The 50 Amp service was only providing 108 volts. This is the level where damage begins in air conditioners and any appliance with a motor in it! I advised the person at the check-in point. She thought that it should be "500 instead of 108!" Fortunately, we have a voltage regulator/booster that protected our rig. The site was very much off level. We used three blocks and were still not completely level! What we got wasn't worth what we paid. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is our second time here, and we like it mostly because it is near the home of the friends we visit in the area. The park is really big, and most of the sites are occupied by weekenders who have trailers and fivers located on them. Very quiet here during the week, much more activity on the weekend. The transient sites are large enough to accommodate big rigs, and have 50 amp power, though no sewer hookups. Several dump stations are located throughout the park. The park is pet friendly, and the woodsy setting provides great dog walking opportunities; my dog loved it! Rest rooms are convenient and clean, though we balked at the pay-by-the-minute showers, using our friends' home instead. The owners are pleasant and helpful. The interior roads could use some work. Overall, we found it to be a relaxing place to hang out, and we stayed for a couple of weeks. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The access road is in rough shape. Campsite was back-in, gravel and not level. TV off the air has six or more channels. WiFi had weak signal: cuts out at times. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This CG was not bad just not spectacular. Situated across the road from a beautiful pond (fishing is popular, lots of early morning departures) but no view from sites. Interior roads need to be regarded or filled or something, lots of ruts. Transient sites were ok, large enough lengthwise but not a real lot of room between sites for privacy. Seasonals were in good repair, although there were plenty of loud parties both nights -luckily they didn't last too long into the evening. Restrooms were average, showers were pay - can't stand this! For the lack of much amenities and paying full price late in the season, I can't give this a much higher score. However, it is very close to the ocean beaches near Narragansett and Charlestown. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
