Paved interior roads with open grass campsites. Limited shade and sites are mostly in an open field. Geese have taken over the lake front making walking hazardous if you don't watch your step. Lake is shallow and heavily silted, but OK for kayaking. Park gets regular local use for picnics etc. Close to I-86/ Rt.17 for an overnight stop. Lack of water at sites and poor area roads means we probably won't be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of our favorite little get away places. Very quiet. When we want a weekend to relax and unwind this is the place. Very simple camping with beautiful views of Almond Lake. Most of the electric sites are 30 amp and water is close by, but be sure to fill your tanks or carry water with you as there are no sites with water or sewer. There is a dump station. The park is close enough to town for any shopping, but tucked away enough to enjoy the peace and calm of the beautiful countryside. We will come back again and again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is camping. Quiet, peaceful, with nice views. This place is well maintained and has no extra costs or frills. Simply park and enjoy it. We traveled into nearby Hornell to antique, nearby Alfred to see the colleges and a few performances they put on and Wellsville for some Texas Hots (cheap diner food to die for). There were lots of college kids on the weekend, mainly playing in the park or picnicking. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
