Large park right along Music Boulevard and immediately next door to Camping World. Very long pull through sites available, most are fairly level. Several were being repaved as they were too off level for auto leveling. We had to make several unsuccessful attempts and ended up moving to another site where we leveled on first try. MUCH to do in the area. Staff was a little slow to respond to one of our needs but eventually did. We would stay here again when in Nashville. The convention center is absolutely a must see offering great places to shop and dine. Great city. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Way too expensive. Rude staff. Massive construction going on to turn it into a trailer park. Horribly noisy all day and filthy dirty. Bathrooms are gross. Kiddy pool dirty. Covered area by pool had filthy tables. The grill by the pool was the dirtiest I think I have ever seen. Patio sites are overgrown weed patches. Wi-Fi is iffy. This is corporate owned. I tried to contact them. They referred me to local manager. He told me he has no authority to do anything. Complete waste of time. We will never be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This KOA is one of the worst we have stayed in, little wonder it was available when other RV parks in the same area were full. The price is too high for the condition of the park. Our coach site is paved but has mud puddles in and along it, raining or not. The site is level enough to easily level the coach. We were put in a site that barely fits our 36 ft coach and we have to park our car parallel to the road and partially on the grass and we still encroach in the travel path. The park appears to assign sites randomly without regard to what length rig is going in. The sites are extremely close and our neighbors slides are "on our side." The patio sites appear to be better but you have to negotiate the dense pack to get to the patio sites. People have trouble getting in and out of sites. This KOA does not escort rigs in to ensure parking is done properly. Trees located at the front of the site and rigs and cars parked in front of our street prevented us from exiting out as a "pull through." Luckily we were able to back out of our site. The picnic table is peeling. There is litter around the park in spite of workers driving around in a KOA truck. The sewer connection is not threaded, located in a low spot with a chain attached to find the plug and it all was covered by debris. The only reason we found the connection was because there was a broken masonry block covering it which was necessary to use to hold the sewer hose in the sewer connection. Cable is good. Water flow is low although the pressure is pretty good. It rained and you cannot go out without totally soaking your feet because the drainage is so poor. We will choose another park if we ever return to this area. Price reflects KOA discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it; although, there are not really any hiking trails. We had to hike along the road to the day use areas. Utilities worked fine and facilities were clean. Streets are easily traveled by larger rigs. Some of the lakefront sites were flooded when we arrived. Very friendly hosts. We stayed in site #49 and even though the site description stated that it was too narrow for slides we were able to extend slides on both side with no problem. Site was very level. This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to Nashville. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had a beautiful lake front location with a spacious lot. Bathrooms and showers are clean, but old. The women's shower had nowhere to put your belongings while showering, so my clothes got wet. The bathroom and shower buildings are a haul from the lake front campsites. From where we were camped (#23) you can't walk to the bathrooms, it's too far. The host even told us it's too far. Other than that, it was gorgeous and we will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Lovely wooded park with asphalt roads and our long site was asphalt. Easy back-in site for a 40' newbie. The trees and large spaces allow quite a bit of privacy. For us, it is well worth the drive into Nashville. Only reason for a 9 rating is that you have to use the dump site rather than having sewer hook-ups at the site. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the strangest parks we have camped in, but for us it was perfect. We go to Nashville to go out to the music venues and not to hang around the RV park. We have stayed in nicer places (Seven Points, Cedar Creek, and Nashville Country) but none were as convenient to our haunts downtown and the Station Inn and Bluebird Cafe. It was two miles to lower Broadway and less than a mile to 3rd and Lindsley and Douglas Corner. We were almost by ourselves the whole time, maybe five other RVs at the most. It is basically one strip of the parking area around the fairgrounds, about 100 yards from the motor speedway track and a similar distance to the agricultural buildings of the fair. The sites are up on a little hill and you can actually watch the cars race if you pick the end space (we did). It is very quiet and we felt safe here because the sites are so visible to the streets below. To be sure it is primitive and not beautiful, but it has full hook ups, a great location and quiet. We had to cover our bedroom vent because the street light was right above us and very bright. Next trip to Nashville we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The Tennessee State Fairgrounds is a great place to stay if what you are looking for is a spot close to downtown. It's about 2 miles due south from Broadway Street. At $35.00 a day it is a great value in the Nashville area. We have stayed here twice, once for two weeks a few months ago and three weeks this time. It's not in a great area but it's isolated from the surrounding neighborhoods. Although we were the only RV here most of the time we never felt unsafe while we stayed here. Other RVs came and went on the weekends depending on what events were going on at the fairgrounds. It's like every state fairgrounds. There is a asphalt strip up near the middle of the fairground that has space for about 20 RVs. Other than the bathrooms and showers there are no other amenities, but you do get full hook-ups with 50 amps. There is an overflow area of about 200 spots but we rarely saw anyone in them. We will stay here every time we come to Nashville. We camped here in a Motorhome.

