered tools, assistance, and helped us find a qualified repairman. The dock was great to fish from. Everything was neat and clean. We area was under great pressure, as there was a huge amount of rain there all month. Most of the sites were higher and fine, although a few were a little wetter than others. The owners did all they could to make sure that campers were moved if needed. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a nice campground! We had site 67 at the top of the hill, and while it was a little tricky backing in because of the trees and the angle on the hill, the site was level. Parents had site 68 and had a bugger of a time leveling up. Spacing between sites was good. Did not feel cramped. Sites are gravel and dirt with grass between. This campground has two pools, one in the middle of the camp sites, under tree cover and one by the cabins in the sun. Both were nice, but we recommend the one by the cabins as it is warmer. Bathrooms were clean, showers were large with a large changing area with bench as well. Laundry had 4 each: washers and dryers at $2 per load. Dryers went for 60 minutes: plenty of time. Firewood was $3 per bundle, ice was $1.50 a bag. Our site did not have a fire ring, but we were able to make one out of stones which worked well. Location was very convenient to all attractions. Very nice campground to stroll around, sit down on the docks and watch the lake and just relax. Would recommend this campground to anyone! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We spent two nights in Cooper Creek on camping site number 6, located about 20 feet from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. The tree-lined road leading to the office is very pretty, but I wouldn't want to camp in this part of the park. For me it's all about being able to see and hear the water. When we arrived there was a slight fog hovering just above the water which gave it a mystical feel. We immediately liked our camp site except for the close proximity to the other campers and gravel instead of concrete slabs, thus tracking inside occurred even though we were careful. These were the only negatives to our experience at Cooper Creek. Full hook-ups plus cable TV, having Wifi available inside our motorhome, which was a surprise, and being only minutes from downtown Branson but feeling like you were miles from civilization were some of the positives. Wifi was supposed to be available only in the office, but since we got in after it was already closed and were only two sites down from the office, we decided to try it. It worked!!! The office also served as a store, carrying a very nice array of RV merchandise as well as grocery items. They even had small bundles of firewood for sale so the campers could make a fire at their site! The camp restrooms were clean and had showers available. There was also a pay laundry section that looked clean and kept. They had a playground area for the kids plus a swimming pool, which was not open yet. It rained most of the time we were there, but we didn't let it "dampen", pardon the pun, our enthusiasm. It stopped raining one day and after checking the local radar (we were in Taney County), we rode our bicycles into town. I probably would not advise others to do so because for part of the way there was not a shoulder on a very busy road and the hills can be very difficult to climb on a bicycle. The rain stopped enough both nights and we sat outside and grilled dinner. It also stopped long enough during our two-day stay to take our new border collie puppy on several walks around the campground, a definite positive. We will definitely return to Cooper Creek for future stays in the Branson area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose to stay at this park because of the high ratings and being on the water. There had been a great deal of rain before and when we arrived; we found our reserved site flooded and muddy, with a very strong sewer odor. We were directed to another site, but found it very wet and muddy as well. We stayed one night and then moved to a park on higher ground. I am sure that the park would have been very nice if it weren't for the weather. We would not attempt to stay here again if there has been rainy weather. The management was very understanding and refunded the site rental for the second and third days that we had reserved. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We truly loved this place. It was paved, and shady. Great pools, and great access to lake Tanneycomo for trout fishing. They have a store, and items you need for fishing, and great cleaning stations. Boats for rent as well. We took our grandson, and dogs. We had a Blast. I just wish it had all been level (for walking) but being in Branson, that is hard to find. What made the camping experience even worse is that we got sandwiched between two permanent residents with shoddy appearances. Thank goodness that neither tenants were there. With my slide extended, they would have trouble opening their exterior doors much less have no room to open their awning. On the curb side, my awning covered their sewer drain. On a positive note, close to attractions in Branson, friendly staff, kid and pet friendly, and nice view of Lake Tanneycomo. All sites have LOTS of shade-loved all the trees. Sites are gravel and fairly level, and are built down the side of a mountain. The fishing docks are large and in good shape with nice benches to sit on, and lights at night. The pool is clean, but cold, however when we were there it was cloudy and rained off and on all week. One thing we were impressed with was how clean and quiet this campground is. We had a waterline break under our trailer one night while we had gone to a show, and the owner turned off our water and left a note telling us what had happened. Nice park. Spaces can be tight. Lots of shade! Firewood for sale at $3.00 per bundle. One of the attendants/owners (older lady) is not very friendly. However I overheard her say they were moving! The boat/fishing dock is in need of repair. They rent boats & motors. Great fishing, from the dock or boat. Very close to attractions. We probably would stay there again.. The lower rating is due to condition of boat dock, and unheated pools. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I see the very good ratings and I am surprised! This is a very average RV park with several sites out of use. Also, the directions to the sign in are confusing as at first sight it seems to be a condo resort but it is where you check in for the RV park! A person in the office told me, when I asked about the blocked off sites, that the resort is being sold and no repairs will be done until the sale is complete. We would try a different resort next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a Coast to Coast private resort park. It's a very nice park. The bathhouse was somewhat dirty, thus the 9 rating. Location is excellent, just 2 miles from the Branson Strip. The park is part of a larger condo and park model type of resort. Wi-Fi is available in the club house. The park needs sidewalks along their busy roadways. A concierge in the clubhouse can get you tickets to shows at very good prices. Oriented towards seniors, of course, this is Branson! