Tips from campers about Dammeron Valley, UT
- MidMoLoJo Close to the fairground gates, but make sure you know what time they will be locked. They told us they would be open until 8:00 pm, but the gates were locked by 6:00. We had to walk over a mile to a main gate to get out, then another mile back to our campsite.5 days ago Iowa State Fairgrounds
- Mary_863 Campground entrance is off Dean Ave. Biking trails nearby, MUST visit and tour the Iowa State Capitol. It's amazing! Also, if you like gardens, the Better Homes & Gardens Test Garden is open to the public Fridays noon - 2, May thru September.2 months ago Iowa State Fairgrounds
- Jesse_Oz Check out TiangTsao Chinese Fast Food restaurant - has take out but we ordered at counter and dined in. Food was very good with large portions. Owner friendly and staff friendly.
