This park is wonderful for labs that want to swim. You must be members of the Elks to stay. Large sites but just water an electric. Will stay here again We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent RV park. One of the only ones we can really call a "resort" so far. Every facility (restrooms, showers, pool, spa, BBQ, small exercise room, game room, small conference room, playground, covered picnic area by pool, etc) was super clean & functional. Staff were courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable. The name of the resort means "a fun place to be," and it is. Long term & full timers occupy a separate section of the park, all well maintained. We stayed here a week ,so our rate reflects that, as well as AAA discount. Good place for a long stay while exploring Oregon wineries, St. Angel Oktoberfest, Woodburn outlet mall, City of Salem, and more. Will stay here again for sure. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We landed here after disembarking from a ship in Seattle. We called ahead, and, even though it was a holiday weekend, were able to get a spot. We emphasized the importance of a good internet connection so we were placed close to the office – where the signal was strong and the speed was indeed fast. The park is very clean and the space between sites was fine – especially for an overnight. Leveling was easy and it was very quiet all night. We never did see anyone in the office, as we arrived late and they were closed for Labor Day. We would use this park again when traveling Oregon. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was the cleanest park we've stayed in; the staff was great and very friendly. The restrooms and laundry room were spotless, the pool was great and the deepest is 5', the hot tub was very clean, great fitness room, lots of pet areas. We could only hear the traffic from I-5 if our door was open, and the train went through occasionally. They have both Wi-Fi and land line hook up, connection was great. There are stores nearby you can ride a bike to. Our over all stay was wonderful; I would recommend this park to anyone. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A perfect park, in our opinion. Clean, all pull-thru sites, all services. Good Sam rate. Wifi is not available in all sites, especially in the corners. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Although Indian Tribe owned, park is much better since professional managers have taken over. Just one problem. Why do RV parks feel it is necessary to lie to you when you call for reservations by telling you they "have just 2 spaces left" but after arriving you find many vacant spaces? It makes me suspect their overall credibility. Like many parks today, they have many "monthly's" but all seem to be in good shape. Have to agree with previous reviewer about the noise level from the trains and the large trucks from the distribution center behind the park. Searched for something better in the Salem area, but still think this is the best in this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We love this campground. From check in through our stay the staff was great. This place is so clean you could eat off the grass. The grounds are well manicured with level sites on concrete pads. The laundry restrooms, pool, and spa area are very well maintained. Wi-fi is excellent. The sites are big and most are pull through. We have been here with a large group 3 years in a row, and we will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Price charged seemed to be more than I anticipated from the web site. I think we may have been charged an Internet reservation fee. Easy access from I-5 with some road and train noise. Newer park with level concrete sites and paved roads. Trees are not yet mature. Park was nicely maintained and sites were fairly wide. There were two sewer connections per site so you could park front or back with your vehicle or a guest. Our site had a tree oddly placed in the way of our awning. We would stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a fantastic RV Park. There is fast Wi-Fi and cable, a playground for kids, pool (which they were cleaning for the summer), and hot tub. Flat roads, grass and a picnic table. Showers are private with a toilet in each room and were spotlessly clean. Lovely staff and close proximity to Salem. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

"I hear that train a comin'..." Well, you get the picture. Staff person was very nice, everything you want in a RV park, (trees are growing), but those trains! Some with only a 15 minute break between them. Woke me several times during the night. If it wasn't for the trains, it would get a much better rating. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park. Well maintained. Wide, long concrete pads with grass and picnic table. My site was perfectly level. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Immaculate showers and restrooms as well as the laundry facility. Free Wi-Fi worked well. The cable TV is very basic. Large pool and spa. I highly recommend this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful newer park. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Propane on site. Pull-through sites with grass. Close off Hwy 5. The wind was gusting the night we stayed so we can't say whether any road noise could be heard on a normal night. Great Wi-Fi service! Safeway a few miles south. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Visited park for a 1-nighter, late fall, on our way to CA. Very impressed. Great concrete pad sites with grassy lawn area. Cable TV and terrific Wi-Fi speed. This was a 1-nighter for us but would definitely stay longer and use as a base to explore the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects weekly rate plus tax. Nice enough park. Sites are plenty long enough and all the roads are blacktop and the sites are concrete pads with some grass for the picnic tables. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We arrived at this campground about 1:00 this afternoon. The restrooms (checked them all) had debris on the floors. Sites are paved and level. The interior roads appear to be a bit tight for exiting the sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very easy to get to. That's the plus. The minus is the noise from Hwy 5. This is a flat parking lot with narrow bands of grass between sites. It's not a pretty park, but as an overnighter, it's fine. We (and others) had to move the picnic table from our site before we could pull in. The coded entry laundry room was clean and had plenty of machines but was hotter than blazes. There were signs all over that said not to open the windows or prop the door for security reasons. That's not completely reassuring. There were lots of families in the pool, which looked nice. I'm just not sure of the RESORT designation in its name. Kind of a stretch. We camped here in a Motorhome.

All we can say is: Do you hear them trains a rolling? All we heard at night was trains and a trucking company. Won't be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a very nice, clean, and friendly park. They had a great playground for our kids to play at while we set up. They have a nice Pool and Jacuzzi, although we didn't use either because it was too cold outside. They have nice clean bathrooms and showers and a big laundry facility. We only stayed one night while we were passing through town, but enjoyed our stay. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great place to stay on way south. Two blocks from I-5, got pull thru close to washrooms (traveling a while longer with antifreeze) for $34 Good Sam rate. Good value as includes free (great quality) Wi-Fi and free showers. Showers were large and very clean! Enjoyed the spa first. Large cement sites. New shopping center one exit north off I-5. We will stay here again for sure. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