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great location for seeing the shows in Branson. At the park, several activities are planned throughout the week. They had a dinner show where some 10 -12 entertainers came in and gave a short presentation of their Branson show. Very freindly personnel, park clean, no laundry facilities available. This is a COE park right next to Silver Dollar City. There are sites to suit any type of tents, popups, travel trailer, fiver or motorhome. Wife and myself was impressed by this campground and intend to camp here as much as possible. Sites can be reserved up to six months in advance. We cannot say enough nice things about this park. This is a corp. of engineers campground. There are no sewer hook-ups, but there is a dump site. This has become one of our favorite Branson campgrounds. The sites are large and wooded with fire rings, a place to hang a camp light, and concrete tables. Many sites have a lake view. There is a marina with a restaraunt on the lake, and a large swimming area in the lake with a sandy beach. Many; if not most, sites have at least a lake view. There is a small family owned store and cafe accross the street that sells sundries, beer, hand dipped ice cream cones, and deli sandwiches. It is close to Silver Dollar City. Main draw back for us is no sewer hook ups, and if you like having cable and phone there aren't any. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The new owners are very friendly and are working on improvements. They worked for 2 hours helping us to fix our camper lights and refused to accept any money. One of the biggest advantages is that it is on the opposite side of Silver Dollar City. You can just zip into Silver Dollar City while the insane traffic from Branson is snarled up for miles. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Well, if you want to stay almost right on the "Strip" in Branson this is a nice park. The sites are packed together and terraced down a hill, but the park was clean, neat and the staff very nice. We had no problem getting wi-fi at our campsite. The showers were large, clean and VERY air conditioned. Traffic in Branson is a real PAIN, and this site being right off the main road is good news/ bad news. If you want to walk to a nearby attraction or theater, it's good news. If you want to go somewhere in your car - it's gonna take a while to get out of the campsite. There is also a tourist helicopter pad right next to the campground. They stop flying about sundown, but it's still pretty noisy during the day as they come and go for short flights. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Musicland is located near the main road in Branson, within walking distance of many of the attractions. I especially liked the wooded site which afforded shade during a very hot stay. We felt secure with the gated and fenced in campgrounds. The WiFi room was also secured. We were issued a key for entry. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I am writing this review from the laundry room because this is the only place wifi is available in the park. I may as well be sitting at starbucks for all the convenience this allows. Roads are narrow and steep and sites are TINY. The toad has to park next to the RV so if we needed to use the awning we wouldn't have a place to park. Some sites toad parking is away from their site. Someone will expertly guide you into the site but then about half the sites are nose in sites. Will they be there to expertly back you out of your site? There are lots of trees and it is in the heart of Branson which would be good if you had no car. Traffic to get in and out of the park is usually heavy. If this was the only park in the area it would be a good place to stay but there are just too many better places to choose from. I would stay here again only if the better places were full. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground was extremely nicely laid out which larger than usual spaces. That said, it's on a very steep hill and some of the sites are nearly impossible to get into from the angles that you have to use. There were several campers that seemed to be there permanently and their sites looked like a junkyard. The first site we were assigned was next to a "permanent camper" who had 4 dogs penned up in his camper during July. The dogs were barking, my younger children were afraid and they had dog fences and other things everywhere. We moved to a better site, but the showers were not clean, barely enough room to turn around in, and literally the size of a box. The location is great, right off the strip, and the people were nice, but we won't stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We've just returned from a week's vacation at Branson having stayed at Musicland Kampground. The campground is built into a steep hillside. Heavily wooded sites are toward the top of the hill near office; there are sites with fewer trees at the bottom of the hill if you have a large rig with slide-outs that require more room. The helicopter business has closed across the street and the site is for sale. We liked the central location of Musicland as it is only a block from the strip, directly behind the Titanic. The campground itself is quiet and filled with a variety of birds and squirrels that we enjoyed watching each morning and evening. There was very little traffic in the campground as there is a security gate that only campers have keycards to access. Nice sized in-ground pool for the kids to enjoy. We will stay here again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

No grass at all. Very little to no separation from the next rig. Sites are vertical so in some cases you look directly down or up at your neighbor. Tight turns and off camber lean in roads. A beautiful park close to all of the action, yet quiet. We enjoyed the central location and access to auxillary routes. Very clean restrooms, shower and laundry facilities, and pool. After reading some of the comments about motorhomes having trouble negotiating the roads and sites, I didn't see a problem; in fact, there were quite a few motorhomes when we were there. An interesting testimony: My wife met a couple who has been coming to Branson annually since 1970. They said that this is the best campground in the area. I'm sure they're correct! Note: Bring along a water pressurer reducer (a brass fitting that attaches to a water hydrant) since the park supplies water from a hydrant that distributes water at a high pressure. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

they got in there. Some of the roads are narrow and have tight turns. Some of the sites are VERY narrow and have trees that will block you putting your slide or awning out. This is probably the most excellent campground in the Branson MO area (our opinion) The owners are genuinely nice and interested in their clientel. The appointments ( pool, restrooms, showers, store, office) are super super clean. Yes the campground is on a large terraced hill---but very easily manuveurable is the driver knows anything about driving. We camped about 3 spaces from the walk-out gate to the main strip----so not much security at that location----but we didn't let that bother us. The owner and his helper are very good at guiding anybody into their campsite--so no problem there. Just truly a delightful place to stay---and they do offer the Passport discount for the first two nights and of course the Good Sam discount for every night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very pretty campground that is built on the side of a steep hill. The roads are narrow and getting on/off your site is a little challanging but the staff is excellent in helping. The only draw back we found is that the dog walk is at the bottom of the hills. If you have any type of respitory disease, as I do, it is a difficult walk. But other than that I would highly recommend this campground to anyone. We camped here in a camper.

