Though owners were very friendly, they appear to be overwhelmed by maintenance. No one available in office and the campstore is poorly stocked. Sites were very narrow and unkempt - long grass and weeds. Mosquitoes were unbearable as the Owner allowed grey water to be dumped just off the sites, though some campers were discharging directly on the adjacent sites. Most seasonal sites are very old and poorly maintained. Convenient to Barrie and Orillia but we are not likely to return again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
