This place has the appearance of a dump. The owners need to put some TLC into it. We drove through it and decided we didn't feel like staying here. We went down the road to another campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice spot for an overnight or a couple of days. The pool is closed and there is some noise of people leaving early in the morning to go to work; around 5:30 am; there are a number of what looks like semi-permanent spots. However, the bathrooms are clean, the laundry is clean and reasonably priced, sites are level and easy to get into and the owners are great. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An older park with many permanent residents, but everyone we met or spoke with was friendly. The owners are very nice people and very helpful. The pool was not available when we were there, due to a leak needing repair. There are many deer about 100-ft from our rig every evening at dusk. That was nice to see. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area. The location was great for our needs. It is only a few miles from I-90 & I-25 Junction We camped here in a Motorhome.

It was hard to judge the rating as we arrived 3 days before they closed. We were only here for an overnight and they were in the process of shutting everything down. We did get a couple of deer along with their twins passing through the park next to our rig. We heard turkeys but didn't see any. One nice feature is they escort you to your site. We had a nice long pull-through with plenty of room for our tow in the back. We will stay here again if we're ever in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is close to Highway 16, and is composed of regular sites plus additional smaller sites in a separate well-shaded area. Wildlife is nearby: deer and wild turkeys wandered through the campground edges. There is a grass walking path available. Campground is close to Buffalo amenities. Most pull-through sites were fairly level and on gravel pads. This is a well-kept older campground but needs continued modernization. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Don't let the construction on Hart Street discourage you---call ahead of time and the owner will hop into his golf cart and meet you out at the highway and show you in. The flagged were also tremendously helpful. This is a great little park with terrific owners and workampers, and a little gift shop that will help you do all your Christmas shopping way before Christmas. The showers are clean, although the shower heads in the ladies' bathroom are a little outdated and the spray can be painful on your body. But the hot water is endless, and that's a delight. We've stayed here many times, and will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park staff was excellent, especially when a terrible wet snow hit during the night. Those lovely 200 trees were dropping huge branches all over the park and power outages plagued the entire community for about 24 hrs. RV's were moving to any area that didn't have huge branches looming over them. When daylight arrived, the park staff worked like crazy to clear branches from the roadways and accommodate folks as best they could. Aside from that catastrophe, our review is that the park is well-kept and offers great facilities. Our beef with this park and others like it, is the unfair extra charge for kids, especially in an off season when the pool is closed. We know that our kids don't cost these parks more and the policy of charging extra penalizes families. Another negative for this park is the hunters that were carving up their kills on site, including piling deer carcasses on the very nice picnic tables. We did not enjoy the view of deer carcasses hanging from the trees and wouldn't use those picnic tables: ever! The road construction is awful, but the construction crew moved cones and barrels to assist our entrance to the park. From the looks of it, the construction may still be present next spring. We'd suggest calling the park to ask about the entrance. With all the cones and closed driveways, it was extremely difficult to see the entrance to the campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A nice little campground with lots of shade. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our spot was long and wide enough for our 4 slides. We ate lunch across the street at the Bozeman's Steakhouse, good food with a great atmosphere. Only downside to our visit was the construction on Hart St. which made it extremely difficult to get in or out of the park. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

True Wyoming experience, the lake is the 'swimming pool'. Fish, boat, dive or just watch from your site. Established sites have fire pits and tables, or you may park anywhere for $6 a night, including the South end of lake. Pit toilets, no showers but very rarely crowded. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The entrance to the campground was pretty badly chewed up as a result of construction work arising from a new association with the Hampton Inn next door. There was plenty of room for our 42' rig and tow. The manager was very friendly and helpful. There might be a bit of an odor problem if you're downwind of the open wagon that serves as a dumpster. Overall a good spot for an overnight stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was the best Campground we stayed in since leaving Florida, three weeks ago. We were here for three days and were treated better than family. Our hostess was always here no matter what we needed. I would recommend this campground as the place to be. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

It may be because the season is nearly over in this part of the country: but when we were here, this place was nearly empty except for a collection of rigs that looked to belong to workers in the area. Nonetheless, when we were the only rig in our row, another rig was parked right next to us for the night. There's no reason for that and it annoys us. Other than that, the park was OK but not great. When we arrived, early in the afternoon, there was no one in the office and no note on the door to tell us where to go (we had a reservation). Finally, after we had asked some people working on a car nearby where the manager was, someone came out and told us our paperwork was in the Night Registration box. It would have been nice to have a note on the door to that effect. Then we had to go back later to register, as the office was closed until 4 p.m. Our site was long enough to accommodate our truck and 36' fifth wheel; there was grass and a picnic table next to it and the sites weren't as close together as we've seen them. There's no shade, which is good for satellite TV and internet reception, but it can get hot in this area. We saved some money by not having a sewer hookup for the two nights we were here; but this campground still seems expensive for what you get. Typical KOA pricing, even if it is no longer a KOA. Also, signage directing you to the park is nonexistent until you get right on it, so use the map on their website. Our GPS would have had us in the wrong location, using just the street address. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Quiet little U.S. Forest Service campground. Heavily wooded, no hookups with very, very large sites. Our sideways pull-through was so big you could have parked two of us in it. Even the back-ins were very long and looked easy to get into. A nice break for us from commercial campgrounds, although it would be hard for us to stay long without internet. Absolutely no possibility of satellite reception with all the tall trees, and no Verizon cell service either. An inexpensive overnight, although the reservation fee ($9 reflected in price shown) was more than the nightly camping fee ($6) with our Golden Age Pass. We were surprised the campground was half empty on a Saturday night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was the first open campground between Ten Sleep and Buffalo. It is a typical National Forest campground. A big loop with 20 sites. Most back-in but some pull-through. The restrooms were pit toilets, but surprisingly clean and well maintained. There was water available through a hand pump. We did notice a dump station 10 miles up the road. The campground was great for the night we stayed, but we noticed a number of people with two week reservations set up with big rigs and travel trailers. There were also plentiful wildlife and splendid views. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