Very quiet park considering it's only half a block off the strip. In walking distance to many shows, eating places, and other entertainment. Restrooms, showers, and laundry room as clean as any I've seen. You must have a key to enter any of these rooms. Gated park. No one can enter unless they have a gate card. All the park employees were very friendly and helpful. One of the best that I've ever stayed in anywhere. The only reason I didn't give it a 10, was, that no place is perfect. We camped here in a camper.

We had site number 47. It sits right next to a small cabin that has local’s living in it full time. We were woke up at all hours of the night because our trailer sat three feet from their porch. We were worried that our new trailer would get scratched because one of our slide out’s was right at the steps going up on the porch. We couldn’t put our awning out without it hanging over the neighbor’s site. The staff was friendly and very helpful with local attractions. We maybe would stay here again if we could pick what site we had. It was nice having wireless internet and cell phone in the trailer. It made it very handy to share vacation pictures with family and friends. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here 2 nights in a 36' 5th wheel parked at the lower back of the park where it was quiet but rather steamy, no breeze. Our site was a back in on asphalt. Picnic table and very small grassy area which was high,it needed mowing and some poison ivy in the doggy area and on some of the pathways to the bathhouse and laundry. We paid $25 a night only because we paid in cash. No other discounts. Laundry and bathrooms were very clean. Camp hosts were extremely nice. This is one the oldest RV parks in Branson and is off one of the main drags and is close to shows, shopping and Wally World, that is if you can get through all the traffic. This park has been totally refurbished. New electrical, water and cable TV. All roads and parking pads have recently been asphalted. The spaces are not extra large but big enough. This park is in down town Branson. To get into it you have to turn in next to a restaurant. From the office we had to pull down hill and turn up hill, our rear jacks were dragging the ground. The sites are separate with large land scape timber. With our slides out we had about two inches on each side. If you opened your window you could ask the people nest to you to pass the salt. This is a small campground located just off of the main strip (behind Ripley's Believe It or Not). The campground it located on a fairly steep hill and tight turns had our trailer skid plates touching the pavement. The sites are gravel and the roads are paved. It is a fairly tight squeeze into the sites and even though our site was technically a pull through I found it was better to back out of the site and turn back out the main entrance rather than trying to make a tight turn forward up a gravelly hill and squeeze beside some trees. A couple of pull-thru sites at the top of the campground would be easier to get out of. The $15/day is a Passport America rate and includes 30A electricity (50A for an additional fee). There is free cable and free Wi-Fi, although I found the Wi-Fi very inconsistent and dropped out regularly. The park staff are very nice and helpful. There is an outdoor pool (seasonal) that looks very nice. The laundry facilities are very clean. The campground is walking distance to many attractions. Noise at the park is not too bad considering it's proximity to the main strip. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at Stormy Point Campground in May 2004. The positive aspects of staying here are
that the campground is right on Table Rock Lake and it has a boat ramp and two docks. Some of the sites, but not all, had cable TV and because of the numerous mature trees the sites were shaded. The campground is just over three miles from the Branson strip by way of lightly traveled roads. Now for the negative, the bathrooms for the most part were clean but always seemed to have paper trash on the floor. Also, for most of one morning, the men's room was out of toilet paper. Those same shade trees that I mentioned previously required some tight maneuvering to get into some of the camp sites, especially those toward the back of the campground. The site that we had was, by the owner's own admission, the hardest to back into. I had to back around an electric pole and tree and swing back into the site between the pole and a motor home parked in the site next to me. To visualize this maneuver think of an "S" figure without the bottom turn. The campground roads and sites were gravel and in some places overdue for grading. The pool was small and the Pepsi machine next to it was non-functioning and filled with acorns and tree branches. There were no fire rings at any of the sites near us and I had to move my truck once when one of my neighbors built a fire too close to it for my liking. There are too many other campgrounds in the Branson area for us to return to this one. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I don't understand why anyone would pay double the price to stay in town instead of this park. The sites are spacious and beautiful, and many have lake views. It farther from the strip but well worth the 15 minute drive. The nicest RV sites are electric only (30 amps) but water is available to fill your tank at spigots throughout the campground and at the dump station. The restrooms and showers are nice and there is even a laundry. The park has a mix of reservation and first come sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a typical great Missouri State Park system campground. When we were there, they were refurbishing much of campground 2. The shower house was fantastic with clean restrooms and showers (individual stalls). The sites were well spaced and easy to back-into. I had a 35' fiver, but it was still less than 10 minutes to get settled. Everything was quiet despite the fact that it was Mem. Day Weekend. The trail at the lakefront was great, as was the proximity to various Branson activities. We will definitely stay here again. Again, further proof that Missouri takes care of its RVers. These were very nice, a little close together, but very long. We only camped here one night as bad weather was coming, but we were charged "in season" rates. Very nice State Park. We liked the layout of the park. We stayed in campground 2 and we were close to the bathrooms/showers and marina as well as fishing area. The lake was beautiful and the people were helpful and friendly. The sights were large and flat. We had a nice shady sight. The only reason I didn't give this a 10 is because when we got to our sight it was a mess. There were broken bottles in the fire pit. There was cardboard and pieces of paper all over our sight. We had to take about a half an hour to clean it up before we could even set up camp. Overall, we had a good experience here. It was located fairly close to the Branson activities as well. We rented a car. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This RV campground was great! My site was near the campground hosts. They were very friendly. Being that I had a new TT, I had some trouble with my TV antenna. He had a ladder for me to use to repair it. The whole area was clean and quiet. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in Loop #2 over Labor Day weekend. What a nice campground!! Campsites are paved and wide enough that we didn't feel like we were camping on top of our neighbors. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring and lantern post. The bathrooms and showers were very nice. Showers were private. The campground also has laundry facilities.....rare for a state park campground. We had a campsite with electric and that was just fine for us. There are full hook-up sites available, but they are a little smaller than the electric sites. There is a great playground for kids. The roads are nice paved and great for bike riding. Our daughter found a nice hiking trail that went around the lake. The marina is between Loop #1 and #2 and is very nice for those who have boats. We purchased firewood at the marina. The campground host was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again when we visit the Branson area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I reserved site 84 early in the year after driving to Branson in my car to check out Rv sites to stay at, My sick Brother was going to visit from florida and I wanted to bring him to Branson to take his mind off of things for awhile. We arrived in our motorhome and set up our rig the first night and enjoyed the Site near the lake with good view of both the lake and marina. We took our motorhome with us into Branson to see shows etc. then returned to find our site taken by over by some people in tents. I told them and showed them my permit tag that was also placed on the pole at road. Because we took our motorhome into town the State Park office allowed these people to take our site. The camper people said,there was no one here so they told the office the site was open even though it had to show in the office book that we reserved that site and had checked it. There were no open sites found that night. We had to stay at Walmart our second night. We went back to the Table rock State park office to ask how/why this happend. The clerk said she didnt know and that another person was working last night but she would check into it. I was giving a free stay coupon. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoy this park. We visit at least once a year to fly fish at the nearby dam. Close enough to Branson without getting stuck in the heavy traffic. Pick up a brochure showing all the roads to by-pass high density areas and you will enjoy your stay a lot more. We enjoy our fall visits more when there are not so many families with small children. We stayed in campground 1 with full hook ups. Some sites are very small so look before reserving to ensure you are happy with the site you get. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed this park. We stayed in Campground 2 which had roomy and level sites. The bathrooms were good for a state park. The park was really quite for a state park. Two complaints: 1.)The fire ring for my site was right up against my neighbor's rig and I couldn't move the ring. 2.)The sewer and water connection is in the middle of the site and the electric is all the way in the back of the site. Make sure you have a long sewer hose. Even after being spoiled on commercial parks, I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

These comments are about campground 2. This is a very nice campground but has no 50 amp service and limited full-hookups with 30 amp. The waterfront sites have no hookups. The majority of the sites have no hookups or just electricity. There was a nice playground. The roads and sites are paved. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings with grates for cooking. There are many mature trees providing shade. The campground was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make reservations well in advance. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Typical Missouri state park setting, however with full hook-ups in 2 sections! We discovered it was quite a drive to all the Branson amenities, but it was quiet. A short walk to the marina where you can rent a boat (best boat rental in Branson). We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Once you get settled it is a beautiful park with large sites surrounded by pine trees. Each site has a table and fire pit. The roads are a bit bumpy and depending on where they put you, the job of leveling can be difficult. We stayed on Passport America so we got a site further out even though there were several very level sites available at the front of the park. Of course, the price was pretty good for this area. The park is 5 minutes to all of the activities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We started camping here in a pop up camper, then we upgraded to a travel trailer. This year we just upgraded to a 5th wheel and stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The campground is well maintained. The pool is really cool, which is great on a hot afternoon. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are always very clean and neat. Tall Pines Campground is located 1/2 mile from Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. This shady and well maintained campground was perfect for our 2 day stay over the Memorial Day holiday with our kids and grandkids in our 32 ft. motorhome. Although the pull thru RV pads are gravel, they are level and easy to access. The full hook-ups, including cable TV and WIFI all worked perfectly. We also rented a camper cabin so the baby could nap and go to bed early plus have overflow sleeping quarters. Air conditioned and clean, but plain and rustic, it was just a few steps from our campsite. Well worth the $29! We rode our bicycles and did a lot of walking around the campground, but some hills were fairly steep for my grandson to ride up easily. He enjoyed it none the less. Each site has a picnic table and a fire pit with grill. We took showers in the camp restroom and found the water hot and plentiful and perfectly clean. The campground has an office with basic supplies, including ice, milk, bread . Most importantly, it was quiet and peaceful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