RV park is one of the better ones in Salem. Nice sites with adequate space between RV's. Negatives are the FedEx facility next door which is noisy at times and the lack of TV cable channels given to daily RV guests. The cable was basically useless with a few local channels and a lot of shopping, etc channels. Only the long term guests get the total cable channel package. Bring your dish and receiver if you want good TV channels. I do not remember the cost, but around 30 to 35 a night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects the weekly rate. We liked this campground. We were disappointed that they put us in one of the more narrow pull-throughs because we have a big rig with 4 slideouts. Some of the sites in front of the office have a added pink slab of concrete which means your steps come down on concrete rather than on the grass. Even so, our site was long enough to comfortably park our car on the pad area. We did not use the pool, spa or laundry room; but, they looked clean and inviting. Very convenient to sightseeing and other activities in Salem. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For being so close to the highway and train tracks, it was pretty quiet. I really like this resort. I would give it a higher score but the pool was not very clean due to some filter issues they were having. They closed it. Park is centrally located to the sights in Salem. We rented a car from Enterprise on 12th and they delivered and dropped us off when we were done. Very customer friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Probably the best overnight stop we have made during our cross country trip so far. Obviously relatively new but the first campground I have been in designed for big rigs! Level concrete pads (didn't even use the levelers), new connections, easy in and out. Sites were close but we were only overnighting. Did hear the train previously discussed but did not prevent us from sleeping. They allow you to wash your rig, which is unusual, and was much appreciated. Would very definitely stop overnight again if in the area. We have a 37' RV with a Tandem Tow trailer (2 motorcycles and a Toyota Van, about 62' overall) which fit without any issues. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My view of this resort may be a bit colored by the fact that we stayed at a truly beautiful resort the night before in Red Bluff, CA, but I was disappointed in a lot of ways: First, right AFTER I paid for the night, the girl at the front desk tells me that the pool is closed for cleaning. (It's middle of June and 80+ degrees outside. WHAT?? And they didn't bother to put this note on their website). Next, there's a fair amount of road noise from the highway and trains going very near by at all hours. Finally, the sites (or at least the one I was put in) have only 20 AMP and 50 AMP service. No 30 AMP. There's a typically 30 AMP plug but the circuit breaker was 20. Additionally, there's nothing around here within walking distance for shopping or recreation. You have to disconnect and drive to do anything. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

On the plus sides, this is a really great campground, clean and immaculately maintained. The sites are all level, easy in and out and have small grassy areas next to each of them. They have a playground for kids which is nice, but absolutely nothing else to do. The spa closes at 7PM, which was way too early and didn't give us the chance to use it. Given the cost, I thought that was silly. There is no table outside to either eat at, or set a gas grill on, and the sites are incredibly close together, even for a planned RV community. It is quiet at night, and the roadnoise was barely perceivable once inside your coach. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice, well kept park. The sites are level and paved with grass on sides. I would not call it a 5 star resort, but it was definitely a place I would stay again and I had no complaints. The Wi-Fi worked well. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park with good facilities (FHU, cable, WI-FI, and a pool - unfortunately closed while we were there on a weekend in August). Many of the sites are taken by extended stay customers - mostly Pacific Northwest locals according to the license plates I saw. There were 3 RV site areas of the park. Two seemed to be mostly the aforementioned extended stay folks and the third area where we were had only about 10 of 50 sites occupied - surprising for an August weekend. This was another park on this trip were there was very little activity in a park with so many occupants. There are a number of stores and restaurants withing a mile of the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Here is our perspective on this park...It is new, paved, nice grass areas, excellent hook-ups, and very clean. For us, a great overnight park. There is a nice pool, covered picnic area, laundry, showers etc. Might be a little "stuffy". They have a 10-year rule, a "three strikes you're out" policy (not sure what that is about) and they do ask about any criminal history on their check-in form. The story given me, for what it's worth, regarding that is they are trying to keep pedophiles out by asking for the required lawful disclosure. We found the park very easily from the off ramp of I-5. If you look at their web site map, it is a "no-brainer". The gentleman working the front desk was very personable and helpful. No issues here! We enjoyed our stay! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

All the facilities are clean. There are nice, spacious level cement sites with good grass and small trees. There is good direct TV reception. We did not use cable as we could not bring in many channels on the hookup which may have been our problem. I would have rated this much higher but for the condescending attitude and the hemming and hawing over finding us a spot. We had a reservation well in advance, and many spots were available. The manager talked with friends while ignoring us at the desk. The questionnaire asked us for our last address and two references, plus had a space for filling out our criminal record. WOW !!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed one rainy night. The campground is very hard to find to begin with. After check in we found it very hard to move a picnic table in our space. The main reason we won't go back is the fact that trains run right past the park every hour. I cannot understand how the park is rated as a resort huh! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is newer and obviously built to be here 50 years from now - by then maybe some trees will have grown in. Not really sure what entitles it to be a "resort" other than the pool and spa, but even in winter the park is very popular. We were well treated and given a good weekly rate. The wi-fi tower is not set very high, so the signal can be blocked by other campers unless you are fairly close to it, but the wi-fi did work well once we got a special antenna. Local amenities are all very close. FedEx is next door and we got some noise, but not much. We would certainly choose to stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Paved with grass. Large park, but well run and clean. If this park were in a better location, I would rate it higher. The main problem is the large Fed-Ex facility next door that creates a lot of noise, even through the night with truck transfers and loading/unloading. Recommend earplugs here. Convenient to I-5 and Hwy 99. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful nice park, very flat, great WI-FI. We used laundry, bathrooms and showers, all clean and fine. Helpful staff. It is relatively new and I believe they are still working on the signage, as it was not marked well from the freeway and she gave us wrong directions when we called. Also when you get in the very large park it is not clear where to go to register or where to take the trash. A little pricy, but clean and safe and easy is worth a lot to me. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a week. Very nice quiet, well lit park, lots of room to maneuver a big rig. All hookups are convent and well located. Nice level concrete pad with plenty of room for our 40 ft motorhome and we could easily park our car as well. Park is very good access to and from highway I-5, but far enough away that there was no road noise. We would stay here again. Only reason I did not give it a 10 was the pool and spa are outdoors, which at this time of year was not usable. We camped here in a Motorhome.

