We loved this place from the moment we pulled it. Warm, welcoming staff, clean campsite, and nice hot showers. What more could you need? The site we chose was right on the water and was shaded by large mature trees. We will be back to this place, what a treat! We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

LOVE this place, relaxing, quiet and beautiful on the lake. Great place to ride your bikes around, fish, enjoy the scenery or just nap the day away. This is one of my favorite local campgrounds and one that we return to year after year. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean although a bit dated. Entire campground was tidy. Perhaps the best part is that campsites were spacious and many right next to the lake. Views were incredible. Bring a kayak or canoe and enjoy paddling around the inlet. Also, there were a couple of really neat restaurants in the area. There was no sewer hook-up. Additionally, there weren't organized activities for children or teenagers (at least in the spring). I'm told Wi-Fi is available in the summer but it wasn't turned on in the spring. This was a negative for someone who unfortunately needs to check into the office online. Overall, the scenery is so wonderful that all other deficiencies melt away. I'd recommend it to others and would camp here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