After reading reviews of all the varieties of CG in Branson, we chose this for several reasons and were very happy here. You are on a ridge away from major roads and noise, and are only 5 minutes from Branson shows, etc. Owner was friendly and appreciated our business. CG is hilly but sites are level. We had a pull-thru with good utilites and a decent picnic table. Bath and showeres were excellent, very clean with good hot water. Totally quiet at night! This is a great escape from the crowds of Branson and we will return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for 2 days in late September. Had the wi-fi worked from the motor home, we would have stayed the rest of the time in Branson. Wifi worked close to the office area. I used an empty campsite across from the office and it worked well from there, but our site was just 3 sites down the hill and I could only "see" the network, but not connect. The roads could use some repair, but that would not keep me from staying there. We had to block the downhill side of the motor home about 3-4 inches, but I don't mind. Some sites are fairly narrow due to trees, but not too hard to maneuver into if you listen to your spouse. This is a very treed campground, and I would think beautiful when the leaves change colors. Good range of TV channels. Owner is on site and very friendly. Quiet area. I would think close to the road could be a bit noisy as there is quite a bit of traffic going by - we heard none since we were over the hill a bit. Didn't use the laundry, but the sister-in-law said it was nice & clean, and had more machines than the 4 (of each) we have now. As I said earlier, would not have left except for the wi-fi. Did not like the stretch of road from Branson to the campground after dark - twisting and up and down. Not good visibility at night, but fine in the daytime. I would stay there again if I didn't care about wi-fi. We have stayed many places in Branson including the highly touted ABC Campground. This was a very nice place. As previous reviewer stated, the back of the park has pull through sites with lots of trees and space. I too had to do a bit of maneuvering in order to level up, and it was a tight turn in, but once in it was great. Pool was clean and warm. Good Wi-Fi and cable TV. We would stay here again. This is our favorite RV Park so far! The only minus is that a little leveling was required. The sites near the front are NOT for us, too close together, pool, office, etc. but the sites down the hill (40-48) are just outstanding. Sites 35 through 48 are all pull-throughs, completely wooded and private. It is so quiet and lovely. The small-pebble gravel used on the sites make it very easy to keep your patio and RV clean. The very cool tent sites (73-78) are the best I have seen. Branson has more RV parks than anywhere I have been but we highly recommend this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park in the fall. The trees were in full color. The campground was nice and our site was nice. Some sites look like they would be hard to get into. This campground is very dark at night, making it very hard to see the turn around, which you must use to get into your site. On either side of the campground is a pretty steep drop off, so you have to be very careful. This park was very close to Silver Dollar City. I did not use the laundry and the pool was closed for the season. The trash was picked up at our site daily and in the office is a small store. Our only problem is with the policy on barking dogs. Mostly everyone who stays here leaves for most of the day or night to enjoy Branson, and when our neighbors did this their dog barked the entire time they were gone. We spoke to the women at the front desk and we were told they could do nothing about it. There policy is that animals only need to be in the rv and not left out. We still enjoyed our stay, mainly because our neighbors left before us. You can encounter a barking dog anywhere these days, so we would probably stay here again. If you can get there in the fall at just the right time for the leaves changing color, it really is beautiful. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great place to stay! We have tried a couple of other campgrounds but this is the best we have found in Branson. Level sites, pull through sites, a nice pool and friendly staff all come standard. To top it off, local attractions are just around the corner. We stay here at least four or five times a year and have stayed in various sites and there does not seem to be a bad site anywhere. There has only been one time we had any trouble getting into a site. They have one "pull through" up near the office that really is not. The turn is simply too tight but it was still a good site. A nice, quiet RV park. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Cable TV and Wi-Fi were both included in the rate. Although this resort is on Taneycomo Lake, there are no lakefront RV sites. There is also a motel which is lakefront. However, the RV Park is small and the sites are not far from the water. There is a swimming pool next to the RV sites and an area for dogs near the lake. Dock fishing is available, or one can rent dock space for a boat. Boat rentals are available nearby. Although we didn't used the restrooms, I checked them out and they were nicely decorated and clean. There is a very small playground. This park is secluded and outside of the commercial area of Branson. There are a lot of trees. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, we ended up staying for a week. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park had only two sites for sewer. 1 site was in an inconvenient spot. Had to walk between motel to get to the lake. Electricity kept going off. Manager was good about having it fixed promptly. Someone stole their golf cart and they accused guests of stealing it because they had children. The guests were very helpful to them in locating it. Manager even offered $500 reward. When he found his cart nothing else was mentioned about the reward. Meantime they were like spys, you couldn't even be comfortable on vacation until he found his cart. When making reservations, manager said he would even throw in a pontoon boat for half a day. We inquired about it and was told it was $45 for half a day. Will NEVER stay there again. We rented 3 sites so family could visit and vacation together. All of us was aggravated the whole week!! We camped here in a camper.