You can't help but giggle when you see the name of this resort. Some Internet research indicates Illahee generally translates to "earth" or "country" in Indian folklore, but another translation specified "house by the water." However, the "hee hee" part does bring a smile to your face. One of the co-managers said the name is supposed to translate to "fun place to be." Thank goodness the park paid for a good supply of signs posted from the freeway because my GPS didn't recognize the street (and Mapquest doesn't have it, either.) As of this date, the park had been open 1 year and 5 months (according to one of the co-managers). This park has 139 spaces and most of them are pull-through. Only 25 are back-in. As of this writing, the back-ins were $30 and the pull-throughs are $34. The slots are quite long, and nicely paved with concrete. There is an adequate amount grass between each slot. Although you see your neighbor, you won't feel like your neighbor is "in your face." The park has an outdoor pool (which was closed at this time of year) and an indoor spa. The restroom was very clean (can only speak for the women's restroom, didn't see the men's), but there is only one shower. Two more unisex showers are available in the spa area. The laundry area is accessed by a code and available 24 hours a day. The laundry area had an adequate supply of washers and dryers for the size of the park. There is a change machine, too! Although all the laundry facilities were in one place, this park is flat, so anyone who is staying at the outer edge of the park and has mobility issues can easily get there in a mobility assistance vehicle. The cable TV has a very good lineup of channels. If you have a digital TV, you will get a few additional ones. The trash dumpster and recycle bins are quite concealed (more like a fortress) so as not to interfere with the ambiance of the park. Those two items were so well hidden, I had trouble finding them! When I eventually located them, I discovered the fences surrounding them were arranged in a "walk through maze" which prevents ugly viewing from anywhere in the park. The reservation office is open until 9:00 PM at night (6:00 PM Sundays). Additional amenities include a pay phone, a propane facility, a room where you can exercise and read books, and great wireless! For full-timers, there are phone hookups, but you have to arrange the service through the phone company. Further, the park is well lit at night with many tall and very bright street lights (every other slot). There is one down side to this: my window shades didn't block the light as much as I would like. Add to that, a very much loved (and spoiled) pet cat who insists on the "3:00 AM guard watch," at the window, where the street light is. But this was a very minor inconvenience compared to the security of having a park this well lit at night. Actually, the only thing I didn't like about this park was: on the day I was leaving, they wouldn't/couldn't sell propane before noon because their propane person didn't come to work until then! I was going to award this park a "9" but I kicked it down to "8" because of this. (They also don't offer Good Sam discounts at this time.) We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a new park and very clean. However they have made some mistakes. In the section I was in the pad is narrow and when you step out of your MH you step on the grass. The very wet grass I might add, from the sprinklers and the rain. The other half of the park they have added a cement extension to alleviate this, so hopefully will continue to do this to all sites. The other issue I had was hooking up the water. The faucets are very low to the ground and makes it impossible with your regulator to hook up the hose. I had a small 10ft hose that I had to put the regulator in between in order to hook up. The fellow in the office seemed fairly disinterested in some of my questions. I didn't interact with any other staff. I spent 2 nights here. I would stay here again but would definitely request a site where my steps didn't exit onto the grass. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park should be a 5 star rated park with 5 stars being the highest. You will look long and hard to find a nicer RV Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overall nice park. Pool and spa were heated and clean. There is a large outdoor heated gazebo with chairs, tables, and BBQ's for all to use upon reserving with management. Each site had a huge concrete pad, patch of grass, modern utilities including hard-wired CAT5 jack in addition to the WiFi for Internet Access, all amperage, and (2) sewer connections based on your rig's positioning. Cable had 70 clear channels and no satellite obstructions were noted. We had a small ant problem at our site and I found a few bee's drowned in our "left out" beverages. Play equipment was modern but small for the kids and not much else for them to do. No camp fire rings and most sites did not have a picnic table. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have been traveling full time for three years and this is one of the best RV parks we have stayed in anywhere. All roads and sites are paved - pull thrus are 70’ long with lots of distance between sites. All sites have 20/30/50 amp service, 70 channel cable and dual sewer hookups for either front or back of the RV. Nicely landscaped grounds with fountains at the front. Park has only been open for a year and was obviously planned by a professional. We camped here in a Motorhome.

New park in Salem, hidden away but worth finding. Well planned park with spotless facilities. When the trees grow up this will be close to perfect. Pool large and restroom/showers are the best we have seen. Train whistles at night but we got used to them (staying two weeks). Park is convenient to plenty of things to do. We will stay again. The park is only a year or so old, So there is not much if any shade. The sites are pretty close together and there is no privacy. Probably will not return to this park We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The rate cited is based on staying one month, and electric is NOT included in that rate either. Wonderful park, beautifully maintained, WiFi is extra, good cable TV, wonderful mail system, office staff is above and beyond nice, helpful and informative. The grounds are gorgeous, nice picnic tables furnished at all sites; large pull-through sites for the month-long stays, large cement stands; very level, manicured grounds and rules are enforced. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to anyone coming to Salem. Was also a great location for all the necessary shopping and access to interstate. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Restrooms & Showers were clean and good but the lights are timed and not necessarily longer enough to get a good long shower. Site was very level and no pads needed. Good concrete. The only draw back was the pads were created before slide were in so we had to walk on the grass but there was still space between trailers. The site access was good and the park roads were asphalt. Didn't try the internet. Park was quiet and adequately lit. Park was well maintained. Paid for a week and stayed 6 nights because we were meeting friends but cheaper to buy a week than to pay for 6 nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is easy to find but not easy off I-5. It is a very nice park, nice large, level spaces, but I gave it a 7 because they say they have a store, DVD library, and shuttle to casino. They have those things, but not after 6:00! We got here at 6:30 and everything was locked up tight. They offer internet, but again, only if you get there before the office closes. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice RV Park; well groomed with good sites (easy in & out). Would have given it a 10, but they advertise free WiFi and they only provide free WiFi for 24 hours. When asked about the way they advertised, we were informed: "yes we do have Wi-Fi and you can purchase it for $5.00 per day". (note: the rate we paid reflects Good Sam rate) We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice RV park, clean clean clean. Sites are large and easy to get into. Bathrooms spotless, Wi-Fi was slow at times, but worked well. They have a shuttle bus to Spirit Mountain Casino and we had a great time there. The parks service was great. We needed propane and all we had to do was set our tanks on front of site and they picked up and filled. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Paved roads and sites with grass and picnic table. Friendly staff. Site is a bit narrow to drive in and out without touching the grass. Long enough to leave the tow vehicle attached. Park well landscaped. Utilities worked fine, good water pressure and voltage. No Interstate road noise but there is a small mall next to the Park (with a Safeway food store) and there is some noise but not objectionable. Rate is with Good Sam discount. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park and last year we gave it an 9. This year we had a premium site that was large. The site was level and had a grass area with a table. In the regular sites they are small and would feel tight. There is no place for people to park and they allowed cars to spill over on to the road making access narrow. The park was full which made the problem worse. The other issue is the access to the park if you are coming from I-5 through Salem you have to cross SR22. It is very fast and there are no lights to provide a break in traffic or slow it down. It is not safe, as nice as this park is this is our last time crossing that road. It is a shame. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very clean with concrete pads and grass in between. However, it’s behind a Safeway store. Our pad faced the loading dock. Safeway’s trucks were coming and going made it too noisy to sit outside or have your windows open, and Safeway’s A/C made additional noise. The best and quietest spots were reserved for long term residents. This park is located in Salem but does not have decent cable television. All they offer are local stations, some shopping stations and religious stations. I would prefer if they charged a couple of dollars more a day and gave me good cable TV. We were here for over a week and still had one of the less desirable spots. We would not do an extended stay again, it’s only good for one night stays. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the most pristine park I have ever seen. Asphalt drives and concrete sites are decorated and surrounded with small trees, floral bushes and grass areas worthy of a golf course. Sprinklers go off every day. All that says: "Look but don't touch." Despite a pet walk area, it's not at all pet friendly, and the pet area stinks to high heaven. It has one piece of kids climbing equipment on a 200 square foot wood chipped area, on a busy corner. The horseshoe toss is virtually invisible; it's totally landscaped! No pool, but has exercise equipment. Free Wi-Fi but they try to talk you out of using it. No kids or pets? You'll find it close to everything you want to see in Salem, and it's "eye candy." Otherwise, stay away. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is clean and beautifully landscaped. No x-pens allowed on the grass and dogs not allowed to "go" except in a very small fenced in area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not a good place for kids or dogs. However, if you don't have either, it would be a great place to stay for a while. It is close to everything and it is super clean. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Our stay here was for one week while visiting family in the area. Basically a clean, neat park, even if we did not use the facilities (showers, etc.). They advertise big rig friendly, however, that is a stretch. We pull a 28 foot 5th wheel with a four door pickup with an eight foot bed and had a VERY HARD time getting into our assigned site without clipping the edge of the grass. The fact that the park manager parks his car outside of the striped roadway did not help this situation. There are a lot of LONG TERM residents here and they tattle if you do anything incorrectly such as put an edge of your tire on the grass. They advertise pet friendly and are very strict about walking your dog down the center of the street down to the pet walk (no stopping allowed) and do not let your dog get near a curb or any shrubs. The pet area is not a "pet walk", but rather, a small non maintained fenced area. Management is a retired couple who do not have a pet. Not what I would call a friendly park, but for the price, not a bad deal for a short stop over. We most likely would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have traveled over 70000 miles in the USA and Canada and have stayed at 100's of parks: this park would rate in our top 10 ever. From the time we pulled in we liked the park. The landscape was perfect, the site large and roomy and check in was fast and friendly. Wi-Fi was free. On the day of check-in the front desk informed us that they had a shuttle bus Free of charge going to Spirit Mt Casino that evening and that we are free to go. So not knowing anything, we jumped aboard and went. This is a new service by the park from what we are told, and the driver we found out, was the owner of the park. (This guy was very classy.) We had a great time at the casino. We are booking a couple more nights, they have a program of stay 2 nights and get third free. We are also booking to return to this park. This is a must stay park for any RV'er. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This RV park claims to be the highest rated in Oregon, and we could definitely see why. Clean, well-maintained, and has a friendly staff. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

