Planes, trains and automobiles, they have them all. HOWEVER, the planes only flew during the day. The trains rolled through quietly during the day and night, no horns. The traffic on the freeway was moderate and did not affect our sleep. The concern was the low number of showers available (I think 4) for the entire campground. Not 4 ladies and 4 men. A total of 4. This is the first we've come across in many years that the showers were NOT in the restrooms. Seemed to work out OK. I never had to wait. I'd also like to see some grass between sites to cut down on the gravel dust. Nice place for a day or two.
Sites are pretty level and plenty long. Bathrooms were useable but needed cleaning. Showers were pretty clean and water was hot. Washers and dryers are in the same building as restrooms. Electric worked well. The overnight temperature was below freezing so we did not hook up to the water. The signage to the park was good as was the road to the park and it was far enough to keep the highway noise out. It is basically a gravel lot with rv pull through sites, fine for a quiet overnight just not a "destination" park.
Camped here in the early week so it was not real busy. Our site was plenty long but on quite a hill so had to pull way up to get to a "flat" area to level. This required that we unhitch and pull the truck up behind so the truck did not protrude into the street. Not a big deal for us as hitching up is not time consuming for us but a bit noisier for the neighbors in the a.m. Pool and restroom/showers are very clean and pleasant. Did not visit the laundry. Had a good a.m. and p.m. cafe menu if you didn't want to cook. A bit of road noise but nothing to interfere with sleeping.
