While there were trees, sites were too close together. While many of the "paths" are paved, red soil means lots of soft wet ground when raining. Quite a few seasonals also. Washrooms and showers could definitively use more care. This was our first campground in our trailer, we found campers were friendly and helpful. A "6" that could have easily been an 8 or 9 with a little more care. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A very nice RV Park. The beach is great and there are some interesting rock formations a short walk down the beach. The park is large though and the WiFi is limited to the immediate office area and there is only a central garbage facility so if you have a Motor home you might have quite a walk. The island folk are extremely friendly and helpful. Our motor home broke down in front of a home on a Sunday afternoon and the owner diagnosed it as an alternator failure, took the alternator away, had it rebuilt and had us going again within two hours. Just amazing. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Of all the campgrounds in PEI, we enjoyed Twin Shores the most. We're always concerned about whether a site is long enough and level enough for a 42ft motorhome. Here we had a long level site with a great view of the bay. The location is central to the north shore of the island. Try to get a site in the 500 to 510 row. We'd stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a HUGE park with lots of facilities. It's clean, the sites are level, the grounds are immaculately maintained, and the personnel are friendly and helpful. The utilities are very accessible and the sites are well spaced. Sites with satellite access (Dish and DirecTV)are available. It has a well equipped general store. There are scheduled activities (hayrides, poker night, soccer games, etc.). It's an easy half-hour drive into Summerside. We camped here in a Motorhome.
