The tent sites are great, we stayed in the meadows section for one night. Tent site was more than specious, facilities were clean and nearby. The programs on site will keep everyone entertained. Only problem was accessing the 2m amateur radio repeater with my handheld. CDMA phone: yes, GSM phone: no. We camped here in a Tent.

This is a beautiful campground in Kejimkujik National Park in the center of the Province. There is an interesting and informing interpretative center near the entrance to the park. The campground is situated on Lake Kejimkujik, which offers sandy beaches and "warm" water for swimming, as well as fishing and canoe/kayaking opportunities. These are available for rental within the park. The sites are heavily wooded, very large, and private. There are many hiking/walking opportunites with trailheads within the campground and at other places within the park. NOTE: We camped here during the shoulder season, and had no trouble getting a site; it would probably be full during the high season in July-August. Also, be aware that there are no hook-ups, but restrooms, showers, dump station and a public telephone are availble. We enjoyed a very peaceful experience at this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
