As we were here during the off-season we pretty much had the park to ourselves. Very quiet and peaceful with the beautiful Klamath River right out our front door. We would stay here again. Passport America rate.
The camp host made us feel so welcome on arrival. The sites are all gravel and well groomed. The club house, patio and showers were always so clean. We fell in love with the park and the staff. We will certainly stay here again. Rate is based on a Good Sam discount.
This is a wonderful place to stop over. Gravel sites are level and great selection of pull-through sites available. Easy access to the interstate, but no noise from the traffic. Very casual check-in process. Just stop at the office that is always open but no staff. Just fill out your own information on the provided form, put your cash or check into the envelope and insert into the slot. Go pick out your site and set up. The bathrooms and laundry room are adequate though older so I did rate just a little lower on that account. I would highly recommend this delightful and comfortable RV Park.
On arrival we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff on duty. The entire park is perfectly clean! And of course the lovely fragrance of lavender surrounded the park. One of the staff even gave us a fresh cut bundle of lavender from their landscaping lavender. There is a small area at one end of the park with a fire pit and horseshoe pits. The location is within walking distance of downtown shopping and a great grocery store close by. We will remember this wonderful park and make it a destination when in this part of Washington.
The staff was very friendly. If you like feeling packed in like sardines this is the place for you. There are obviously several full time trailers in the park. Was able to get the slide out, but barely. Our truck had to be parked in our front door making getting into our rig very difficult. Spent one night here. One night too many. Wal-Mart parking lot would have been more comfortable.
