This has always been a favorite park for us. The sites are level, the pads are cement, there is a pool, hot tub, tennis courts and lots of activities on the weekends...especially for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our rate reflects an extended stay rate and not a daily rate. The reason for the low rating is because of the Wi-Fi. In past years, when we have stayed here, it has never been as bad as it is this year and it has gotten worse since we arrived the first of June. The park has just been purchased by Sun RV Resorts and the new owners apparently are not willing to spend the money to up grade the Wi-Fi. They put a big fancy computer system in the office with an extra strong firewall that boots everybody in the park off. Most every one who is here for an extended stay is very frustrated and upset with the Wi-Fi service. The park manager is as frustrated as anyone because he has tried to get it fixed and Charter internet has said they've done all they can until the owner are willing to spend the money needed to purchase new equipment. So don't come to this park expecting to use the internet for more than 3 minutes at a time because you'll be booted off in the middle of whatever it is you're doing.

Nice friendly staff. Wi-FI works well. Sites are long but very tight. The motor home next to us put it's big awning out and we couldn't get our small awning out over our slide out windows. Trees need to be trimmed so they don't brush against the units when pulling out to leave. We camped here in a motor home.

Friendly staff, good overnight stop. Sites are level. Wi-FI works well. Lots of noise from I-65. You have to share water with another site. We weren't told that when we checked in, but when we got to our site we found that we had to stretch the hose under the motorhome to the right side of the rig to get to the water hookup.

This is just an okay overnight stop. The road nose is terrible. We are facing the Turnpike and hear every truck that goes by. The sites are very tight as are the roads to the sites. One seasonal put his satellite dish on the utility pole by the edge of the road making it nearly impossible to swing wide enough to get into the site across from it. The sites are very narrow and it is difficult to get the slides out and the basement door open near the electric post. They also have posts on each side of the sites, front and back which makes the swing in and out of the site a problem. We are in site 27 and took that site because the lady in the office told us it would be easier to get out because there were no lots across from us. However, they allow cars to park across from the sites on the edge of the road which does make it difficult to swing wide enough to get out with a car in tow.

This is an okay stop for overnight. There are only 10 sites and they operate on a first come first serve basis. The pads are narrow and it is difficult to stay on the concrete and get the slides out without hitting the utilities on the left side. The space between sites is generous. There is good WI-FI, and lots of TV channels. The pool seems nice, however, we didn't use it. There is a free continental breakfast in the morning.

Our actual rate was $16.50 a day with our Camp Club membership. This is a very nice park with a free laundry, pool, hot tub and adult spa. There is a small restaurant, we didn't try it, prices seemed a little high for sandwiches, etc. If it's shade you want, you won't find it here. It is basically a large parking lot. The sites are level, paved and nice and large. You can wash your rig or tow if you want. We stayed there three weeks and only noticed the odor from the fertilizer factory which was mentioned in another review, occasionally, however, the wind never stopped blowing the entire time we were there. This brought LOTS of dust from the unpaved road just beyond the park entrance and made it difficult to impossible to put our awnings out and enjoy being outside in the shade. I gave the park a 9 because the Wi-Fi was only "Fair" during the evening hours and very slow. During the day, when there weren't many people around, the Wi-Fi worked fine. Also, they do not enforce the speed limit and they allow people to drive through the lots that are not in use rather than stay on the roadways. The office staff was friendly.

This campground is an "okay" stop for overnight. It is all gravel, therefore pretty dusty in the dry summer. The cable at our site didn't work properly, all the channels were snowy. When I complained in the office the lady said we should push our booster button. (Our booster button is for antenna, NOT CABLE.) Then there is the subject of WI-FI. That didn't work either. She told me to take my battery out and replace it because I'd logged on at too many other parks and my computer needed to clear those; then I'd be able to get on at their park. Everyone else I spoke with around the park was having the same problem; they couldn't get on either. The WI-FI the office used had five bars so she felt the problem was not the park. With these problems, we felt the price was too much even though it included a Good Sam discount.

This is a nice park, but not worth $50/night. When we stayed here two years ago, the rate was $27.50. There is no pool just a spa with a 8 person limit. The WI-FI worked great.

This is an okay stop for the night. There seem to be a lot of seasonals. They leave for work beginning at 5:00 A.M., and you hear them all as they drive out on the gravel roads. We were put next to a seasonal. When he came home he parked his car between our rig and his fifth wheel making it impossible for us to get out until he left again. Thankfully, he was one of the early people to leave the park. He found it necessary to slam the door of the fifth wheel and his car when he left. There is no cable, and the 5 or 6 TV channels don't come in. There is one channel that speaks all Spanish that comes in pretty well. Our rate is a Camp Club rate.

This is a great park. Clean, as others have said there are picnic tables and BBQ grills available with natural gas. The negative is the trains that come through at all times of the day and night. The tracks are right next to the park. As someone else has already written, if you need mechanical work done on your toad, call Nate at Full Automotive Repair right next to the Mobil Gas Station just down the road from the park on N. Grand Canyon Blvd. These people, are fast, efficient, and trustworthy. We had an excellent experience with them. We didn't take the train this time, we felt that it is an overrated "come on". It's strictly for kids. And your time is extremely limited once you get to the Canyon. Our rate is based on our Camp Club discount.

