As it appears I am the first reviewer of this campground, I want to warn owners of large RVs about the approach into and status of the six RV hookup sites here. Getting to the RV area involves climbing steep gravel hills, which caused my motorhome's hitch to scrape the ground, only after the low tree branches on the road scraped the top and sides of the coach. The RV sites were obviously part of a hilltop gravel lot that they simply added power and water to, without any thought of leveling the sites. Be aware that you cannot level here without having some of your tires way off the ground - not a good thing for the rear wheels of a motorhome! This is the worst we've seen for out-of-level of the 250+ places we've been while fulltiming. The other complaint while I'm at it is that the birds here (wrens) were relentless about building nests in any accessible area of our RV. On a more positive note, the 50-amp power and water were strong. There were no sewer hookups, but the dump station was right in the area with easy access. A nice picnic table and fire pit resided at each site. Verizon signal to our phones and hotspot was good. We saw no laundry room. The campground was nice, bathrooms and showers were modern and clean, and it had easy access to rafting, zip-line and hiking activities. There was a camp store, restaurant and even a saloon on site to serve the many rafters that come through. If in the area, be sure to consider taking the "Bridgewalk" tour, a 1.5-mile walk along the catwalk under the longest single-arch bridge in the U.S. -- thrilling! My rating reflects only the condition of the RV area, which could be very nice if they would just run a tractor through to level the sites and reduce the steepness of the hills. Smaller rigs that can level here might like it just fine. We found the price to be steep, considering the condition of the sites and lack of sewer. We camped here in a Motorhome.
