Very nice park. Courteous, friendly staff and adequate amenities. Nice site with extra slab for tow car or additional patio space. Convenient access to both Portland area and Vancouver WA. Park is near the airport so there is plane noise, but it's not too bad except for the military jets, which don't fly at night. We had long-term renters on both sides of us and they were really friendly and informative about the area. I almost rated the park lower because the sewer hookup was rusted (no threads showing) but I stuck my hookup in there and it sealed up OK, although not the optimal situation, for sure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much.
Great park! Beautiful landscaping, great rates, nice spots with picnic table and patio, walking/bike paths all around the park. Laundry room was very nice. Overall, just wonderful! Be sure to stop at the casino for the players card for a discounted rate (as I've shown). Just be careful while you're there as it may end up costing more at the casino than the discount (probably for sure - although I called it "entertainment expense"). :)
Hookups were fine and everything worked. The park was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. There were just two drawbacks in my opinion - We were in the front row facing Hwy 101 and the road noise was pretty bad, but it quieted down some at night. To be fair, the host had originally placed us in the back row away from the hwy, but we asked to be placed closer to the wifi. Also, we were very close to our neighbors, although everyone was in the same boat so overall it was understood we were close and everything was really OK - it's just a bit claustrophobic. Just a short walk to the downtown waterfront area with dining and shopping options, which was nice.
Ver helpful staff - we needed a battery jump to start our car upon arrival, and they had no problem in doing so. Our spot was nice, we had some shade, and the park overall was well maintained. All in all, a good experience.
The staff here was very helpful and attentive. The facilities were fine. That being said, we could find no trace of an "Oasis" anywhere near this park. The wind blew to the point where we had to pull in our slides, and the sand was blowing around like we were in the Gobi desert. Of course, this is no fault of the RV park, but a little grass might help (some parks are paved, this one is all sand). Not a good experience for us, but again the staff and facilities were fine, it was just the wind and blowing sand.
Nothing special about this park except it's across the street from Graceland. That being said, it seems like this area of town probably isn't the best of areas, although we had no issues. Staff was friendly, courteous, and park appeared to be well maintained.
The staff was courteous and helpful, and the park is well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area and spa, and the laundry facilities were great. This park would have perhaps received a higher rating except for the fact we had a bicycle stolen off the back of our RV while parked there. This apparently is a fairly common occurrence, even though the park is gated. We stayed here two weeks.
We had a great spot overlooking the Puddingstone Reservoir. Very scenic and relaxing. The location of this park makes you think you are out of the city when in fact you are just minutes away. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the facilities were very nice.
Everything about this park was great! The space was excellent, the staff was great, the grounds were very well maintained, and the location is excellent. Probably the next best thing is that they provide a wine country "pass" that the wineries in the area honor to provide free wine tastings. We stocked up. This is the nicest park we've stayed at so far.
Overall, the facilities were a bit dated but clean and well maintained, and and the staff was attentive and courteous. We had an oceanfront space, which was nice from an aesthetic value (the ocean sound) but it reeked havoc on our coach, weather-wise. The whole park is paved. Our space was small, and we were crowded very close to our neighbors. Wifi was adequate, but dropped our connection often. The park is close (walkable) to a strip mall with a grocery, bakery, deli, and some restaurants, with convenient access. There is also a bike/walking path along the oceanfront that you can use to get to the shopping area. We stayed there for 3 weeks while visiting in the San Francisco area.
Pros: Staff is friendly and attentive to needs. Park is pretty well maintained. Access to the park was confusing at first, but turned out to be pretty convenient. We had a patch of grass at our spot, as did most other spots, and the general facilities were clean and usable. Cons: if there was wifi or cable, it wasn't available to us for some reason - we had none. The area where the park is located is a bit seedy. We had no issues and we were there for a month, but some other tenants were not so lucky.
The facilities were excellent. Nice spaces, and the laundry and restrooms were all new and clean. The only reason I rated this lower than a 10 was because of spotty wifi service. And, just FYI, there is no AT&T phone service, which of course they can do nothing about, but if you need to stay in touch, you have to leave the park to look for service. Veyr friendly and helpful staff, with some interesting attractions on sight.