As mentioned in previous reviews, sites are very narrow and difficult for the big rigs to get into without running over parts of the grass which is a big NO NO according to park rules and they have you sign off on them at the entrance. (We even had a park resident run to tattle to the security guard when we accidentally clipped the outside corner of the grass getting in). Beautifully kept grass, nice recreation room, wonderful laundry, nice folks at the registration desk, very convenient to Safeway, etc. Some truck noise since Safeway trucks deliver at night just behind the park. We would probably try one of the other parks in the area closer to I-5 if just passing through or closer to the coast if we are visiting the coast next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We enjoyed our stay. They encouraged us to use our own Wi-Fi if we had it (Verizon worked well); which I did not mind (unlimited plan), and I'm tired of RV parks blaming personal hot spots for problems with the park system. Everything was great: the exercise equipment, game room, location, showers, laundry (nice to see affordable rates for laundry), etc. A great location while in Salem, and it was close to the fair. Our only complaint is that the grass seemed to always be wet (maybe they over-water a bit). We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects weekly rate. The restrooms are spotless and the park is well maintained. Wi-Fi is free only for the first night. The paved part of the sites are narrow but the sites themselves are very nice with lawn, plants, a place for the barbeque and a table. The cable TV is limited unless you are here longterm then you get expanded cable. The store only carries RV supplies, no food. Hard to exit if making a left hand turn. Would stay again We camped here in a Motorhome.

