The only reason to come here is to take one of the excursions to St. Pierre/Miquelon, France. You can make arrangements for a van to pick you up at the campground for the boat trip. This campground is a big, open field, gravel and grass. The electric hookup at the site we were assigned didn't work so we had to plug in next door. They may have 30 amps, but the kids who were in charge when we got there didn't know. Ours was 15 amps. The black flies were really bad -- I couldn't stand to be outside even to walk the dog. Most of the other campers were from Quebec. The restrooms and showers looked clean although we didn't use them. It takes 3 hours to get here from the Trans Canada Hwy. We camped here in a Motorhome.