This is a neat clean park, basically a big parking lot. WiFi is $5.95 and the signal strength is fair. The heat is terrible in July. The staff is OK, but basically they just do their job nothing more, some don't speak very good English. If you like the area, this is an OK park for the money. The heat and the traffic do not interest us - so that's the reason we won't be back.

We would agree with the other reviewers. This is a very nice park with a very friendly, helpful, staff. The roads are paved but narrow and the sites are close. There are large rocks that make it difficult to pull in or back in and the trees at some sites make it difficult or impossible to get the awning out. Also, the sprinkling system gets water all over your unit when it is on. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow. The area is beautiful so if it's scenery you want, this is the place.

This was a nice park but the spaces are small. That is why we gave it only a 5. You can't swing wide enough to get into the pull throughs without the toad being somewhat on the grass. When we pulled out we had to avoid a light pole with the motor home and a tree with the toad. Also, there are two Flying J's within about three blocks of each other. When we called for a reservation and directions we were told that the park was directly behind the Flying J. What we weren't told is that there are two Flying J's. So if you are southbound the Flying J at the top of the exit ramp is NOT the correct Flying J. Turn left and proceed to the light and turn behind that Flying J. The man in the office was nice but when asked why he didn't tell us about the two Flying J's he said: "Oh I just left that out to give you a challenge." A comment that was not appreciated when you're a 40 foot motorhome with a car in tow wondering if and where you can turn around if you've made the wrong turn.

This is a small park with beautiful scenery. But other than that, it's just a place to park. The Wi-Fi is very poor. The people across from us left a day early because it is so bad and she needed it in her work. When we checked in we were told that the water at our site didn't work but there was a hose that had been stretched over from the site next to us and we should just connect our hose to that one. Their hose is now leaking at the rate of about 2 gallons an hour. The office was notifed this a.m, 12 hours later, it still hasn't been fixed. We are staying here a week, however, it is our feeling that the price is too high for the service and accommodations provided.

This is a nice park for an overnight stop. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. The sites are gravel but there is no problem if you use something under your jacks. There is room between the sites. There is an ice cream social everynight. There is a $1.50 charge for A/C.

This is a beautiful park set in the Black Hills. Other parks should take a lesson from this one! It is close to I-90 and all the area attractions. The park has long pull throughs. The WI-FI works great. It is very clean, the people in the office were very helpful, satellite is no problem. The surrounding scenery is wonderful, a different view out each window. We camped here for a week and we'll be back!

We stopped here on our way to Yellowstone. The office staff was very friendly. The sites were reasonably level and dry for the amount of rain the area had. However, we were put in a pull through near the playground. The kids were allowed to play basketball and ride their bikes until midnight with no supervision from their parents or enforcement of the rules from park officials. Everyone in the office had gone home. If you stay here either come with a car load of kids or park far away from the basketball court.

The campground is clean and easy to get in and out of. The pull through sites were extremely long with fresh rock just laid. The sites were level. There was no cable TV and the TV stations came in very snowy. The WI-Fi was marginal. There was no reception inside the motorhome, reception our on the picnic table was very slow but did work. The lady and her husband in the office were very friendly.

This is a good "one night stand" park. You need to call ahead or get here early if you want 50 amp service. The sites are small. We couldn't get our basement door to the sewer compartment open all the way because of the water hook-up being up so far above the ground and the site being so small. Our slide out is out to the edge of the neighbors picnic table. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly.

This is one of our favorite stops. The rate was a special cash rate for Good Sam card holders. There is some road noise but nothing drastic. There can be dust as the weather has been dry, and the speed limit is not adhered to. We had to close our windows and door, and turn on the A/C. The site was level and the office staff are very friendly. You get the daily USA Today paper and a free popcorn or drink when you check in.

This is a convenient stop for a night or two. There is a little highway noise but with windows closed it was not a disturbance. The lady in the office is friendly and helpful. The sites are level. We stop here each time we are in the area for the night.

This is an okay park. They have started giving the Good Sam Discount. Wi-Fi is not free, $5.00 a day. There are a lot of seasonal residents. The man in the office was friendly and accommodating.

This is our third visit to this park. It is clean, friendly and the grounds are well maintained. The daily rate has gone up a lot and the incentive of buy two nights get one free has been removed. The weekly rate is a better deal. Cable and WI-FI worked well. We would stay here again. There are activities on the weekend and a nice Church service on Sunday morning.

This is a relatively new park, and very neat and clean. The sites and the roads are paved. Unfortunately, the sites are not level. Our was a back- in site, which sloped up hill so the front of the motor home was up high, and we had to use an extra step to access the door. For the price you would expect to have cable TV available. The local channels available with antenna are very snowy so if you don't have a dish on your unit, not much TV is available unless you go to the club house. The facilities are very clean and well kept.