We actually camped here in November of 2007. We were originally assigned to site number 152 but the light post was on the wrong side of site and we were unable to open our slide-out. The sewer, water and electric hookups were located toward the front of the site instead of the back. We asked to be moved and were moved to site 151. The hookups and light post were in the correct locations but the site was very small and it was difficult to level our 29' travel trailer. This campground is also next to a very busy two lane highway and it was extremely noisy. The bathrooms are very clean and the campground is close to Silver Dollar City. Site 77 was horrible. The brochure says they're off the beaten path... try about 20 feet from constant Highway 265 traffic. I barely had room for my slide and the site was so unlevel I would have needed a pair of 20 ton jacks to do the job. You really can't call the site gravelled, it's more like minature boulders, weeds, and stones. Once we hooked up to the water (and brushed the cob webs away from the handle) a brown sewery smelling water came forth. I was later advised that this was because it was well water. After running it through for about 10 minutes and picking up a water filter at Wally World, the water finally cleared. The site was a joke as I could barely get my tow vehicle into the site. Once my awning was extended I had about 3 more feet of useable space next to the trailer (the bad grade of the site got much worse then). The hookups were right against the road and barely allowed for the extension of the drivers side slide out. The "fire ring" was basically a BBQ pit thrown on the side of our site/hill, never used will tall grass growing in it. I will never return to this God awful place. Thankfully, we only slept there and were able to keep the chiggers and mosquitoes from carrying our small children off. Having said all that, I must say the staff were very friendly and if I could have stayed in their general store (which was actually level) it might have been a nicer experience. The fact is, the staff and office condition is the only reason they don't score lower in my book. Having stayed at Wanderlust in Eureka Springs (A very nice place), I was probably more spoiled than I would have been. However, I've stayed at enough RV parks to know a dud and bub this was a dud. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for four days while taking in Silver Dollar City. Very convenient and the free shuttle to and from SDC was a big plus. Some tight spots in the road, but always able to maneuver. They are big rig friendly but also have some really small sites. When you call for reservations ask for the site dimensions before reserving to make sure you have no problems. Very clean restroom, shower, laundry and game room. The pool was closed for the season but looked to be a nice accommodating area. The general store stocks just about everything you could need along with some items from SDC, which is a nice touch. The employees were friendly and helpful; one gentleman helped guide my husband into the site and even went and got wood planks to help level the trailer. Most sites in the back have a pretty, woodsy setting while some along the front are nice but would have some road noise. The fire rings are movable to the location you chose on your gravel site, which is handy. We loved the lamp post at each site (with your own on/off switch). The cable TV is a huge plus and they have recently added WiFi. We checked into other campgrounds in the immediate area, including the popular one we have heard so much raving about across the street, and found none near as nice as this one. We felt they were extremely reasonable in price as well. I would rate them a "10" if they only had concrete parking pads, but that is just our preference. We really enjoyed this campground and look forward to the next visit. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Spent the weekend while going to Silver Dollar City. They have a shuttle that runs to Silver Dollar City several times a day and will even take you home if you stay for the late show after closing. Pool and showerhouse were clean. Biscuits and gravy were offered for a nominal fee for breakfast. The roads are tight but passable. The general store was well stocked and the kids loved the game room. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground is very nice; bathrooms excellent; big campstore and clean swimming
pool...The only thing that I would consider bad was the sites were not big and some of the turns for big rigs are close; but passable. We got our 36 foot 5th wheel around a turn I didnt think we could possibly make. They do have some better spots for big rigs. So dont let that scare you. There is a rec room, laundry room etc...and all was in very clean/working condition. We spent 10 days there and loved it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites are extremely small. Reserved a 50 amp site but my 38 foot motorhome would not fit on the site without hanging over. It took three manuveurs to get it into the proper location because the site was at a 90 degree angle from the narrow road and I had to negotiate between trees. The park is located along busy highway resulting in a lot of constant noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had very mixed feelings about this park. Our site was unlevel. It was supposed to be a pull through spot, but if you pulled through you had a difficult time clearing a tree, a parked trailer, and the electric hookup box. It took us almost 2 hours to get into this spot. The problem could have been avoided if the lady in the office had told us it was just better to back in. The spots were well shaded, and the facilities that we had access to were very nice. We did not have a view of the lake, nor are the spots on the lake, but you are in easy walking distance of the lake, boat ramps, boat dock, and swimming pool. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. When I called to ask for another spot because ours was horribly unlevel, the lady offered to send maintenance the next day with a dozer and gravel. We were also told there was not another available spot, but watched several sit vacant for the remaining time we were there. Nice and friendly is a positive, but it is also good if the correct information comes with that. When you pull in to register at the main office, there is also a steep hill that the rear end of your trailer will probably drag on. You have to be very careful pulling in. All in all this is not a bad spot, but it could be a lot better. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park looks like a mobile home court converted to an RV park. The sites are small and sloping so much that we needed several 2x4's and bricks to make our travel trailer sit level, and then it wasn't completely level. It is close to Silver Dollar City and tablerock lake, but you cannot see the lake at all from the campground. There is no grass, just dirt. No fire rings, just an old rickety charcoal grill. You could smell a strong sewer smell often. The campground is part of Indian Point Resorts, and I have not seen the rest of the resort, but wouldn't stay there based on how lousy the campground was. