Nice state park campground with recently upgraded rest rooms and shower facilities. About half the sites have electric. There is a swimming area in the creek with a sand beach. Water comes from mountain streams, so it is quite cold. Great for hot days, but not too good for cooler days. It was in the 70s while we were there, so going in the water was not an option. Only made it in to my knees before I turned around. This park is set in a beautiful forested valley with lots of wildlife and mountain trails. Kettle Creek is known for some of the best trout fishing in the state. There is no cellular service or TV reception. I wouldn't bet on a satellite dish doing much for you either. Sites are gravel, and fairly level. Crew does a good job of maintaining the park. This place is Pennsylvania wilderness at it's best. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
