The rate is for a full hookup pull-through site including HST and GS discount. The staff is very friendly and explained everything in detail. Pretty much the only complaint we have is the low branches in the part of the campground we stayed in. The branches were trimmed considering travel trailers but not 5th wheels or Class A Motorhomes. In fact we could not get into our assigned site, because a low branch would have sheered our AC off. The site we got instead turned out to be a drive in, back out site because low branches were blocking the drive through way out. The site itself was level, good access to the hookups. Not much privacy. Apparently lots of seasonals. Surprisingly quiet at night given the campgrounds location just off the TC Hwy. In May and June bears are seen on the campground regularly. There is a propane filling station. No Wi-Fi. However, we would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the pouring rain (which is not the campgrounds fault). So we'll come back another time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