When we phoned ahead to make sure that the camp sites were available, we were told to choose a site and that someone would be around later to collect the fee. There were two other rigs there, but no one stopped by. The park is centrally located and made a good over night stop on our way home. Electricity, water and sewer hook ups were conveniently located and worked well. The sites are very closely spaced. No restrooms or showers were in the vicinity. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Located in the Music Valley area, close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland, the campground is one of four all lining the frontage road off Briley Parkway and right next to Camping World. The park staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and offered all kinds of concierge service for the area's attractions. Park roads had numerous pot holes. Site width was decent and easy to back in. Our gravel pad required leveling side to side and the concrete patio was cracked but had a very nice picnic table. Electric service is primarily 30amp in the park and surprisingly didn't have a breaker in the pedestal. It wasn't a problem but I don't like plugging in live especially when the water tap and the sewer is right there too. The Wi-Fi service was horrible and non-existent for most the three days we stayed. After a day's rain there was a lot of standing water in the roadway and the ground around the RV was quite muddy. The cable TV service was very good. For an overnighter, Two Rivers is an option, but usually I would expect a much better than average park for this price. Our impression is they take advantage of its location and are not putting enough back into maintenance. We would check out one of the other campgrounds next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Winter rate with Good Sam. Paved roads in poor shape. Narrow, gravel sites, almost level. Some sites had standing water after rain, although ours drained well and stayed firm. Our pole tester showed reverse polarity, although adjacent four sites were OK, so probably isolated anomaly; wiring repaired immediately. Internet fast, but intermittent. Repair not started until third day, and not resolved by fourth day when we left. The park should have one day service response contract with its internet provider since the park's customers are mostly short timers and a 3-4 day response time leaves customers without the advertised service. Nice dog walk area (bags provided). For the price, compared to the two other nearby parks, would stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This large urban park is what it is - a short term parking spot close to the attractions. That said, it has trees and everything you need to be comfortable and the price is reasonable. Park roadways are paved but in rough shape with many potholes. All sites are gravel with a concrete patio with picnic table. There are no campfire rings. Water, cable, electricity, and sewer are appropriately located on the left side of the trailer. My site was not very level. Sites are close together. Office staff were busy but were friendly and helpful when I asked questions about visitor attractions. Verizon 4G cell coverage was excellent. WiFi at all times seemed even faster than my cable connection at home! Cable worked very well. There is a fair amount of highway noise. This was the Good Sam rate with tax. This was exactly what I wanted for our short visit. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Access to the park is good. Interior roads are gravel except for one road thru the park. Sites are all gravel. The gravel is pea gravel that has been rolled, so roads and sites are in good shape. Sites are long and level with grass, fire ring, and table between them. Lots of places to walk dogs. There is an off leash area, but the small dog area is for teacup dogs, and the big dog area is really for miniatures! Unlike the two adjacent RV parks, this is behind a dealer and a sound wall, so it is pretty quiet and shielded from the highway noise. Cable if very basic, so if you want to use a satellite, get a spot in the very back (the sites nearer the office have large trees blocking signals). Wifi signal is pretty good, but speed (bandwidth) is poor - we anticipate wifi would be awful with the park full. Water, electric, etc checked out fine. Staff was friendly. This place is located well for all the country music venues and the Hermitage. Camping World is 3 minutes away. All in all, we would stay here again. Price reflects a 15% discount, so it is a bit pricy. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for the weekend while attending the SEC mens basketball tournament. There are 3 campgrounds on Music Valley Drive in Nashville. We have stayed at one of the others several times, but it was just too expensive. The Jellystone is neat and clean. The bath houses have been remodeled in the not too distant past and are very clean. The reception staff is friendly, the rest of the staff are friendly. The campground is kept clean overall. The Wi-Fi works well, the power and water pressure are fine. The park roads are good, well marked, but most are gravel. The down side: there is some traffic noise from Briley Parkway, but not nearly as bad as the other campground down the road. It isn't enough to make it unpleasant, just the price for being close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. The utilities and sewer are located at the very rear of the campsites, and on some sites your sewer hose runs uphill from the camper outlet to the site connection. Overall, this is the best campground in the Opry area. The rate reflects a Good Sam's discount. The lady who took my reservation said that they are no longer a Good Sam park, but they would give the discount anyway. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was the last visit of a 4,800 mile trip to Zion National Park. We stayed here on the way back home, because we had our three year old daughter with us. I am not a big fan of the Jelly Stone parks but this one is well kept and is conveniently located next to the Grand Ole Opry. We were originally disappointed because we found out that Yogi Bear was not going to make an appearance until the following evening and we were staying only one evening. We causally inquired about the lack of his appearance at the office and within 30 minutes, Yogi made a personal appearance at our campsite which made our grand daughter's day. This was above and beyond and was in my opinion excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