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a membership park, and if you are a member I would imagine that you would have some nice sites. That being said, they treat C2C very poorly. On the phone they stated that we could choose any site in Phase 2 or 4. When we arrived they stated whoever told me that was uninformed and all C2C must be in Phase 4. Phase 4 is in the far back with the workers. Most sites are not level and utilities are all placed in poor locations. Sewer is on wrong side at some sites. Some sites will have electric way in the back. You must choose your own site so you enter not knowing if a site exists that will be large enough for you. The only site available large enough for our 40' was a 30 amp. While we were gone to a show the electric tripped off and when we got home my MH was overheated and my little dog was in poor shape. They did let us move to a 50 amp but only if we could find one in Phase 4. It is a shame since this could be a nice park with a little compassion for C2C. I know when these members ever come to my home park as a C2C they are treated well and may have a site where ever they want. People running the office moan when they see a C2C member. Next time I will pay to stay elsewhere. It is not worth it to me to be treated so poorly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have been to this park several times but have to downgrade it some this time. This is an all encompassing park where you never have to leave for entertainment. There are two pools, tennis courts, miniature golf, clubhouse, game room, etc. all free. The most drawing of entertainment is just outside the gates in the Branson area with things like the Titanic exhibit, live entertainment all over the place and Silver Dollar City theme park down the road. We were handed a sheet of paper at check-in explaining what to do about protecting and treating chigger and tick bites. And we needed the information since we got both chiggers and ticks. Apparently they have a chigger and tick problem that they have not been able to control. They have put in a new “free internet access” that leaves a lot to be desired. It is not secure, is run by an advertising company that takes over your browser to pump advertising in the top 25% of your browser viewing area. Every once in a while it pumps in a full screen ad with a link at the top of the page to where you originally selected. It also has a nasty habit of clearing the screen periodically and locks up. Of course the ads don’t go away, they just keep on coming. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Treasure Lake is an excellent park. They have started reworking their sites with stone support walls and concrete pads. Great service, friendly staff and security in park at all times. Located just off the Show Blvd with quick access to all the shows and only 15 or 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. I am returning there next year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with cabin rental as well as RV parking. VERY nice clubhouse, pavilion and lodge where a cheap breakfast is served during the summer months. Like $2. Many cement pads and pull throughs. This is an all inclusive campground located on one of the main roads in Branson. You can be entertained with on park activities such as tennis, volley ball, miniature golf or go into Branson for any music entertainment you can think of. Just about 5 miles from one of the local theme parks Silver Dollar City. You must be a member or have a Coast to Coast or RPI card to use the park. If you are lucky you will get to see the small herd of deer and turkey that frequent the park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was one of the nicest parks we have been in. Extremely well maintained and nice sites. Beautiful activity building and pools (one outside and one inside). Unfortunately, park is so big that it was too far for us to walk. We were there under Coast to Coast membership, and were allowed to choose any available site in two of the four campground "phases." Plenty of shady, level sites to choose. On one of my walks, I saw a deer. There was no cable available, so TV was limited. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is a joke. Upon arrival it looked great. We entered the check-in area, checked in and were told to go to Phase 4 and find a place. Some of these sites are 30 feet long, some are 50 feet long. Some are pull-thrus, some are back-ins. Who ever heard of going to a campground and not having your site assigned. It took us 65 minutes to find a suitable site for us. And the hookups....another joke. The water and electric is on one side of the site and the sewer is on the other. Who planned this out? The sites are tight, the roads are steep and narrow making it difficult to back in to. There are 542 sites with only 2 laundry facilities. Once again, who planned this out? We will never stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We loved the location and it is a nice park, but we don't like it that they make C2C members stay in the less desirable sites. The first few times we stayed there, we were allowed to stay in the nicer sites, then they started making us go to the farther sites that are hard to get our large rig in to. And the wifi leaves a lot to be desired for a pay wifi. You constantly have trouble getting on and staying on. You'd think they would come up with a better system. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A private RV resort. We visit Branson quite often and took the resort tour in Nov 2006 and it was so nice we bought a membership at auction the next spring and stayed for Branson Fest. Every thing about this resort is first class and once you are a member the site fee is $1 a night with limitations on stay to 14 days but can stay another week if you move to another site. Annual dues are easily recovered with a weeks stay. Can stay as many times a year as you want, with a 9 day absence in between. Right on the strip and minutes from majority of shows and activities. Lots of resort activities too. Mostly concrete with some well prepared gravel sites. Each year the resort converts some gravel to concrete. Pay for WiFi or go to lodge for hook up. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Treasure Lake is a Member Owned Park and members/owners stay for 1.00 per night. Coast to Coast stay for 8.00 per night. Guest of a Member stay 17.00 per night. There is a wireless internet that is very effective in most of the park. They have antennas set at all of the bath houses. So most of the sites are covered. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are C2C members and don't expect deluxe accommodations but I don't expect the south 40 either. The sites were unlevel, hilly (I understand Branson is hilly). The roads are narrow as are the sites and hard to navigate. In addition, they offer Wi-Fi for $10/week from TengoInternet. What a farce. I could only log on 20-30% of the time and when I did get on, I had to repair/refresh every few minutes. The staff was frustrated by the service also and got downright snippy when confronted, even at my most pleasant. Stay away from Tengo! Stay away from Tengo. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It was kind of crowded and looked like it had a large section for members only, that wasn't available for RPI members. Not too many sites for larger motorhomes. Not bad for a couple of days. