This campground has a beautiful setting and is very peaceful. Friendly and very helpful Owner. Grassy, sloping sites may need considerable leveling. Limited shopping for fresh foods so come prepared. We were visiting friends in the area and enjoyed this campground very much. would definitely come here again. Laundry very good value. No TV service. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Nice older park in a lush & green setting. The sites are grass & fairly level & easily accessed. Friendly folks in the office were very helpful & full of information about the area. There is a nearby lake & river for fishing or canoeing. We would stay here again if I can convince the mrs that fishing is a good thing. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
A real gem set amid the towering Cabinet Mountains along the Clark Fork River, just off Highway 200 at its intersection with the Bull River along Highway 56 in Northwestern Montana. Grassy sites, lots of room and shade, a short walk through the woods to the river, with a boat dock for swimming or fishing. The Forest Service maintains a public boat launch ramp half a mile away; the campground has a laundry on site, and its website says it all! We enjoyed the quiet, the friendly owners who live on site, and the price is right! Cell phone service is available from most carriers, too. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
