Stayed here one night. Check-in went fine once the reservation was found and clerk figured out we were not staying for a month. Our drive through spot was easy to find/get into. The CG has MANY full time in a myriad of rigs and their outdoor decorations, stuff or just plain junk greatly distracts from this CG. The roads are narrow, rough and curvy which made negotiating our 40' rig with towed, very difficult. Rate reflects the Passport America discount; this is not a $40 a night CG. I would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
After a 2 hour traffic jam in Austin, it was nice to see an easily accessible RV Park. Not the prettiest place, but we find that any park with these scrub oak trees just can't be made to look pretty! Had a big pull through site for our 42 footer. We took a 30 amp site at 35 dollars because the 50 amp sites are too high priced at 45 dollars!! We feel it's too high priced, but still a decent place to stay the night. We slept with the windows open and were not bothered by traffic noise. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
[DID NOT STAY] We went to look at this campground to look into staying monthly. The campground is old and rundown. Very dirty looking with a lot of unkempt monthly sites. There were no pull through sites that we could see and the sites were not level. No WiFi available. After looking over the campground we decided not to stay here. The owners should look into updating things seeing how they call themselves a resort. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a trashy park, poorly maintained. Most of the sites are taken by "long" term residents. Make sure you have everything locked up at night. We stayed there after the exhaustion of I-35 through Austin. They have two pull-thrus for overnighters, but the hookups are at the front of the site instead of the rear. Plan on sleeping with your air or fan on to drown out the road/airport noises. It will do in a pinch, but your skin will crawl. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
The park was not on a level ground. The roads to get your campsite were narrow to say the least. My lot had some trees which you have to be careful not back into them or you can damage your trailer. The office did seem friendly. The sight I was at had plenty of shade to get out the hot sun. The showers and bathroom you have to be careful were you stepped the floors like they had water damage done. The park had some residents who were permanent and the area didn't seem to be well kept up. I stayed here because of a job I was working at. I would check out other places before going there. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We had reservations for 4 nights, but when we got there and drove through, we immediately left. This is the trashiest RV park I have ever seen. The office was dirty and dusty. The sites are dirt with holes and extremely un-level. They are close together and I would say 80% of the sites were occupied by long term guests and their sites were unsightly. As we were leaving a very unkempt lady came out in her nightgown. I would be very afraid to leave my camper unattended. Thank goodness they didn't get a deposit when I made the reservation - it wouldn't have mattered - I would not stay here. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
