  Nana Papa Detloff An awesome park that is walkable from the park, and Waterpark next door, but didn't use....if you have bikes you'll want to use them..

  Beth Nuccio Mason City is the home of Meredith Wilson, the composer of the Music Man musical. Town is charming with many businesses named River City . . . Also a very well maintained Frank Lloyd Wright home and the only remaining Wright hotel. Close to Clear Lake and the cornfield where the music died when Richie Valens and Buddy Hollys plane crashed. Good restaurants.
