Tips from campers about Inlet, NY
- MARTIN EATON Inlet and Old Forge are 20 minutes or so away, they make a good day trip for shopping. If yoiu can i recommend riding the Adirondack railroad. You can board in Thundera.(minutes south of Old Forge.) Visit some of the cool stores in Old Forge, like the Hardware Store!2 weeks ago Golden Beach Campground
- ALETA_99 Bring levelers if have a water side site. Be prepared for huge pot holes on roads in park. We ate at inlet at toneys pizza. It was good. There are shops grocery and coffee shop there as well with a little town park for kiddos.3 weeks ago Eighth Lake Campground
- Delsey Kempf Screaming Eagle restaurant/Bar in Inlet for best pizza, huge delicious amazing variety of wings and huge selection of craft beers from all over on tap. Worth the wait even if service is slow and it's busy.. Better than Tony Harpers! Ace Hardware in Inlet for great selection of RV and camping supplies, everything ADK plus great prices on clothes and bathing suits (women's are super good quality and style)! Groceries right next store at Khalil's with great deli and clams! Daecker's off 28 before Old Forge a must see right on Fourth Lake- cool bar and deck. Seventh Lake Inn for more upscale ambience, Big Moose Station near Big Moose Lake, just to name a few.3 months ago Golden Beach Campground
