This campground came under new management during the 2004 season. The new owners were very unfriendly to many of the people who had camped there for many years with the previous owners. The showers, rest rooms, and pool were not cleaned as often as they should have been. The grass was not cut regularly and other out door maintenance has been neglected. I would not go there again, under any circumstances. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great campground for getting away from the volume and density of the coast North Carolina campgrounds. Owners were awesome. Beautiful private lake. Good roads into the CG. Go there to relax, fish, and forget about life for awhile and you won't be disappointed! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A very nice setting on a lake with boats and fishing. Friendly owners who arrange various functions like July 4th fireworks, etc. Only negative is that it's on the flight route of geese going north and south. So you MUST be careful where you sit on the grass. We camped here in a camper.
