This park is 60% seasonals, giving it a cluttered look as most of the seasonal units stay in place and have a variety of outdoor living and storage arrangements. The park has grown over time and the sites are either grass, dirt or gravel and it overall has a rustic feel. The maze of roadways in the park are a little confusing, some with trees creating tight turns, and the map is not accurate. We had trouble navigating in our big rig and ended up getting a scratch on the side. It does have a lot to offer if you look at their web site, and the price is right. We chose a site with 30 amp/water only because it was in a spacious field that provided privacy and satellite reception. We camped here in a Motorhome.