My husband specifically asked (at check in) if there was a code needed for WiFi and he was told no. We weren't able to get on WiFi so, even though he was very tired, he had to walk to the RV site of the night manager (this was after closing time) to find out why. He was told that a code is needed so he asked for 2 since we each have our own laptop. My code never worked and we ended up having to pay for my internet out of our own pocket. Very difficult and balky! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice, clean, well organized RV park. Enjoyed a short overnight stay using a pull-thru. Arrived after closing time and my info was all ready in the box outside the office with all the directions marked to my site. Hookups were all well placed. Green grass between sites and level pads for the RV. Wide enough drives for easy check in and maneuvering into and out of site. The only negative was the small pet areas for our doggies and the limited TV channels on the cable. I would definitely stay here again. Got a Good Sam discount but I can't remember exactly how much I paid but I think it was around $28-$30. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed one night on our way to Yosemite and had a peaceful sleep. A little noise from the surrounding streets, but would stay here again on our way down I-5. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park that has access from I-5 but is far enough away so there is no road noise. It is a first class park and my $29 discounted Good Sam rate included a quick WiFi and cable TV. The roads are all paved with concrete pads and green grass sites. There is a Safeway next door for shopping and lots of places to eat out. I would have given them a 10 but the concrete pad wasn't level!! Not a perfect park but close. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Spotless, green, friendly. They even have a new luxury tour bus with flat screen TV's to take you to local attractions and a casino. Fantastic facility. We WILL stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean and well kept; friendly staff. Convenient location to many different shops including Wal-Mart. Little traffic noise from local streets. Nice enclosure for dogs to relieve themselves but no large area to exercise them other than walking them around the RV park on a leash. We arrived in the dark and pouring rain. The lighting is poor at the sites and there are bushes interfering with the extension of slides which made it difficult to park our trailer properly. We got soaked manoeuvrings our trailer into the spot to allow for our slide to extend and our steps to not end at a wet, muddy spot (tire marks in the water logged grass from a previous user). We did not use their cable, water or sewer (still winterized and staying just one night). We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The office was closed on Sunday, but there is a check-in box, and our paperwork and map to our site was right there. We had space 97, a large pull-through lot with nice level, cement pad. We didn't even extend the stabilizers for our one night stay. Each site has a grassy area with picnic table and barbeque stand. We did a walk around the place, and were very impressed. There appears to be a lot of full timers here, and I can see why. The place is immaculate. The restrooms and showers were clean with good water pressure. In the lounge, there was a fairly new pool table. Also, there was exercise equipment (treadmill, stair stepper and universal gym) along with a large TV, and a few tables with jig saw puzzles. I didn't notice any traffic noise until I woke up in the morning, and even then it wasn't really loud. There is a big Safeway store next door and strip mall with a fabric/crafts store, a clothing and shoe store, a post office, and other variety stores. If I had reason to be in Salem for any length of time, I would definitely consider staying here again. Price reflects a Good Sam discount. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wow: a super nice reception. Nice spots right on a wonderful creek. I would go back to this park again and again. If you have a chance to stay at this park, do! It is great. My only problem with it: is even with 9 routers for Wi-Fi, we still had problems getting connected. One of our computers could and the other never connected, and we have connected at all the other parks we have stayed at. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is immaculate and the spaces good sized. The owners and staff do lots of little extra things to make your stay a great experience. The Wi-Fi was nearly perfect and free. The back-in spaces do back up to a supermarket loading dock, but the noise was not too bad. There is an RV repair and supply place right next door. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful campsite and setting. It has nicely grassed sites and very pleasant management. The laundry facilities are excellent. The only downfalls are that there are only a few TV stations to watch and they are a large number of year around patrons so if you are going to stay you must reserve. We sayed here last year and again this year and found the site very nice. The grass was green and lush and the landscaping was good. Staff is friendly and helpful and kept the washrooms clean. The only complaint really was the TV service was bad: very few stations and half were shopping channels. Could not get any sports channels. Our $25 cost was based on a weekly rate. The park is located in town on a very busy street. The street noise was not noticable at our site. This place is very clean and neat. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. Each site is croncrete parking slab. Each site is landscaped with grass and other plantings. A Super Wal-Mart is about a quarter nile away. The WIFI and satellite reception was good. Cell service was also good. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of those campgrounds that use the rating system to outfox RV'ers. It's really a Safeway car park that has been "improved". I stayed overnight but would not consider staying any longer. Some sites are very noisy. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here in our 33 foot 5th wheel. The park is clean, managers very friendly and helpful, sites level and easy in and out. There appeared to be mainly "long term" people there and all of the RVs were in "new" condition. We found the only negatives to be the road noise which did not disturb our sleep and that there was no free Wi-Fi. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful and extremely well maintained park in the middle of the city. The managers and assistant managers were very pleasant and helpful. We spent two nights there and it was quiet and comfortable. They have a small enclosed dog run with the necessities to clean up after your pet. There is any type of shopping you could ask for, from within walking distance to several miles away. Don't be in a hurry to leave the park, because the street is busy. I would recommend making advanced reservations because the park was full when we were there. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As an overnight park this would rate a 10 but as a destination or extended stay I rated it an 8 as there are few activities on site. Great staff and very clean. We went through a bit of a run down part of town to get to the park so were really pleasantly surprised to see the site. Very neat and clean. Definitely on my I will return list. I have come to this park several times now, and the experience is always consistent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming each time I arrive, which is always appreciated by a tired traveler! The park is clean and well maintained, close to shopping, easy to navigate, and sites are large. They seem to have a high staff to site ratio which is likely the reason for such a clean and tidy park. The only complaint is that internet access is not free. Overall I will continue to make this my first choice for a place to stay in Salem. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A quiet and fairly spacious park right near a busy crossroads - but that gave us good walking access to groceries and other supplies. It was near a dealer we needed to see for repairs, and we would stay here again if we needed to - but no great views or recreation facilities on site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park, if you like more of a permanent residence experience. The restroom and laundry facilities are clean. Though pets are accepted, there are minimal pet areas on the premisis, and then more structured for small dogs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very well kept park with nice landscaping, roomy pull thrus, great wi-fi (for a fee) and cable, clean laundry rooms with dryers that actually dry and a few pieces of exercise equipment. A fairly large park without much privacy so that may or may not be an issue for you. Has one of the best book trading areas I've seen. Plus free breakfasts on Saturday mornings. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park for several month's about 2 years ago. We were impressed with it and made it a point to return. This time, however, we were assigned a different site which was next to a customer who still worked during the day. He owned a very loud diesel truck and would start the engine at 5:30 A.M. and let it run for 15-20 minutes before leaving. The truck was parked 6 feet from our bedroom slide. After several days of this, the start time's changed to an earlier hour, and on one particular morning the truck left and returned again THREE time's between 4:30 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. With this and the fact that a nearby bar plays LOUD music until 2:00 A.M. each Fri. and Sat. night, we went to the manager to request a site change. Expecting a helpful response, we were quite surprised that she was NOT interested in assigning us a different site, nor was she accommodating AT ALL! Based on her lack of interest, we located a different R.V. park in Salem and chose to leave. WE WILL NOT STAY AT THIS PARK AGAIN. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second visit to this park. It is a great place to stay. The people running it are friendly and quite helpful. The spaces can accommodate big rigs and have grass between each one. There are two sets of restrooms and laundry rooms. Everything is spotless. It is also close to both grocery and all other type shopping. When we return to Salem, we will stay here again. We are full time and have stayed at many RV parks. This was one of the best ones we have stayed at. It is very well maintained. Streets and sites are paved. There is grass, shrubs and small trees. There is no dirt. Big rigs should have no problem at this park. It is conveniently located near I-5, shopping, restaurants, services and the fairgrounds. The park has WiFi and I picked up an excellent signal at our site, however I didn't use it because of the $5 daily fee. I would have rated this park a 10 except for the lack of a swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed there from 1 to 3 times a year for the past four years(2000, 2001, 2002, 2003). Very nice management/ownership, very helpful. Clean with asphalt drives and concrete pads with concrete patio areas. Green grass kept mowed and trimmed. Dog run privacy fenced includes utensils to pick up after pets and garbage can to dispose pick up material. Close to I-5 freeway, Oregon State Fair, shopping and Lancaster Mall. Easy drive to Silver Falls Park. Will continue to stay when in the area. We are indeed partial due to our pleasant experiences here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a really nice park. All cement pads and level. Near shopping, walking distance to Safeway and several others. Very friendly owners. Felt overwhelmed in my 30' TT as most of the people here were waiting for the Monaco rally. WOW!!! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The main reason for writing this review is to refute the comment about the tight entrance. I have a 40 foot motor coach pulling a car and I had no trouble parking in the entrance staging area then driving to my pad with car attached. I have stayed here a number of times in the past and I will stay here again when in the area. I especially like to use the free 600 movie DVD lending library. