This park is located on US 69, 4 miles South of Interstate 30, at Exit 94. Manager is outgoing, friendly and goes out of his way. Park is composed of mostly permanent dwellers with a few spaces dedicated to "Overnighters" These spaces (backin) are gravel and dirt, semi level but adequate for midsize RVs. Sites were a bit wet with standing water, but this area quite recently received a large amount of rain. The water tastes good, but the pressure is high (always use a reducer). Wi-Fi works reasonably well , unknown cable TV function Amenities were non-existent but for a fenced animal run and propane sales Showers and bathrooms are listed but also are non-existent; supposedly the water pipes were "frozen" yet appear to have been in prior disrepair. The park could definitely use some sprucing up. The park seem to have a lot of traffic noise even though it is located in a semi-rural area,; however we felt safe and when passing through would stay again. Price reflects “TACO” (Texas CG Association) discount We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very friendly manager. They have a small fenced off area for a dog park. I wish more RV parks had this. Wi-Fi was OK. Did not use the cable as our TV was broken. Washrooms are pretty gross. Toilets work OK and were clean enough, but showers were grungy. This is mostly a long term park but OK for a night's stay if you are passing through. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
