The best part of this park is the 21.00 per nite charge. That is about what it is worth. Very basic gravel pads, not particularly level, mostly full timers, no amenities or scenery to speak of. No cable TV. This is one of those parks where you set up your rig, go inside and stay, as there is absolutely nothing appealing about your setting. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

After reading a lot of reviews about campgrounds available in the Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR area, we decided to give this park a try while visiting a friend in Portland. This is an older, no frills park. There were a lot of permanent residents, but the large majority of the units were well kept. This park is easy to get to from I-5 and is surprisingly quiet for being so near major highways. There is a Safeway within walking distance and many other shopping centers within a short drive. It's about a 20 minute drive into downtown Portland. The lady in the office was very nice. Our site was large and easy to get in and out of. Wi-Fi is complimentary and worked well. If you want lots of bells and whistles and everything brand new this park will probably not appeal to you, but if you want a safe, clean, quiet spot to park then I would highly recommend this park. The rate I quote is with our Escapees membership discount. It's $21 with a Good Sam membership. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Not a place of beauty but for $24 a night, $12 if you have Passport America, $21 with Good Sam, you’ll get an easy-in and-out pull-thru with full hook-up. Close to I-5, yet just far enough away to suppress the road noise. Mostly back-ins, occupied by full-timers, the eight pull-thru’s seemed to be set aside for short term and over night folks. Wi-Fi a bit weak but what do you want for twelve bucks? We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice, clean, reasonably priced park. Very convenient access from both I-5 and I-205. The management was both friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of amenities: no website, pool or other recreational activities. If there were more features, I would have rated a 10. We would absolutely stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I phoned for reservation, very helpful and nice. Was surprised to find it very easy access from I-5, close to all the shopping we could want. Large, clean sites. Easy access. Very nice man at the check in. Am very impressed and really like this park. Wish we had known about it years ago. Will be here again. Surprised it isn't on this list, it is a great RV park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It's all that the other reviewers have said it is, except that I wouldn't know about the office people. I rolled in at 5:02 and the office closed at 5 and there was no-one in sight. The system for self-registration was simple and the open sites were marked. Nice level sites, but short and I had to unhook as my TV was 5 feet in the street. I'm 55 feet overall. As I was leaving early, this was an inconvenience. The only sites long enough were the $50 premium sites. Full of full-timers as there is a lot of construction in the area, but all were neat and clean. I would stay there again if it were necessary. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Immaculate park! Sites in newer section were paved, wide and neat as a pin. Restrooms and showers were large and spotless, there is a continental breakfast offered on the weekend with quite a selection of goodies. The personnel were friendly and helpful. We don't normally stay at an "in town" park, but this was was exceptional. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Neat and clean park, all sites are cement. Rather small sites, no picnic tables. Somewhat odd power hookup placement restricts where you can park - we had only 2' of play given power, water and sewer hookups. Staff was helpful and friendly, and we could see maintenance being done on the park. WiFi access is paid, but was reasonable ($22 for a week for two computers) and very solid. RV dealer across the street has propane and offers 10% discount to park guests. The 'park' mentioned as being across the street in previous reviews is now a construction site - for what is not clear. But they start work at 7:30 sharp. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

From the moment we rolled into this park, we felt welcome. It is also very, very well kept. The restrooms, showers and laundry room are worthy of an upscale hotel. The sites are level, staff SO friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful park right across the street for dog walking, running, or walking. They have a continental breakfast with a large variety of pastries. We stayed in a deluxe site, so the price I listed reflects the higher rate. There is an RV sales and service center next door (just in case). I would highly recommend this park. Friends of Bill W.: the meetings are excellent. Check out the Lighthouse club. We stayed here for 3 months while helping my parents for the summer. Great location to get around the Portland area, right off the 205 freeway. The park is kept real clean. Our site had grass so it was nice for the dogs. The older sites are tight and no grass. This place has the cleanest restrooms and laundry rooms we've ever come across. Just up the street is a wonderful 33 acre park for walking the dogs. The couple that run the place are so friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of the cleanest, well designed restrooms and showers. Concrete pads with full services. Convenient to I-205. Nice clubhouse with free coffee in the morning and continental on weekends (did not try). Cash and check ONLY for payment. Wifi not working when we tried it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great RV park close to Vancouver. Sparkling facilities; pleasant, welcoming staff. Breakfast bar in the AM. Paved sites. Great for an overnight or two. A little hard to find, more signage would be helpful. Close enough to visit Vancouver AND Portland -- about 40 minutes away. Modern facilities, nice place to stay. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

Nice overnight especially if you like to shop. Lots of retail close by. Spaces are a little tight. Would stop again to spend one or two days and shop but not long term, more comfortable parks outside Portland. Friendly staff. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The campground is in a commercial area of town and difficult to find. The loud speakers from the adjacent car dealerships can be annoying. The campground is basically a concrete parking lot with a small fence and short shrubs between each sight. Still it is clean and the staff were very helpful. There is a giant shopping mall close by if you like that sort of thing. It's OK for a stop over or a few days. It's not a place to spend your vacation unless you only plan to sleep here and go elsewhere for entertainment. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for one night on the way to Portland and it was just what I needed for a run into and out of Portland in the morning. The sites are a tad bit short for you to remain hooked up, but then I'm 55 feet overall. It is a tad bit tight and there are a lot of full timers here, but they were friendly. Lot's of fast food places nearby and it's easy on and off the freeway. Would stay here again if needed. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Rate is based on weekly rate. Narrow asphalt roads and very narrow concrete sites. Our site was in the upper section and we had to get one neighbor to move there vehicle and another to retract their awning, which hung out over our pad in order to pull in. Strange water hookup in a recessed box. We were here because of a service appointment at a nearby specialty RV repair shop. Would not stay here again unless under the same circumstances, and then would make sure to get one the sites located across from the office. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate quoted is nightly with GS discount. This is a very clean park, restrooms were like new (on the upper CG at least). Friendly managers, good location, shopping and food close by. Deluxe spaces "up top" have a nice grass area in front and extra parking. They have back in and back to back parking as well as pull through. There is no playground or bicycle riding in the park which is why I wouldn't call it "kid friendly". There are a a lot (70 % ?) long term residents but they have very nice rigs and are probably just working in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice, clean park with a friendly staff. No wi-fi and extremely limited channel line-up on cable TV. Lots of long-term and perm residents. They had the sense to get satellite dishes. We use this as a pit stop or while having customizations done to the coach at the nearby RV interiors store. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Park is clean, neat and very well kept up. Sites level with some grass and trees. A few long timers but neat sites, a very nice mix of people and very pleasant. We definitely will come back as we were made to feel very welcome and that's unusual today. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Quiet, clean park with many nice sites, but the pull through we were assigned (155) was not long enough to accomodate our 40' motorhome with tow car attached so it was necessary to unhook. Also, to pull into the site we had to cut the corner of the adjacent site, scraping against a hedge and scratching the bay doors. Sites in the 153-166 row are hard to access with a big rig. We did enjoy the weekend complimentary continental breakfast and strawberry shortcake social in the nice clubhouse. We camped here in a Motorhome.
