Rate reflects PA discount. Judging this park against other parks in the area this one should be a 10. Super friendly on-site managers. New park and still a few things to do but overall is very nice. Paved roads, good utilities although the sewer hookup is on the back of the site. Laundry room is phenomenal. If you have a large rig, the entrance is a little short which could leave you hanging out in the road. Entire campground is fenced in with a nice privacy fence and electric gates. Seems to be mostly "oil workers" who we are also but it is head and shoulders above all the other parks area parks. Will definitely stay here again! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
I Loved Bar M in Pleasanton. The park was well keep up and has a parts store and laundromat on site. The managers were so friendly they were what makes the park what is. I will miss Bar M in Pleasanton and the mangers. If we get a chance I would go back. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

New RV Park in Pleasanton is, by far, nicest in the area. All paved roads and RV sites, all with 30/50 amp electric, public water, and sewer, WI-FI included in site monthly or weekly rate. Large laundromat and private restrooms/showers to be completed within 1-2 weeks. Grass between sites within a week or so. Gated/fenced with code access for guests. Very large premium RV sites to open within couple of weeks also. Good rules in place and onsite management. Close to grocery stores (HEB & Walmart), shopping, and restaurants. Primarily monthly guests due to Eagle Ford Shale oil/gas boom in this part of TX. Really nice for Winter Texans also due to proximity to coast (Port Aransas), the valley (Brownsville/McAllen), and only 30 minutes to San Antonio, 1 hour to Austin. Pleasanton is just off I-37, and is a nice, smaller town with good shopping and restaurants, but growing quickly. Bar M is definitely the best choice for this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice RV park in town near all shopping and restaurants. Gated park with paved roads and very level RV sites with grass surrounding sites. Each site has concrete patio with picnic table and charcoal grill. RV park is in residential area rather than commercial/industrial area of Pleasanton, so very little noise from truck traffic and equipment. Very clean, private restrooms. Large, clean laundry with new washers/dryers that operates on the honor system at $1.00 per load to wash or dry. RV sites are spacious with large parking area for 2 to 3 vehicles. Rate shown is monthly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
