This park is hard to rate because you can't compare to American RV parks. For the area, this is one of the better bets as there is working water, electric, sewer and avail. showers/toilets. We only saw one other park that looked worth stopping at. The water pressure is very low and it is a good idea to close off the sewer line as you get nasty back draft. When you can locate the manager, he is very nice and helpful but definitely on Mexican time :-) We could not get a code for Wi-Fi, so don't count on it. This park is right across from the beach and Jorge's restaurant which has ice cold beer and great camarones and tacos. The area is a bit dirty and litter abounds, but maybe not so clean due to it being the off season. The park itself was clean and quiet and the owners appear to be expanding. THIS PARK IS ALL THE WAY AT THE END OF THE MAIN ST THAT RUNS ALONG THE OCEAN-BAHIA KINO NUEVO. As you pass by old town and pass by so many homes and markets, it feels like you are going too far, but be patient! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Nice desert RV park across the street from the beach. It is all gravel and dirt, wide roads, fairly easy access with truck and trailer, 53 feet long. Lots of snowbird units here that never leave, many nicely decorated. Cell phone and WiFi are good. Water pressure decent. Office staff great and bilingual. April is the beginning of the off season. After Holy week and spring break, we have the whole back of the park to ourselves. Great restaurant across the street, Jorge's. Has good seafood, friendly folks, and good margaritas. Good shopping, Mexican style, back in Viejo Kino, about 5 miles down the road. I wish we had an ATV: lots of exploring to do. We would stay here again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very narrow pull through in old park off ocean in Nuevo Kino, Sonora, Mexico. Very windy, nothing to see or do. 70 miles from Hermosillo. Stayed 3 days and headed home. Toured all CG's in area and nothing suitable. Old Kino is very depressed with nothing to see or do. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
