Swimming pool is a swimmers dream. Grass ever where. Trees everywhere . Lovely mountain view . And has a very nice motel on site.

Lovely area .Never been to the gulf before. Sight seeing was great. I just wish they would spend a little more time in the restrooms. Everything else was great.

Lovely place, great views, and clean restrooms. Manager showed us personally to the site and made sure we had everything we needed.

I have been going to this rv park for many years.Even before the Crozier family purchased it. I remember the first time I went in after the purchase. I went to the restrooms and it was like Mr clean had moved in .They had personalized the restrooms to a home like enviroment. Very family friendly ,out to cater to you having a good time in Carlsbad . Great breakfast. GREAT PEOPLE !