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park in a decent location if you're visiting Salem. Really nice laundry facilities, and offers nice amenities like movie night and happy hour. Clean and neat. Downside: Super tight entrance. If you're BIG, and we are, don't try to park where the signs say to pull in for check-in. Just stay to the right and head down the driveway. We got stuck and had to unhook and wiggle around to get back on track. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed in a Premier Park in Lincoln City and this park is easily as nice. Sites are concrete pads and level. Park is off main hwy but noise is minimal. All sites have grass and picnic tables and are well taken care of. All amenities were nice including the laundry area which stays open 24 hours a day. Also there are several vineyards very close by and town center is easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend this park and would stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We made a mistake when we came here: we only stayed one day! Everything was outstanding, the people were friendly, the sites easy to get into, the place is absolutely gorgeous in a quiet setting. You won't find better restrooms anywhere, many showers and extremely clean. I can see why they are rated one of the top 100 RV parks in the country. We will definitely be back, only this time for a week or two. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We arrived shortly after dark and the office was closed. The office area had instructions on what to do, and the sites that were available. We made our way to a site, with the help of a dog walker, and were pleased to find the pull-through site level and paved. We left early the next morning, so cannot comment on the amenities, but I did notice a pool and a nice clubhouse. The staff were friendly and helpful, although when I asked about how to get back to I-5 south, she gave us directions that seemed like they took us out of the way (through Corvalis). Getting to the park and back to I-5 were the worst of it. Otherwise, we liked the place. It seemed quiet and we will use this park in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The gentleman that checked us in was professional and friendly. Assigned us to the owners site that was wonderful. He even provided a cable for our use. Everything about the stay was top notch save for the woman that received the cable that we returned. Completely unprofessional!!! "Barked" about how the gentleman at check-in should have charged $10 for the use of the cable. When my partner replied "I'm an honest person". She snapped back with "That's what the last guy was who left with the cable". It's none of our business what company policies are. However, it's something that's discussed within the company and not on guests. Would have given a 10 star rating, but last impressions are lasting ones. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We already left a review of our visit 2 - 8 Sept 2011, but forgot to give the overall rating - which we give it a 9. We'd give it a 10, but there was a bit of traffic noise from the highway that runs from Salem to the Oregon Coast. Other than that, it was just perfect! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our third visit to this park. We had a supersite, and they are worth the extra expense. The park is clean, well manicured. Quite a few long term units, but it does not have any of that feel. GREAT facility in Salem OR. Everything is very well done. Staff is very friendly. Only drawback is the lack of adequate space to park the truck because the pull-through sites are short. Excellent park but a bit off the beaten track unless you are coming or going to the coast. If you are coming off of Interstate 5, you have to thread your way through downtown Salem. If it weren't for that, I would give it a top rating. That said, we enjoyed our stay here. The park is well maintained and kept clean. The staff were very friendly upon check-in. We would stay here again if we are in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is extremely well run with friendly helpful staff. The washrooms were large and very clean. The majority of sites, which are long pull-throughs, are a little close but each site has grass and a picnic table. We stayed in a super site which offered plenty of room for our 38 footer. The resort shows a movie each night at the club house and the day we arrived they were serving root beer floats. There is a great dog walk and off leash area. We definitely plan to stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Good park location. Slightly west of downtown Salem. All facilities excellent. Bathrooms were new looking and spotless. Wi-Fi worked great. This park is in a great location to visit wineries, hop farms, roadside fruit and veg stands and cheese factory. Also, there is a Safeway that is close by to stock up. They even show movies at night. One of the best we've been in. Zero complaints, except perhaps that they only have one bathroom/shower building and you need to walk through unoccupied spaces to get to it. Other than that, park is a '10'. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park and last year we gave it an 9. This year we had a premium site that was large. The site was level and had a grass area with a table. In the regular sites they are small and would feel tight. There is no place for people to park and they allowed cars to spill over on to the road making access narrow. The park was full which made the problem worst. The other issue is the access to the park if you are coming from I-5 thru Salem you have to cross SR22 it is very fast and there are no lights to provide a break in traffic or slow it down. It is not safe, as nice as this park is this is our last time crossing that road. It is a shame. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park, nice management, great amenities as others have stated. However, they have now reached the point where they need to install speed limiters of some sort. There are kids on bicycles in this park that has 10 MPH speed limits, but it is not uncommon to see folks at or exceeding 30 MPH in cars/trucks, since there is nothing to force them to slow down. So be cautious with your walks and your kids here, until they regain control of the speed. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I liked this campground a lot. It's a little pricey but worth it. It is convenient (except driving through Salem in a big rig), exceptionally clean and well maintained. The streets are all paved and the pads are all concrete. They have nice little hedges and flowers planted and the grass areas are all mowed clean. We would definitely stay here again. The cleanest bathrooms I've EVER been in, besides mine at home. EVERYTHING was clean; bathrooms, showers, office, pool, spa: everywhere was impeccable. Great campground volunteers to keep noise down etc. Great, great place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful! Very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The owners obviously take great pride in the site. We have a large truck and a 38ft 5th wheel with four slides and the site was a little narrow but not enough to cause a problem for us. Excellent showers: very spacious and clean. Quiet site and not really suitable for families looking for lots of activities for children. They also have a strictly enforce quiet time policy which we really liked as our holiday pleasure does not include being kept awake by inconsiderate neighbors. Would definitely use the site again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an exceptionally well-kept RV park with full amenities. It has lovely landscaping, excellent staff, and everything the big rigger wants. The staff was very helpful when we asked for a spot near the large dog area, which gave us a bit of extra room. It is not a rustic sort of place, so if you're looking for dirt/trees/wildlife, it's not for you. Even though the place is exceptionally clean, they aren't rule-crazy (no signs about keeping dogs off the grass or anything: just clean up after your pooch). We stayed 4 nights and would return. It's very dog friendly; there are nice fenced dog runs for small and large dogs. Plus, there's a trail that runs around the entire park. It's a quiet park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for several days while visiting family. Great people to work with. We had a bad 30 amp breaker at our site when we got there. Reported it at the office and maintenance was already replacing the breaker when I got back to the site. Very nice landscaped and maintained park. Had some issues with WI-FI being a little intermittent and slow at times. I would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice resort. Has all the amenities with a continental breakfast in the mornings. Has cement sites with plenty of room and some back in sites on a small stream. The only reason it is not a 10 is that it is located on a busy hwy (no noise) and it is impossible to walk anywhere. However, there are nice trails in the campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We held a Rally there for 37 big rigs and they all said that it was the best Rally they attended. Lovely Park that was extremely accommodating of all our needs and gracious in every way. The Loustic Catering is the best ever! Very reasonable pricing and incredibly good food and they went the extra mile to provide a scrumptious spread! Again, Attendees said it was the best Catering food they had ever experienced! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Be sure to give the size of your rig when calling. They advertise big rig friendly, but are not so well laid out. I was unable to fit my big fifth wheel in the site they had for me. Had to change plans and camp across town. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park, it has resort feel about it. Well laid out for a large park. The premium sites are well worth the money, the regular sites are a little small. It is on a busy road and can be difficult to cross. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We liked this park. The sites were long, wide, level, and paved. This seemed to be a well maintained and well run park with plenty of amenities. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch. Next time in the area we will stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Desk staff was very nice. The grounds are beautiful. They have a nice bar-bq area. They show a free movie every night. Quiet and well maintained. Not that easy to find from I-5 but worth the effort. We visited friends in Dallas so was close. This park between Salem and Dallas. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Outstanding Park. Paved roads and concrete pads with good landscaping. Very helpful staff. Some long termers but newer units and tidy sites. A little far from I-5 for overnighters. We enjoyed every aspect of this resort and will return as well as will choose other Premier Resorts. We stayed in Redding's Premier Resort several years ago and enjoyed that as well. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Overall this was a "high average" RV park. It is only about five miles from the city center and access was good despite some road paving going on just outside of the park entrance. Pull through site was plenty long enough although if we had put out awning out it would have been very close to the adjacent site. The park had a rather cramped feeling in the area where the actual parking pads were but you could escape that feeling by taking a short walk to the very nice nature trail that surrounds the park. There was some noise from nearby sites but they quieted down after an hour or so. Pool was nice and well maintained but getting ready to close for the season. The workout/game room seemed rather sparce and was located in a rather isolated part of the park. Free continental breakfast was included in the site fee. This seems to be a very busy park at least on weekends (only two or three sites available) so be sure to make reservations a couple days in advance. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice and clean park with great staff. Premier has a few others too and we have stayed at 2 of them also. They are all consistently nice. We will stay here again next time we are at the State Fair. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

