- Love4travelTv Take a day trip north to tour the Hearst Castle, drive further up the coast to Ragged Point for lunch and on the way back stop to view the Elephant Seals sleeping on the beach.3 months ago Bella Vista by the Sea
- Sequoia Good breakfast at The Sea Shanty on the south side of Cayucos, about a 15 minute walk from the RV park. The elephant seal rookery is about 30 minutes north. A must see in January when the females are giving birth.8 months ago Bella Vista by the Sea
- surferlou Cayucos is close by-just a 2 min walk. There are some cafes, restaurants, surf shops, and gift shops. I found one of the cafe shops price for chorizo and eggs at $24 way too steep. Set your expectations and budget accordingly if you like to eat out - very pricey. Walking on the beach at low tide is a treat - you can walk several miles south and enjoy the fresh air and the ocean for free.1 year ago Bella Vista by the Sea
