Really nice well kept state park. Sites are roomy and have both fire pits and BBQ's. Very wooded area, but we managed to get Sat TV from the roof antenna and I was able to get good reception with my tripod internet dish. Not all sites are level and length varies. We are in a 70' back in site and were able to back far enough that we were able to level our 40' motorhome. Park gives a 25% discount to non-resident seniors.
Size of sites OK, but roads are full of pot holes. There is no enforcement of pet rules or much supervision at all. Wi-Fi is spotty and extremely slow. Would not count on it.
It is great value for the dollar. It has spacious, level sites. The campground is very nicely laid out and very clean. The owners are friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Full hookup sites occupied by long term campers. Sites were long and narrow and not very level. We had trouble leveling a 40' motorhome. Water pressure was very low and at times we had to run our water pump while hooked up to get a good flow. Wi-Fi was available, and we got a usable signal from the farthest site. Good connection and fast. Not a resort, but good value for the $$.
Sites were level and long, with about 25 feet between campers. The owner was very helpful making sure our site suited our needs and pointing us to banking, shopping, and tourist attractions. The campground has no bathroom facilities. They do have laundry, but we didn't use it. Our rate was the Passport America rate. We would stay there again.