One of our favorite resorts. Nicely maintained. Great wild blackberries for picking in August! Our club had 30 rigs there for a rally. Management very accommodating in providing needed items (extra BBQ at tent that also has a refrigerator and two microwaves. Free light breakfast and delivered newspaper for daily renters. Wonderful catered dinner for 60+ people -- salmon was great. Also a theater for evening movies. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overall it is a very nice RV Park. There is very friendly staff, who are helpful and knowledgeable. Good points; very clean and well maintained, nightly movies, social events on weekends, nice, clean laundry room, all level concrete pads, blacktop interior roads, security is good, nice exercise room with weight equipment. Downside; sites are kind of small, close together, not really big rig friendly, big rigs will fit in most regular sites though. They do offer Premium Sites that are basically two sites side by side, for more money. There is some noise from Highway 22. It is somewhat isolated. It is very close to Salem, but not within walking/biking distance of anyplace, without getting on Highway 22. The cable TV has 20 channels, a few "cable channels". I would very highly recommend this park to a friend. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent experience. Beautiful landscaping well maintained. Staff friendly and courteous. Extensive library of free DVDs with many current titles. Only problem was broken sewer cap when we checked in after hours. Mentioned to office in morning and new cap placed at site within minutes. We camped here in a Motorhome.

While this park was extremely clean and nicely landscapped, I could not give it a 10 because of three things: 1. You can't reserve a spot you want, you have to take what they give you; 2. The pull thru sites are so narrow that you literally land on the outside picnic table when you try to exit your door; and 3. The WiFi was weak and we had some trouble accessing it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our rate was based on the purchase of a discount card. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing keeping us from giving this park a 10 is the absence of recycling bins. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful park, clean and wonderful bath room and showers. Continental Breakfast supplied. All concrete slabs for rigs asphalt roads. Very, Very nice. Hwy 22 is a nasty road with a lot of traffic hard to exit from RV park (55 MPH). Wonderful semi-secure area without to much road noise. Will come here again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nightly rate was with a 30% off coupon. Facility is very well maintained. The staff is friendly. Not what I would call a resort. Not much to do at the facility except sleep and indulge in their modest continental breakfast. Nice touches are: A free daily (not Sunday) newspaper delivered to your site. They have a fairly robust free DVD lending library. They have some necessity type supplies available for purchase. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wonderfully clean and warm restrooms and showers. It was very cold while we were there, even snowed one evening! I arrived after hours, and self check in was easy, office called me the next day, because I had done the math wrong, and overpaid, so they were going to refund the overage. We will stay here again. Note on rate, it was discounted with internet coupon. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed for 2 nights. Access is a little tricky as it is directly off fast 4 lane road. Look carefully for entrance as it is very poorly marked! Drive straight in - no security gate in effect. Nice front desk area with shop, very well stocked DVD/VHS library, public use computer and printer, Wifi works well. Clean park with nice wooded surroundings. Spaces a little close to each other although we took a 'double' converted spot. Fairly narrow access roads. Looking back, website shows complimentary breakfast but we did not use it - don't think we were told about it to be honest. Paper was delivered as advertised! Good Sam 10% available. Winter special shows 3 nights for 2. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a nice surprise after the park we left from. The only negative on the place is they need to put out a larger entrance sign. They have beautiful large level sites with well maintained grass and landscape. A large off leash pet run and a small one for the little guys. There is a hiking trail that we enjoyed. The staff was very friendly. The laundry, bathrooms and showers were very clean. This is a great park to either come to on your own or to bring along a group. We wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice park with great people working here. The maintenance supervisor was very helpful when we had a few issues. He went out of his way to help us a few times. Great guy. They had double size sites with big grassy areas. This was a nice area for our dog to play in the yard. The dryer in the laundry room didn't dry clothes. People kept putting notes on it saying it was broken , but the note would just disappear. We really liked this park overall. We will stop here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The location is convenient to Salem though coming from the east and turning left on Hwy 22 across two lanes of 55+mph traffic to access the downhill entrance to the park is a bit unnerving. On Sundays, the church next door shares the entrance so plan your arrival or departure prior to or after services. The park is neat and clean but the sites are very small and close together. Back-ins on the north end of the park, are not on the drivers side combined with one way narrow streets and turns provides a challenge to navigate. A few sites have been enlarged by combining two into one but don’t know if they will do that all the way through. Motorhomes with toads have a challenge to fit with out hanging out in the street and there is a charge to park outside of your assigned site if you cannot fit. During our stay we drove to nearby Hee Hee Illa Hee RV Resort. It has larger sites and easier access especially for 5th wheels so will try that on our next visit to Salem. This park is fine for overnight or rigs less than 45ft including toad or tow vehicle. If possible entrance from the west on Hwy 22 is easier to enter. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is better for people without kids and who don't mind unhooking their tow vehicles. We paid extra for a pull-through site but had to unhook our tow vehicle to fit it in (and even then it barely fit). There is no purpose to a pull through here. We would have saved money backing into a site since we'd have to unhook either way. Check-in was pleasant and the lady there was friendly. This is basically a nice parking lot with a small pool/hot tub. Spaces are very tight with little breathing space between neighbors. No playground. The pool area was pretty full of stir crazy kids and disapproving retired couples who hid away in the hot tub. The best thing about this campground is that it was clean with nice rigs and it felt relatively safe. We rated this campground higher than we would have because of the friendly check-in lady who let us stay a little over our check-out time since we had to run into town for provisions. Once we retire and are RVing without kids, we will consider coming back if we are passing through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with a lot of perks ran by very friendly people.Like most commercial parks now days there were a lot of permanent residents who for the most part were cordial but not overly friendly. Would have given a 10 except the cable tv leaves a lot to be desired contrary to maintenance mans proclamation. Could still easily stay here long term and enjoy it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park itself is okay, but the management is very rude and this is not a friendly place for dogs. There is no fun allowed here. People may curse at you here. That is allowed and condoned, but not playing with your dog. There is no shade. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