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Escapees member park with no frills. Sites are close together. The back row is tight to get in and out of. No reservations are accepted. Staff is great and very helpful with camping and area information and where to buy tickets. Night entertainment and breakfast on Sat. A.M. We will stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great staff at this park. Something was going on almost every evening at the club house and they had some good meals. We had a 50 amp site that was far from level, we had to put the front of our motor home on wood blocks to get anywhere near level, then the door (which is at the front) was so high off the ground we almost needed a step stool! We were told these were new sites so why weren't they level? This is an Escapees park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A good Escapees park. All sites appear to be level with more than adequate width. While there are a number of short back-in sites, the "H" row has long back-ins with parking across the road in a field. We travel in a 45' motorhome and had no trouble fitting in the H-row back-in. The pull throughs are only available at the daily rate (not the weekly) and therefore are more expensive. Like most Escapees parks, the social activities at the park are fun and everyone (employees and campers) are friendly and outgoing. The campground is actually in Hollister, directly across the old bridge across the lake from Old Branson and the new upscale Branson Landing area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is located away from the strip, off a less traveled road but extremely convenient to Branson Landing and the activities of Branson. If you’re an Escapees member or a full timer, you will enjoy this park for your stay in Branson. Although the sites are close together and it’s a small park, the pull-through sites are long enough to accommodate a coach and the tow vehicle with ease. Reservations are not accepted so if you cannot get a pull-through, the back in sites are a little short. The sites are all on a sloping hill but each site is level with a picnic table on a cement pad. The sites are gravel/dirt/grass with many trees but wide enough for slides. There‘s no pool or play area for the children and during our stay it was mostly a mature crowd. I would not recommend this park for children but would recommend it for a quiet stay with friendly folks in Branson. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good Escapees Park. Sites are small. Even though they offer a weekly rate if you have a 40 ft. or more and you can not fit on one of the smaller back in sites you will have to pay the higher daily rate. Great staff and we enjoyed the meals and entertainment that staff arranged to come into the clubhouse. The tickets for the shows that you can order with a discount rate were wonderful. They were delivered to us at the park. All of the seats were excellent. This park is conveniently located to Branson yet out of the hustle and bustle. Just a note that the nearby College of the Ozarks has a restaurant in the Keeter Center that is staffed by students and has absolutely wonderful meals. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are Escapee members and got a discount off the $20 rate. The staff and management are top notch. They are also able to get tickets for the various shows in Branson. The activities director was bringing in some of the local performers for shows in the club house. That was a nice touch. You're close enough if you care to walk; you can be in old town of Branson in less than 15 minutes. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here overnight after being in another pricier campground in Branson. The short 5 mile drive south to Turkey Creek Village was worth it. The evening live entertainment at the clubhouse topped off our visit. We will definitely return to Turkey Creek-- what they lack in facilities (pool) is offset by the warm friendly staff. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are Escapee members and at the price, our 5 nights were almost tolerable. We were literally crammed into our spot. Being stuffed alongside of the manager and one of the helpers, we could not put out our awnings, nor even park our truck in our spot alongside our 5th wheel (as they allowed friends/relatives that option). Perhaps if we had a spot that afforded more room (and there were many!), we may have rated this place higher. This was our first and last Escapee park experience!! Obviously, we won't be back, nor will we frequent other skp parks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are new to the Escapees club, and this was our first experience at an Escapees park. We arrived at 10pm, and the after-hours check-in process was very organized. We had a pull-thru site available to us, so we chose that. Most of their sites are back-in, and larger rigs might find a tight fit in these. The pull-thrus could accomodate most any rig. The park was very clean and orderly, and the staff was super friendly. The laundry room and bathrooms were the cleanest we've seen anywhere in 16 years of RVing. It was a pleasure to stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is one of 20 or so Escapees RV Club campgrounds around the country. All of them are run by very friendly Escapees members and this one is no exception. You do not have to be an Escapees member to stay. The campground is located across a very narrow lake and a narrow bridge from the original Branson that predates all of the shows and attractions of the new Branson. However, there is a brand new development nearby with a Bass Pro store and an additional 100 shops and restaurants. The campground is quiet with the exception of a train that comes by on a less than regular basis. It is a good place to stay to avoid the traffic jams that you may encounter when trying to get to some of the other Branson campgrounds. If you are there on a Sunday evening they have an old-time ice cream social for only 75 cents each. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The office staff is very friendly and able to help with questions about Branson activities. They are in the process of adding a new building, so some of the construction was noisy. They are also adding some more sites that are to be full hook up sites, along with adding 50 amp service to existing sites that were 30 amp. The sites appear to be level, as least mine was, and the roads were wide enough to allow easy parking. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Directions and signage to park poor mainly due to recent change in road layout of Highway 65. Office staff efficient and welcoming. Provided excellent information on local area. Access roads narrow made more difficult by parked vehicles. Sites were a mixture of pull-thru's and back-ins. All sites were level with full hook-ups including cable TV. The sites were a bit tight together. Good location for Branson. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park. $13 is with Escapees Discount. Most spots are pretty tight but we have a 40' 5th wheel with 5 slides and we fit. Very convenient to Downtown Branson for shows and shopping. If your not going for the downtown stuff I would pick somewhere else as the traffic can be terrible during show times. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for six weeks. We are escapees members and paid the escapees discount price plus $2 for 50 amp service and a pull through. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. There is some type of activity nearly day. The management is very friendly and helpful. The campground is far enough away from the congestion that we had no problems coming and going. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
