The park is not really set-up for RV's, even small ones; the road inside the camping area is very narrow in spots because of trees. The road to the campground has a small bridge with a weight limit of only 2 tons. Apparently the 2 ton limit was recently imposed. Our rig is 5 tons, we had to back up when we encountered the bridge. Couldn't locate a park employee anywhere but did run across a state policeman who said he didn't know about the limit but that log trucks went across the bridge all the time. The park map seemed to indicate that there was a back way into the campground; unfortunately the road was blocked right before entering the campground -- more backing up. After talking with the policeman again, we went over the bridge into the campground where the manager said he didn't really know about the weight limit (the signs had gone up only a couple of weeks earlier) but that big trucks from the lumber companies, the trash trucks, and heavy vehicles used the road all the time. The bathrooms were OK but the showers were not clean - one stall had a pile of cigarette butts and an old beer can on the floor. There was a $15 charge for using the dump station. We were not impressed with this campground We camped here in a Motorhome.