First class park, great river-side location. Easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff, morning newspaper delivered to each site, free continental breakfast, movie nights at clubhouse. We stayed for only 1 night but would definitely stay longer next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Another extremely nice RV park by Premier. Free continental breakfast presented very nicely, and free newspaper delivered to coach. Friendly staff. Movie every night in their theater. Very clean. Fitness center and pool tables. Premier sites and Super sites (its a double site) are available for $33.50 and $41 respectively. Some long term folks, but all was very clean looking. Whole complex is very nicely done. Great facilites for a RV club. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Used this a an overnighter. A few minutes from I-5, but easy to find. Large clean bathroom/restrooms. Pool by office, away from sites helped to minimize noise. Large sites with picnic tables. Steady breeze during the afternoon into evening kept bugs away and fresh smell. Remember to ask for WiFi coupon at office. We didn't know until after office was closed. We'd camp here again. This is a well-run campground, with easy access to excellent and level pull through sites. The facilities are top-notch -- the bathrooms are nicer than any others we have ever seen at an RV resort. But there is no shade, which is a pity, since this campground sits out in the middle of nowhere, 4 miles west of Salem, baking in the summer sun. Also, they charge $5 for WiFi, which seems like a ripoff, given the already-high price for a campsite. This place would be fine for an overnight stay or a couple of days, but I don't see it as a "destination" resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

NICE park! Pretty setting with nice landscaping. Pool and hot-tub very refreshing. Very nice theater with popular movies. Adequate laundry facilities and rec. room. Very quiet at night, but lot's of mowing during the day. Staff is pleasant and helpful and friendly. A little tough to back a large rig into the site. The sites are concrete and are fairly close to each other. Street's ARE a little narrow and are all one-way. Restroom's and shower's are usually quite clean and well stocked. Would stay here whenever we're in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We never stayed here when it was Eola Bend so we can't compare. But Premier seems to have removed the grass and landscaped with rocks. They've built small berms with large rocks at the site entrances to discourage turning too soon. Problem is, it requires almost perfection in order to get into the site because the roads are so narrow. Do you get a true pull through you can use without unhooking...nope. You'll likely be shimmying around to find position. At least we did with our 40 foot rig. Sites are packed in tight and due to there being no grass to speak of, we found the campground to be unattractive. Also, the campground is down in a bowl and cell phone service is pitiful. This was both on a cingular and a sprint network. To their credit, the wifi worked well and is very affordable. The clubhouse is also nice and continental breakfast is complimentary. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Outstanding Park with ultra clean restrooms. The park has level pull-throughs and a beautiful pool. We stayed an extra night and could have stayed longer. Salem is close by and worthy of a day to explore. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a fairly new RV Park on Rickreall creek just west of Salem on the highway to the ocean. All the sites are paved with grass all around. It is very large and not very full, so you can get in almost anytime. We camped here in a camper.

I did not feel safe here. To me the overall feeling was that of a homeless camp. You could watch the dumpsters via closed circuit TV from your rig. Feral cats everywhere. This used to be a nice place, hope it turns back around. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is conveniently located off the I-5, and was relatively quiet, although a train could be heard on occasion. It wasn't a big deal. The dog park is the best we've encountered in three weeks of camping. It was like a small park at the end of the RV section and our dog loved running around in it. There were trees and bushes as well as open areas where he could chase the ball. There was a communal area with a stove! We didn't use it, but wished we'd noticed earlier. Everything was just great. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

OMG, I have never been so afraid for my life! Homeless people cut through on their way to the city park under the highway and they use the shower rooms. Stray cats EVERYWHERE and leaving lawn bombs in all the spaces. The dog run area is full of fleas, one of the maintenance men yelled at a guest's child in the center of the street, and the internet doesn't work. Don't even consider getting any sleep, at night the rednecks all gather outside with their beers and cigarettes and start fighting loudly, and at all hours! We had planned to stay for 2 weeks but ended up leaving the next morning for a nice park in Silverton. We are live aboard and have never stayed in a worse park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We needed place to pull in for the night and then get up and leave first thing in the morning. The office was open till 11PM and friendly, we were escorted to the site and guided in as I didn’t want to unhook the tow car. I hooked up water and electric but not the sewer because the connection was at the rear of the tow car! Why it was so far back really baffles me. I would have had to connect at least 30 feet of sewer line and I just didn’t feel like messing with it. The park is right next to the interstate and Home Depot (which can be a plus) so it was pretty noisy. It served our purpose but when we left in the morning we drove through and looked at the park closer. I have to say it is pretty trashy, I mean really, really trashy. It had a lot of really trashy old trailers and RVs. It seems they are upgrading the park and maybe in the process they’ll upgrade their long term residents. 50 amp, good water pressure, don’t know about WiFi but had full strength AT&T and Verizon service. I’m glad we had a place to pull over and sleep but I wouldn’t stay here again unless I felt I was too tired to keep going and had no other choice. Maybe it will be better in a year or so, but it’s a Ghetto now. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I would not recommend this park. I was walking my dog on his leash as required,,and a permanent resident's dog,off leash, attacked my dog without as so much of an apology from the dog's owner. I went to complain to Management,as she acted as if it was my fault. I left immediately. The park is old and worn, and more geared for permanent residency. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Well shaded spots. Clean facitilies and friendly employees. Nice atmosphere. But, don't go there unless you are willing to burn up you AC, Microwave or other electrical appliances. The power is poor; it metered at less than 110, often hovering around 103. The manager said that it is a very old park and the electrical has never been upgraded. The sewer conection are of the old cast iron 90 degree above ground type. So if you want to use your modern connections forget it. You have to take the flange off and stuff your sewer hose loosely into their antiquated system...messy! There are a lot of permanent residents there in dilapidated trailers, LP tanks and trash around their sites. While the ambiance is great, if you close your eyes to the trashy sites, the power issue will keep me away in and of itself. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly check in. Older park that used to be a KOA. Low voltage at site. They charge an extra $1.75 a nite for cable TV?? Sites are very narrow with awnings touching neighbors slides. The sewer connections are in a bad place, your sewer ends up 5-6 feet from your neighbors door & basically under their awning! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
